This is my granddaughter‘s first pair of glasses! She was super excited! It took a little while to pick out what she liked! But she ended up getting the very first person she tried on LOL! She was so happy when she left and she was so beautiful! And the customer service was awesome! She got to ring the bell and everyone clapped and was excited for her! They are awesome! I had the best experience to date on October 6, 2021. Steven was fantastic. He was on top of it. I was promised my glasses in about an hour and got a text in a little less than an hour that they were ready. The fitted my glasses quickly and I was on my way.

Eye Mart has been my go to since moving to Longview. TX five years ago. Great customer service, plenty of frame options, a wonderful warranty, one-hour service, and fair prices add up to all you could ask for. Highly recommended! I have purchased glasses here plenty of times before. Went in yesterday to get new glasses and was impressed with the selection. Sheila was the associate that assisted me and was extremely patient and helpful while I narrowed down my selections to just 2 pairs. She went above and beyond searching for styles that I would like. My glasses were ready in 9 minutes. Left the store feeling confident about my choices.

Very nice people. Helped my daughter. They showed her the cheapest with no insurance. And they were still over $200. When I called a week before. They had deals for around$100. With no insurance. So I dont know if I would be back there.

I had been told that they were too expensive, but my husband had seen the eye doctor today and we decided to go the Eyemart Express. When we walked in, Michelle, greeted us. She was very pleasant and very, helpful. She took us over to the mens glasses, handed us a basket and said that anything he tried on was to go in the basket. She said she would check his insurance. We found him a pair that we both liked and walked over to her. She was very pleasant to us and helped us all of the way through the process. She even told us about the glasses for $19.95 for home use. We were very pleased with that. When we were waiting for the texts to come through, we received one and then a little later the second. We were very surprised when the second one came through. We went inside and she did her job of checking the fit and fixing them if they were off and was very pleasant the whole process. Thank you Michelle for the wonderful work you did and for explaining the process for us. The price was not as bad as we had been told and she told us that from the beginning. The staff here were beyond helpful and made this experience quite pleasant. My daughter had broken her glasses earlier in the day and we were in a tight getting a new pair. Caroline answered the phone prior to our visit there and handled all the questions I had pleasantly and professionally and upon arrival, Michelle was absolutely phenomenal with my daughter, who is special needs. The prices were extremely good and we were able to get a few pair for her and the speed in which they were ready was very convenient. This was my first experience using Eyemart Express and we will definitely be using them again.

Ive worn glasses my entire life. And this place is the worst experience ever. Paid about $400 for glasses that broke after a few months. And they didnt even fit the frames for me. Even after I asked. They obviously have no idea what theyre doing. Plus they are rude. Stay away from this place! There are many other places you can go! ANY other place would be better than this hack job of an eyeglass store.

I was very pleased with the whole experience! Kassie Lynn was called in on her day off, but she still had a very positive and pleasant attitude! She was thorough and efficient and explained things in a precise manner. I only had to wait a week to get my glasses and when I did they were perfect!! I had Kassie again when I picked them up and again she was very pleasant to deal with.

Eye art Express was amazing. They offered great assistance and their priority seemed to be my comfort and happiness with my choices. It’s hard to get that kind of customer service. I deeply appreciate all they did to make my experience a great one!

They did a really amazing job. We have insurance thats a little bit difficult to figure out but they were able to get it taking care of without any problems. They were very quick and friendly. I had lost my new glasses which had cost me In excess of $600. I went to my eye doctor to get my eyes checked and some new glasses. After my glasses were ordered I was told it would be two weeks before I would get them. I couldn’t drive around without glasses so someone told me about Eyemart Express, I went there with my prescription and within 15 minutes I had two pairs of glasses for $40. Have always had the best experiences when seeing Dr. Sarah Ward. Shes always very personable and easy to talk to. My mother also loves seeing her as well. My son went for his first eye exam with her husband, Dr. Justin Ward and I was able to sit in on it and was immediately impressed and pleased with the experience as well. Highly recommend the doctors as well as the clinic. The nurses and staff go above and beyond and are as friendly and helpful, cannot say enough about them!

I was completely speechless how quick they were with my sons 2 glasses. 19 minutes for both pair. The employees were really helpful as well. I will be coming back for my daughters glasses as well as mine. I did self pay and it was a really good price for 2 pair. Got 2 pair for the price of one. Great experience. Went in for the special (2 pairs of single vision with plastic lenses for $38.71) to have back up glasses when I dont want to wear my contacts. Excellent customer service. They were very busy, but still friendly, courteous and helpful. I found 2 pairs I liked, had my prescription ready to go, and was out of there in 30 minutes, with a promise the glasses would be ready in an hour. Within 17 minutes, I received a text that both pairs were ready for pick up! Very happy with my glasses and with the service :)

My husband had ask for 2 pairs of sunglasses, low a behold we go to pick them up one is sunglasses and the other is regular glasses, now mind you we drove over 60 plus miles to go to this store . Weve had glasses done there before they did a fantastic job, this fell under. I believe if the person taking the order they should read back as and make sure the client understands what they are getting. The lady did not make sure what my husband had ask for, she didnt tell us anything about the glasses,so that he would be confident that he would get 2 pair of sunglasses . This is the second time we had glasses made and was unhappy about the out come. You know when you drive a long distance to a place that you had great results one time so you go back and not a thing goes right. Needless to say we want make that mistake again.

Everyone was super nice. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there and my glasses weren’t going to be ready that day. They stayed 30 minutes late to finish them so I wouldn’t have to drive back. I’m so appreciative that they went above and beyond. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

If there was a “0 stars” I would rate them that. Worst experience ever. The manager (Paula) was rude. I had to get my glasses changed twice and it took 2 months to finally realize that regardless of what I ordered, it wasn’t going to be right. The manager told me they didn’t do refunds. She was so rude I was almost in tears. My husband called corporate & they said there was no such thing as “no refunds” with them. Needless to say, corporate stepped in and handled it.

I broke my glasses beyond repair, and needed a new prescription with same day eyeglass service in Santa Fe.. A friend suggested Eyemart. In an adjacent office to the eyewear store, Dr. Alex Corwin and her OD Tech are to be commended for thorough, professional service. Got my eyeglass prescription and a very pleasant, expedient optician to boot. This is the BEST trip for glasses I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Yes, the visit was pleasant and the cost of the glasses w/ insurance was $44. Naturally, I got some bells/whistles added to my bifocal order, but my grand total was only $90.99. No, I didn’t want 2nd set glasses free. Go over there. Money saver and superb service!!!

Someone helped me about 5 minutes after entering, it gave me enough time to look around and see what I liked. The designer frames were surprisingly inexpensive. I got everything I needed in my lenses and a one year warranty for $349, compared to $499 that I would have spent in Houston.
