People here are absolutely amazing!! I got really cute glasses and they made it fun! They even called me to see how I liked them! Who does that?! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!!

I cannot cannot say enough great things about this store! They have an excellent selection of frames and their customer service is top notch. We have been using this store since they first opened and have always had a very positive experience. My son is 12 years old and has been wearing glasses since he was 2. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They always make us feel like we are at home. I love going here except for one person the older lady will not wear her mask like she is suppose to. By law she has to. I have a child with no immune system and they are suppose to check temps and wear mask and of course sanitize. I have never seen her clean anything and will not leave her mask on. I always ask for the others to because my child is autistic and needs the extra time and patience adjusting her glass and she will not do that either. Iam friendly and respectful to others and I expect the same not with her. Also the new manager is not checking temps. I informed him about his worked he said he would check into it that this is his first job in his new job change over. And I pointed her out with mask off and he did not say anything to her. If anyone knows who to report them to I would love to know. It was not a one time either.

I have been getting my glasses from Eyeglass World for years and this week i broke the temple on my glasses. It has been difficult to wear glasses this week that only had one temple. I came in yo get an appointment but couldn’t get in for a week. I asked if they could find a spare temple to get me through the week and the gentleman helping has been working very hard to get it fixed. This level of customer service is why I keep coming back.

Belen is so great she helped me pick my glasses very patient and great customer service I will definitely be back. Hope to see her then.

Service was okay. Waited over an hour and a half to be seen after my appointment time. Waited an hour in the lobby. Then at check out was informed their lens lab was down so they have no same day turn around at this time. Big waste of time over all. Wish they had been up front about the lens lab situation. Couldve saved two and half hours of my life I aint getting back. Very disappointing first experience here.

I went to this store today and they are more worried about taking your temperature than helping you. I got my temperature taken and had to wait forever to get some help. I ended up leaving since nobody would show me any glasses. Extremely poor customer service and I asked for a manager and the manager was extremely rude she told the lady that she was busy and I would have to wait. I have never been treated so poorly. If it had the option I would give this place 0 star rating .

From the doctor to the staff that helps you pick the frames we were impressed. Heather and Shea were the best. So thankful to have them in the community and in customer service. Most painless and pleasant experience I have ever had buying glasses. It was my first time in a bifocal and Steven explained everything so well. He made up for what was a bit of a drag waiting for my exam. I really feel like I know about eyeglasses now!

When I went in for my appointment, the staff who checked me in and got me ready to see the doc, Dr. Steven Barrera (I think lol), were amazing! So friendly and quick. The Doctor explained everything to me thoroughly and I was so thankful for that as it was my first appointment with anyone besides the ophthalmologist who had seen me for over a decade!Unfortunately, the follow up wasn’t as nice. I had to call back to the office a week later to check and see if my sample contacts had come in (they didn’t have my exact prescription in stock the day of my appointment) and they hadn’t been ordered yet. Everyone makes mistakes so I chalked it up to a blip and blew it off. My sample contacts came in quickly and by the end of the first day, I called the office to let them know they were perfect so they could order my 3 month supply rx. But then I was told I would have to make a follow up appointment with the doctor to see the contact on my actual eye. And by this point Covid hit so the doctor wouldn’t be in the office any time soon. I explained that my insurance only pays for one exam and the rest of the money goes towards my prescription so I couldn’t really afford to do this. The staff in the front section pretty much told me “too bad, so sad”. Upset, I asked if they could just GIVE me my contact prescription so I could take it elsewhere and they said they’d have to email the doctor to get permission first.I never heard back unfortunately but I really liked Dr. Barrera and his medical assistant so I am going to give them one more try but I had never heard of this being done before, nor had anyone I talked with about my situation. I’m hoping I can edit this post and give it 5 stars as it seemed to only be the one person I dealt with at the front who made everything sooo unpleasant!

