I don’t suggest coming here unless you want to be disrespected, disappointed, disgusted and overcharged. Tanya the manager has a beyond horrible attitude and should not be in any customer service job. Not only did she waste an hour of my time but she gave me false information and treated me less than desirable. I will NEVER go back to this location until she is specifically replaced, and even then I will still second guess it. I suggest going to ANY other location to get some type of decent service. I’d give this fedex kinkos half a star or no star at all.
I was running up against an extremely tight deadline for a series of engineering reports that needed to be delivered same day. When my office printer broke down I called Fedex directly.They walked me through placing a print order online, and then confirmed with me over the phone that they had begun printing in store. I learned shortly afterward that the client was expecting the reports by 1pm, only an hour away!The manager of this Fedex branch, in an unbelievable act of courtesy promised to hand deliver the reports to the client himself, right away! I got confirmation from my client that they had received all the reports on-time, and they were beautiful.I am just shocked at the level of service the in-store staff was able to demonstrate, and I honestly cannot thank them enough.
-____- Just came out of this location went in to print out a label it would not print went to the side where an employee instructed me to send a link to an address of label I sent it 4 times waited over 20 minutes being told it had not arrived. Just for another employee, tell the first employee it had to be sent in picture form. So I sent it went back to ask told me to give a moment but this time it had already arrived so had to wait another 10 more minutes. This location needs better management and training to employees to actually know what information they need before telling customers. If you can find another location seriously consider doing it.
I am giving a round of applause to Iran. I was there yesterday, printing from self-serve station. The printer is slow to be repaired or something like that probably due to the pandemic, but he handled it like a champ, he printed it for me, and adjusted my bill accordingly.Patience is a sign of high intellegence. And Iran has it! A+++
Only FedEx I’ve been to where the employee is so dumb I was told you can’t refuse a package in store.
I typically go there for simple tasks such as printing and faxxing. The staff is accessible and willing to help.

Robert was amazing and more than patient helping me with every detail I needed to see through. Assistant Manager Robert is so sweet. So helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t care if I come day or night....he always answers questions, explains my options, and advises me best. Such a kind man. Should be running the place. The best! Just need to extend the parking time out front.
The staff in this location tricked you into buying their products and was very rude and unprofessional. With an impatient and indifferent tone and some sort of attitude, they kept telling me The Federal Tax Board address (the one for overnight tax return using a private express service) was a P.O. Box and they can’t do it. While In fact, this address, although without a street address number, is actually FedEx accessible. I mailed out my files at another FedEx center to the exactly same address 20 minutes after I got rejected from this center. The staff from the other center helped to look the address up in their system and it showed up as a workable address. I’ll never come back to this FedEx center again! Horrible experience.

I have my own business were Im shipping on a daily bases. Ive been going to this location for years as its conveniently location across the street. I have always found the customer service very slow, but have to say always friendly. However after todays experience, sadly to say FedEx has lost my business forever! Went to ship a rather large package out and was told that it need to be repacked, that they couldnt be responsible for the contents. I asked why, because this is how it was sent to me via FedEx... was told because the corner had a whole in it. It was the box flap that just needed an addition piece of tape on it. Unbelievable!
Male staff member was clearly annoyed with me asking for help, using a printer machine trying to process a printtogo document that is very unfriendly for the average person, this is so discouraging that Im will to drive furthur to avoid annoying staff members at this location.
Order has not been delivered in time, the employee misinformed me that my poster is already ready but it wasn’t even printed yet. I had to wait more than 2 hours in queue to get my poster and in the end missed my poster session. If you have an important deadline, you’d better not rely on them. Terrible experience.
I have used this location for some time...The staff is ALWAYS helpful (to me, & others in need) & friendly...Anyone who has any type of complaint most likely IS the problem!
Had to wait longer than I should have. Three employees were there, but only one was running around helping everyone. He was super helpful & patient with me. I am not a technology person & needed lots of help. Wish Id gotten his name. As someone whos worked in retail, management, & is now self employed, Id just say itd be great if they taught their employees to greet/ acknowledge customers when they come in, which nobody did, but otherwise, all good.
Bought a 40 pound package of waters delivered by Amazon. The customer representative dude carried it to my car. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! Oh happy day.
Some staff is great, other staff is terrible. Dont go if you dont know what your doing, youll get ripped off by 50% of the staff, the other 50% are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am a senior citizen needing to print an email. The young man acting as manager was very rude and unaccommodating and I was unable to print one solitary email I desperately needed.
This is the only FedEx location I utilize, mainly because of the consistent customer service given. Specifically, Ive had the privilege of being assisted most often by Anthony. He is extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable with every question. Especially in this economy where the dollar is uncertain, Im a person who values and searches for outstanding customer service, above all else, when deciding who will receive my money. It goes a long way with me and they always deliver here.
Helpful printing tip: their default settings are color single sided print. If you change these settings to double sided, B&W the price goes does substantially.Never really had too much of a problem here but they can be a bit pricey.Can be a bit frustrating to figure out how to use self printing or the computers.
I like the convenience of this FedEx location. I’ve never had any issues with the staff until today. The assistant manager, Caesar was disgruntled, rude and condescending toward myself and other customers. When we asked for help, his tone was rude. A senior citizen customer, asked for help, and he told her she could do it herself before taking the time to show her. The other two employees were pleasant and helpful. I astonished how someone with that attitude works in customer service, let alone as the assistant manager.
They have everything you need for your printing, mailing, copying, packing, faxing, and web-related tasks. They even offer free scotch tape, glue sticks, staplers with staples, and other tools that you need to complete your project. And the prices are very affordable! I highly recommend them.
This is my local print and ship location. The employees arent the happiest but always helpful. The shipping the prices are higher the USPS but the convenience and late hours makes it worth it.
I was assisted by Robert on 4-16-19 with the copy machine. He was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this store to my family and friends.Thank you . Jeff

