If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed a replacement door handle that was discontinued. I contacted Sierra Pacific to see if there was any remote chance they still had some old stock. And I’m sure after some frustrating searching they did! Hats off to everyone who helped to find the part! I could’ve easily been blown off at any stage of my interactions with the folks at Sierra Pacific and they would have been justified. But instead each person I worked with demonstrated outstanding customer service. It’s no surprise to me they’ve been in business over 30 years with customer service like that!
