The worst customer service ever I went to this place to do marriage notary and the person who was helping me Jaymie Moten turns out doesn’t know anything about it. She made a mistake by signing our documents so the documents came back and now I have to pay some fees. She was very unprofessional, lack of knowledge about her notary. Don’t waste your time and money avoid this location!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had an emergency notary service needed prior to sending out important court documents before the USPS offiice pickup and closure. I contacted the Pine St.office, which Im 3 minutes away from, at approximately 2:15p and a lady informed me that they closed at 3p and could perform the notary for $15. I called back at 2:27p to see if they could print the documents also as I had unexpected printer issues. She stated yes they could do that before the notary, but again stated that they closed at 3:00. I thanked her and said Ill be there shortly. My friend and I made it there at approximately anywhere between 5-10 minutes to 3:00, but definitely before closing. They had two customers inside when we walked in. After telling us to go to a certain area to email the document file and have the copies printed for the notary, we were then told by an African American lady that they will not be able to do the notary because we needed to be there at 20 minutes to 3:00. What? They never stated that on the phone and I spoke with the lady twice. A Caucasian lady who said that she spoke with me stated in a very rude manner and nasty attitude that she told me that they closed by 3:00 p.m., which she did. However, I stated to her if you knew that I should be there 20 minutes before 3:00 in order to get the notary service, then you should have explicitly stated that on the telephone. Typically, when you go somewhere and you are in there BEFORE the place closes, they will still honor and accommodate any customer that is inside prior to closing of the doors and then not let anybody else in AFTER the doors close. That is how you do business and that is what I am used to. At the end of the day, the notary itself would not have taken more than a few minutes to do the actual process. But, even if it took longer, I was already in there and had not been told to do anything differently prior to coming or I would have because we were in a crunch for time and I got there as soon as I could. Nevertheless, the Black lady did print the documents out, but would not take the time to do the notary. She could have but was acting like a jerk. She also stated that that service prolongs their time there pass their work hours and past closing. Give me a break. What are you getting paid for? Youre getting paid to help the customers that are in there BEFORE your place closes. At any rate, as a result of her defiance and clear stubbornness, I had to go find somewhere else that would be available and was very upset as I was inconvenienced and they did not seem to care and were only concerned about them having to stay past 3:00, and get off work. Very rude and very unprofessional. Poor customer service. They clearly dont care about all of their customers needs. I would not do business with them again.

Absolute life savers! I came down last minute to get Power of Attorney for my father, and Brianna stepped into help fully over the phone. She was so busy l, yet very attentive and helpful walking us through the whole process. Tom was also kind with his customer service helping be a second witness and giving some extra supplies to keep the documents tidy and well together! Thank you so much - this has been an absolute stress your hearts really helped elevate so much stress with their patience and kindness!!!

This UPS store is small in venue but big in helpfulness. The associates & manager/s there are kind, friendly and communicate to the best of their sincere ability.I have a P.O. Box there and when I am expecting something important, they do a great job helping me track it & call me when it has arrived if I’ve asked them to.Since the highly UNqualified “Chief Executive”, Postmaster, Louis DeJoy, has held the seat in the US Postal Service Office, Mail AND Deliveries through USPS has been inconveniently delayed and terrible. The associates there are sometimes rude and very unmotivated. Often they don’t know or care to know where your mail or package/s might be.I mention that to make the comparison and observation as to why I appreciate this United Parcel Service, over the majority of US Postal Service locations. This UPS branch makes an effort and the simple small things go a long way making a big difference.I walk in or smile and leave with a smile my mail.

Scam. They tried charging me $40 for an envelope to be sent. Told me it was the least expensive option when I asked, but when I pressed further the kid told me that they add dimensions & a fee for whatever bs reason. It was an ENVELOP. I said I would go to the post office and he said it would take weeks to arrive due to the delays right now. It took 2 days. And the post office charged me $3.00. I understand needing to make $$ but don’t scam people for your personal benefit. They’re VERY shady here. Beware.

I was given a receipt with a wrong tracking number that cant be found online or through a customer rep. Called the store and I was told the tracking was updated but my package is lost, while a few days ago another person said it’s had been delivered...all this still without a valid tracking to confirm this information with. Cherry on top, I paid for an international delivery through UPS but was told they actually used a 3rd party to do the shipping. All this without notifying me and without my consent. UNPROFESSIONAL, stay way.

Great UPS store! Employees are very helpful & friendly. Easy parking in covered lot behind store. 15min free but they will validate if more is needed. I have used them for packing & shipping of fragile antique items-everything arrived safely!. I have also used their notary services & got a small mailbox box there. Its been great to get email alerts when I have packages/mail. You can even arrange to pick up late from a locker inside! I couldnt be more pleased with this place.

Ive been coming to this particular UPS for over 5 years, almost daily. Theyre efficient, friendly & always so helpful. I do not understand some of the complaints here as my experience have always been pleasant.

Ive been to this UPS location more than 10 times now. The clerks are usually nice and very helpful. Service is always fast, with no drama. The location is also very convenient (a few blocks from where I live, in the heart of downtown Long Beach with the train station, bars, a shopping center, and other fun spots nearby). Ive also gotten my passport pictures taken here, and the quality was decent (they can print or email you the pictures). Once, I even bought one of the hippie charm bracelets that they sell for about $10 after tax and I love it! However, last time I was there, I gave a return package to the clerk (an older White guy) and he just tossed it on the floor near the entrance. I thought that was weird, but its the only incident Ive had here so no big deal, I guess.

