The Box Zone has good prices but please know EXACTLY what you want before you arrive. No one is allowed in the store. The owner caught COVID, was hospitalized with it and now is exceedingly cautious. So the entrance is blocked by a table on which there is a list of box sizes and their prices. You do not get to walk around the store actually looking at boxes to garage what you may need. This wasnt what I was expecting. The worker at the store was very helpful. If you ALREADY know what you need, this is the spot. If youre more comfortable walking into a store and seeing the different sizes before you choose, go elsewhere.

Came here with my hearing alert service dog to open an account for my business and I couldn’t be seen because the attendant is allergic to dogs. There was a table so I was 6 ft away and we both had masks. He was on the phone and heard him say “I gotta go I guess I have to help this customer” just don’t come to work then.

This place has all kinds of boxes, packing supplies and bags. I was looking for record mailers locally and striking out everywhere. That is until I caught wind of The Box Zone. Not only did they have the record mailers I was looking for, they also had some clam shell boxes that fit a product I build. They have a box for just about anything, from tvs to bicycles to jewelry. Customer service was great, showed me what I needed and let me mill around a bit to take in the inventory. Its near Tracys Bar and Grill, lots of parking available in the back.

Could not recommend this place more!!! Not only are they super super helpful, they have everything you need in stock, and their prices are far better than anything you’ll find online (seriously). I was shocked and will always come her for my company’s shipping needs. Thank you for being such a wonderful local business!!!

The staff has always been kind and overly generous. I was short on change in hand and the coubterperson said dont worry about it. It was approx .40, but so nice about it. I went by a day later and have him the rest of the change and a tip. Thats called service!

They have tons of boxing supplies and they even ship for you!! I buy my boxes from there because they so many different sizes opposed to the regular small med and large you get everywhere else. The gentlemen there are always friendly and quick to help you with whatever you need.

Been here multiple times in the past 2 months to buy boxes for shipping stuff on ebay. The gentleman at the front desk is very polite and will help you find a box that fits your needs if they dont have the exact size youre looking for. They also have blank newspaper for packaging, I bought the big 30 lb. bundle and have more than enough packing paper for returns or more sales on ebay. Im cheap and even use it for wrapping gifts. 5 stars for my local Box Zone.

Flawless for any size ebay seller! They made the nightmare of moving so much easier too. The Box Zone has never failed us. We get our boxes, all the packing supplies we need, AND they pack and ship crazy fast. Ive never had a problem there, and I would recommend The Box Zone to anyone.

Small place tons of options and selection for all types of packaging, shipping and moving needs. Great for the eBay and online e-commerce seller, fragile items, electronics and specialty items needing more than an ordinary box. Photos I took should have some of the pricing displayed, which by the way I truly appreciate that nearly all the prices are displayed upfront and clearly. Pricing is good and fair market value.Parking on the street is limited by space but theres no meters to worry about (Street Sweeping: Friday 5AM to 8AM) and theres a parking lot behind the building along with another entrance to the store so you can enter or exit from either side. Staff was very helpful and friendly.I hope this place gets the business it deserves.

Jerry at The Box Zone in Long Beach did a great job of packing my fragile items including a large flat screen TV. All items arrived in New York in perfect condition. His professional, no-nonsense customer service approach gave me confidence going in that I was making a good choice. Highly recommended.

This little store gives amazing service. I brought him 250 lbs of spare parts and he packed it and shipped for me and called me later to confirm. This way I didnt miss my flight that afternoon. I truly appreciate this excellent service.

Not the cheapest place for packing supplies compared to some online vendors, but certainly competitive with other brick-and-mortar stores. The staff were helpful and friendly, gave us a discount for buying multiple items, and even helped carry everything to our car.

A wasted trip to the Box Zone.I get there, find the box I need, and go to the checkout. I say what do you need to see on here? like a bar code or something, as I placed my box on the counter. No response from the employee... I get it, I dont want to be at a box store on a Saturday morning either, but I am mildly thankful for the job I have that allows me TO be.So the price is found and I hand him my card and he takes it this card reader. a card reader that Ive never seen an established business have, and he shoves my card in it to read its chip. And of course it didnt work, because 75% of the time it doesnt! Four tries and nothing. Im asked for another card that doesnt exist. Do you know where an ATM is? I ask. Success! The response from Oaf McNeckbeard, Nope..And so ended my trip to the Box Zone - and my trip to Staples began!

This place has everything you need for shipping including UPS, FedX and freight services along with a custom crate building service. The shop is a bit pricey, but if you need shipping supplies, this is the place. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