DO NOT SHIP HERE. Brought in items to be packed and shipped. They sent out a package WITHOUT PACKING MY ITEMS INSIDE FIRST. Assistant manager told me he saw employee take my items and put them in a different location on security camera. Not sure if item was willfully stolen or merely shipped to the wrong location due to gross incompetence. What I am sure of is that FedEx has so far FAILED to accept responsibility for this and I am out almost $900. If you want to ship something that is important to you, use UPS. If a UPS employee should damage/lose/steal your package, UPS does a much better job of reimbursing you and making you feel taken care of.
Ok, the saying goes if it aint broke, dont fix it. So that means if it is, do it differently. These guys have the WORST wifi I have ever seen. You need their wifi in order to send any documents from your phone to be printed. I spent OVER AN HOUR trying to make this work!!!!! For 1 document.So, instead of switching wifi servers like they did, try using a different method of sending things to the printer, duh!! This was the 3 Rd time I have gone in to print something and every time its the same!! I never did get my paper printed until I got all the way back home and FedEx sent an automated email letting me know my document was ready for printing, arrrgh!!

I had the worst experience here, I am shocked. I emailed them 3 weeks before a large conference I had at the convention center for a signage and easel request. They said they had easels and confirmed they could produce the signage. I even called the Friday before to ensure all was good to go. They were supposed to deliver signs Monday morning. Monday morning comes and no signs or easels. I called several times and they said they couldnt find order. They did not care and they never followed up with me. I went to the store and they were completely apathetic. Finally, they said they could turn it around in one day so they did and when delivery arrived there were no easels. I called again and they said, oh we dont have easels and they gave me these paper triangles instead!! I will never go to this store again and I suggest you do the same and drive a bit further to go to another store or business.
Wanted to add how I no longer go here! As stated by other reviewers, this locations tries to cheat people by charging them more to repack packages that are already packed well! NEVER have I had an issue before with UPS or USPS, and I ship regularly due to eBay sales! Twice they denied a package that UPS accepted without issues! I even asked the UPS sales person once Is there anything wrong with the package? No, looks pretty well packed to me. And I was like, Well the morons at FedEx kinkos think there was something wrong!!I WILL PAY MORE TO SHIP ELSEWHERE THAN WASTE TIME HERE!!
Very bad service. Ive been customer for a few days ago but every time I visit this location the printers never worked properly. Staff is okish. Nothing extraordinary. No extra mile, no nothing. In fact, sometimes you ask for help and they look like they are not paying attention, either because they dont have time or willingness to help.Today, saturday morning, trying to make a shipment and only one employee running the store. BTW only one out of three printers is working properly.STRONGLY SUGGESTED TO NOT VISIT THIS STORE

This is a great place to go if you feel like being treated like garbage by a group of employees that couldnt explain how to deliver customer service if their lives depended on it. I recently got a package diverted here after the FedEx driver couldnt be bothered to actually attempt a delivery to my condo. Upon arrival, I presented my ID, but didnt have the tracking number handy. The employee said policy was to not give a package without tracking number, even with photo ID. I asked to speak with the manager and was verbally assaulted by another employee who also refused to connect me with the manager. Upon calling FedEx corporate, they were shocked that this office wouldnt give me my package with a picture ID without a tracking number. Filed a complaint with corporate. Well see if the person who runs this location cares to reach out to me. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Customer Service is hit or miss...
This is the best FedEx that I have had experience working with, their manager took my last minute large project and got it done in the time frame that I needed (10/13/2015). She also went out of her way to make sure it came in under my printing budget. All done super late at night (10:30 pm) when they close at 11 pm. Then their delivery driver on 10/15/15, went way out of his way to get me my packages when the convention center was sending him in the wrong direction. He even waited for me on his break. If it wasnt for this terrific FedEx team, I wouldnt have been able to pull off my project for our trade show in time. I highly recommend this location to get your projects done.

