Best storage place Ive rented. It was my first time ever having a unit and I am surprised how the staff was they were very nice hassle free unlike other places. It was a shame I had to leave but this was only temporary. Would definitely come back to the storage unit if I need to rent a space again

Rented a unit on the second floor for 11 months. DO NOT get the insurance with them it does not cover anything. My clothing, bedding and personal valuables were destroyed by rats. My vacuum sealed bags were ripped open and ate up by the rats. My blankets, dresses, pillows had blood, urine, poop and rat fur all over them. It smelled like a homeless person lived in it. I had to throw it all away, who knows what illnesses they carry. Guess what I got, nothing not even an apology. Please DO NOT waste your time!!!!!! Or moneyUpdate: I reached out to the comment by the owner, its been over two weeks, never got a response. That reply was just to make them look good. Still nothing has been done! Again DO Not WASTE your MONEY or TIME!

Where is the negative star button!! Trust its not safe for your stuff unless you absolutely need to put your stuff there. I wish somebody had told me first before my stuff got stolen. Leave at your own risk!!

Prices will continue to increase with time! Smh started at $160 and ended up at $300. I’m cool. They have other storage companies with far better deals and rates.

Was helping my neighbor move some stuff into his storage, got there there was some police activities going on across the street street was blocked off for most part of the day. Couldnt get into the facility till damn near 7:00, got in unloaded the stuff for storage almost couldnt get out because of somebody in a U-Haul trying to unload their belonging into a storage but they had the U-Haul Park in the middle of the road you could not get around them. Had to wait for somebody to come in the gate and had to go out through the end gate otherwise would have been there all night.

Facility is always clean. Most employees are very nice. But if you pay for a unit that has electricity and a light then why do they always come by and tell you to shut off the light, ive had them do that a couple times and nobody can explain this to me.

I really appreciate the staff here. They are very professional and courteous. Everything was explained in detail and I didn’t feel like I was being taken for a ride.

The guy that works at the self storage ran away and didnt bother to help the guy from the bus company clean the self storage place mess. Talk about lazy people . OMG I have seen almost everything ......

Was renting a unit from here for about 9 months the staff have always been rude they discriminate on who they want to enforce the mask policy, the manager is even very rude they really dont want anyone to use the restroom the staff harassed my partner and I once we were out off the premises saying we left the bathroom dirty . Theres always groups of random people looking suspicious hanging / walking around the units doesnt have enough security cameras very sketchy would definitely not recommend this place to anyone especially women they dont take complaints serious

The people that work at this location are absolutely the perfect reason why I haven’t moved out of my storage in over 2.5 years. Security patrols constantly around the facility through out the day which definitely makes me feel confident that my belongings are safe. Also pricing isn’t so bad either. Overall very happy. Love this place. Gates open from 6am to 9:45pm. Fits my schedule perfect.. Because most of the storage closes early around at 6pm.. Yolanda, she’s the site manager and her Workers Are all very respectful and friendly.. She keeps her place nice and clean.. and security gates are always locked. Code to go in and out by far the best place I’m comfortable with My equipments not being broken into.. Highly recommend CubeSmart in Long Beach.. you’ll not regret it..

Found this storage online and decided to try it out. Began with Ms Sarah and she really helped me out. Was undecided in the beginning until I met two more employees and that sealed the deal. Ms Outlaw and Maggie made sure I understood the rental process and explained it to me in great detail. They also informed me to call if any problems occur. Im excited about this storage experience.