Thank you, Megan!!!!!!! (and the man in charge)After three frustrating hours of searching for an oversized box to mail a large extract to Georgia, with little interest from anyone in giving us direction, a call was made to this location. Megan answered the call. After explaining our needs she said maybe we can make a box for you, let me check with my boss. The answer turned out to be yes. We headed over there, conveniently parked under building (they validate parking), went into shop and were immediately helped by the gentleman in charge. He made an appropriate box, printed the labels and we were out in 20 minutes. What a pleasant experience after so much frustration. Proof that good customer service is alive. Definitely my go-to shop from this point forward.

Extremely rude guy (I think hes the owner with the Aussie/British accent) at the front desk. Condescending tone, unhelpful. And this UPS store seems a little shady. Normally, at other UPS stores, I sign for packages when I pick them up. Here, the owner just signs it on my behalf when I take the packages... What the hell? Also, several times theyve been clueless as to the location of my packages at their store. Id look to a different UPS store.

I have used this UPS store multiple times. Liz was fantastic. She was super helpful and very friendly. I was at the hotel across the street and had five heavy boxes. I went in to get some documents printed while in town for ComplexCon. They made me use a self service station, which made me put in a credit card prior to using. Do to the file size, the documents did not print, but the machine charged me as if they did for $28.62. MOD said he would help me get the card refunded, but it would take some time, so i should leave while it gets processed. Card was never refunded and I have left the city. Now every time i call and ask, manager wont get on phone. Have left a number (3) times to be called back at and never once have they called. Its not a lot of money, but i am now paying late fees on something for a product i never even received. Today when i said i would hold after the manager was busy, she said well he is no longer there. Sounds like a manager that doesnt want to deal with problems and makes his employees take the fall

This place is terrible and especially the prices I got stuck returning something to Amazon which required a box and a simple ordinary shoebox sized box cost me 7 dollars!! Total rip off and the employees attitudes were not much better than the prices will never come here again

SCAM WARNING. I came here the other morning to print out 2 colored copies of my resume. It took about 6 minutes and had a young girl help me. I swiped my card, logged in, printed them out, logged out. I was charged $20 for this simple action. I’ve done this EXACT action at other UPS stores but came out paying no more than $5. This is ridiculous. I hope I get a refund.

Thank you, UPS Store 2896! I was recently traveling in CA and sent a package of frozen breastmilk overnight for my little one. Unfortunately, the package didnt get there until Monday and had spoiled, as I didnt know Saturday delivery to my remote area was unavailable. The owner and staff were very kind and sensitive to my situation and I was refunded promptly. I really appreciate your customer service, and even with the mix up, would use them again. I work in the (office) building and I always make a point to use this particular UPS as the people that work there are always super helpful and courteous. They always tape up the boxes Im shipping out and usually are done helping me in mere seconds.Ive encountered customers angry at them but the people always seemed at fault and they were patient with them.

My first and only experience with this place was terrible! Im a top rated seller on ebay now, but it almost was derailed from the start because of this place. Long story short, I needed to ship out a high end Canon video camera so I went here to send it instead of doing what I do now and go through USPS. I asked the guy working that day to package up the camera and ship it. He said he could and would. Once he got the camera, he gave me a fake tracking number and basically stole my camera. After a week went by the customer still hadnt gotten the camera. I went to this UPS sore and asked what was the deal with the package. The thief I was talking too, was giving me a bunch of bs so I asked to talk to the owner. The owner was like well my guy said he shipped it, so he did. Really???? I was basically out of 1500 bucks from the sale of the camera because I had to refund the customer, plus another $35 or so for shipping to get it there within 3 days. I never went back and that was 3 years ago. I will continue to take my business elsewhere. That employee took advantage of the situation and got a great camera for free. The owner nor that employee know how close they came from me returning with deadly intentions.

Met Mr. Corbin he seemed a little rude walks away as I am trying to compliment his store and Larry and his daughter. Both were kind professional at all times and friendly. Mr. Corbin demeanor may have been decent but Nowadays you cant tell with so much drama speading in America. Staff members get my full endorsement. SCAM ALERT!!THIS UPS is owned by a rip off artist by the name of Joe Bergen. Not only do they illegally charge a holding fee for packages, they also often steal items from my mail box. Time and time again my packages have gone missing when tracking shows they were delivered. Please do not use this location.

Horriable service I emailed a doc to print and write a check than they tell me I have to use internet and swip my credit card again to use internet the boss ovisly has a deal with the merchant processing guy for per swipe he gets a cut I will never do bussiness here again wasted an hour here for nothing I use ups daily and this store doesnt represent there bussiness model or them they just suck here period lazy children

I needed to print a 30 page document with legal paper. The guy showed me how to use the machine. I went into properties and changed the paper size to legal. When it printed, however, it came out letter sized.I showed him where I changed the paper size and he told me Oh, thats the wrong place, you need to do it over here. $40 to print the document. When I asked why it was so expensive, he told me it was because of the mistake.