One star cuz this is the lowest I can give. Order will not be delivered in time. But they will very pleasure to charge your credit card before one week of the delivery date with no receipt even you request them to send the receipt to you. A poster costs $75 with very poor quality paper with wrong size which I requested. Employees are rude, unprofessional. Poor service, poor employees. Will not trust Fedex ever.Why there are so many 5 stars...unbelievable. Avoid Fedex office if you have any other choices!
This has to be the worst FedEx office ever. The people working there honestly do not care about the customer. You will be in like waiting for half an hour while 1 person attends people and the rest do nothing. The self do it machines are ALWAYS broken. they expect you to use a computer to be able to print 1 document. If they are not busy the least they could do what print it.I have seriously seen 1 person attend 10 people at the same time, the nicest worker there, while all the other do nothing to help her.Avoid this FedEx.
Their representatives were attentive and helpful for the 300+ page document I needed to print off my flash-drive and then make a copy of the same document. They showed me how to add money on my card. Also, they explained how the self-help machines worked.
Great service~ We bought some souvenirs on the Santa Monica Pier, that were just a little to long to fit in our luggage, so we Fed Exed them to the grandchildren! They packaged up our gifts and the grandchildren received them in perfect condition! Thank you!
03/04/18 4:45Went into This location to drop off a package from my company,which we do on an daily basis but today an employe claiming to be the manager decided we can’t drop our package off because he would like to repack our boxes which doesn’t make sense and would cost us more money. complete BS don’t waste your time dealing with these people .TIP Fedex up the street have better customer service

Incredibly slow. 45+ minutes to get 4 boxes shipped, 2 of which were already packaged. Maybe it was because it was 4/20 in Long Beach but this place is slow as hell.

Typical FedEx Office away from the Office. You can get most things done here. Not everything is straight forward; ie: how to print from a USB and how the pricing is done, that is, until youve gone through the minor glitches that office machines, public ones at that, will have from time to time.They do need need more staff on hand. But the staff that they do have, are generally pretty good at what they do, if only they could remember:Staff members, you may have answered the question I just asked, over a thousand times today, however, I have asked that question only once, and probably for the very first time, ever.So when you go there make sure you have your flash drive, the documents that need to be copied, you credit card/cash and some patience.Cheers, and happy copying, stapling and at that!
Liars! Did print and delivery option. Got an email saying it was delivered. It was not. Called The office and he lied about the order being complete. It was not. I called 1800 number they told me item wasn’t even printed. I was relying on them to print and ship so I could study. Not on time!!! Infuriated!
Easy, available street parking right on Atlantic makes this a quick in and out spot. Plus, they have great staff - always attentive and courteous.
If there were a minus 1 it would be checked. After putting up with NO sense of urgency for the last three years, poorer than poor customer service (when they ever get someone good, they ship them out to another location!) today broke the bank! Refusing my package because we dont take shipments that use moving boxes! Since WHEN?! This item I was shipping was in a cut down U-Haul wardrobe box taped with reinforced tape. It was much stronger than any of their overpriced FedEx boxes! But, Noooo...it says U-Haul on it said the man bunned clerk. Il never set foot in that god-awful store AGAIN! I was so livid! What pencil brained imbecil thought that rule up?Terrible store, terrible management, terrible customer service, just the epitome of terribleness!I brought it to another FedEx place on the way to Costco and they took it no drama. Was paid for and I had a deadline to get it out. Was worth the drive!

Terrible FedEx location, nobody was in there working when I dropped off a package, when I came back and did drop off a package they wanted to charge me a lot of extra money because they claimed my box was crushed, which it was not, went to a different FedEx location with no issue. The guy working there was just trying to sell me something I did not need. Another customer there said this location as always trying to cheat people

When i entered Fed Ex i noticed there was only one worker, and so many customers. The worker later learned his nams was Brian, never lost his cool. So many people asking him questions, and asking for help qith the copiers, helping people with packaging. He assisted everyone with the most wonderful attitude even though he was under pressure. I loved the help i received. Happy customer 😊

I am a student, and I do lots of copies, prints etc. I usually go to the one on Palo Verde near my school CSULB. However, for the last 2 times I came to this location and I DID NOT receive any help after asking for it. There was a lady working both times her name is Julia, she was very rude and I notice that she did not provide customer service either. One guy asked her if she could show him how to print by using the computer and the responded “I CAN’T HELP YOU, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE THE COMPUTER”… I recommend you go to another FedEx.
The package Than I was waiting since May 8th. Today they tell meIt is on return to the vendor.I got a mail with the day for pick up in the Long Beach office by May 19th. I went today. And nothing I get.
Unprofessional/uninformed/a total nightmare Tried to order canvas prints there because I thought that they would have a faster turnaround. Boy was that a mistake! go anywhere but here. I would not choose this location if you need printing. I went there and they were out of toner for the one printer I could use. They have other printers, but staff would not make an exception or accomodation. Its not my fault they didnt order the toner!!

Second time they refused to take a prepaid packages citing they fact that they were previously used. I took it to another location and they accepted it without a problem. What these guys do is force you into using their packing services. Wasted time.