This was our fist time here but I have to say everything was stellar. The Doctor was very nice man, exam was quick and thorough but it was the eyeglasses side that made our visit. Fist off you had coffee, good coffee. Thats a nice touch. You dont see the little things like that anymore. And the fella that helped was outstanding. I dont remember his name, chubby little bald guy, nice guy. Well, I got my first pair of glasses from the U.S.Army back in 1969 on my way to Vietnam. Been wearing glasses ever since. Not once in the last 50 years did anyone ever explain that the way the frame fits is what makes the lenses thick. All these years I been paying to thin out my lenses and all I really needed was better sized frames. Got my glasses, the work just fine but we will be back for the people you have there. I can get glasses anywhere but fresh coffee and good service are rare now days.

They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. The eye exam took a little longer, however, they were busy. The longest part was me picking out my glasses. They had my glasses ready within a couple of hours as they are reading glasses. Excellent customer service!!

Went for an eye exam for my daughter today, and being 8-9 mins late was told we have to reschedule? I asked when was this policy started? I said NEVER since I have been bringing my child here have I EVER been told this. EVER!! On top of this part of the hold up is me having to fill out the form at the front and getting our temperatures taken. I am extremely upset about this. This is at the Longview,Tx location. Wont return.

They did not have many appts for walk ins for the drs office, however the drs office experience was very pleasant. The glasses world was ok to an extent. They have advertised on their wall that they offer same day glasses but both times I had to wait at least a day. This particular time however was very frustrating as they closed the facility for deep cleaning but did not bother to notify customers of the closure and I made a dry run an hour one way to pick up my glasses but was unable to.

We have been going to Eyeglass world for four years. We have seen all kinds of changes and all kinds of attitudes. We went in August and let me tell you, the crew that is there now,Needs TO Stay forever. They are Awesome. Andy helped us pick out our glasses and he was great. He helped us get the glasses that fit us and he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, we were not rushed at all.

I was in getting glasses for my kids for school and Steven was so wonderful. He is so patient and so good with children. We just love him! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I purchased eyeglasses from this company, including the frames. I purchased scratch resistant lenses, they scratched anyway. I made sure I used the eyewear cloths and solution. Fast forward I moved to California and was able to get a replacement under warranty, through their sister company. Unfortunately the scratches occurred, even though I was extra careful. I will never purchase eyewear from this company again.Update: 1/2/2020, the owner contacted me to discuss how they could make it right. I was willing to delete this negative review. No one contacted me again and she ignored my follow up email. I’ve purchased eyeglasses from a different company and now I’m pleased.

Same experience as another reviewer. Older lady was extremely rude and acts like you’re bothering her. Others aren’t much better and quite frankly they don’t know how to fit or adjust frames. In the 3 years I’ve been going there, Andy, I believe is his name, is the only knowledgeable, helpful and courteous one. They’ve lost our business.

My husband and I have been coming here for two years and today was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here! My appointment time was at 11:45 and my husband’s was at 12 and here it is 1 pm and neither of us have been seen! The lady at the front took me into the back room to perform the little exams and I asked her why I had to do it again and she said because she didn’t save the notes from when I did it the month before. I have never had such an awful and unprofessional experience like the one we’ve had today.

My grandmother and I came in recently to pick her out a pair of glasses. After out visit, my grandma gushed about Andy, the man that helped us. She told me he made her feel very comfortable and not rushed. She has trouble hearing and he was very patient and kind. She found the pair of glasses she wants (she is very picky) and I thank Andy for his excellent customer service!

The people here are amazing. So friendly and helpful especialy Lori. She is a sweetheart so patient. Good prices too. Highly recommend.

Could not get an appointment in less than a week. When I got there, 3 people who were walkins went before me. I was 15 mins early but didnt get to go back until 30 mins after my time. why do we need appointments if we let anyone walk right in and go ahead of everyone else?

Took my mother to her appointment ..she was only 8 minutes late.. and they refused to see her ! I was shocked. a lady said after 5 mintues they wont 👀 you! What happened to a 15 or 20 minute grace period. Plus the lady was very rude.

My mom had an issue with her glasses prescription that she had got almost 8 months ago. On a visit back home, I took her back to see if anything could be done, and the optician Andy personally took the time to check out what the problem was and got everything taken care of. He was super patient and I helpful. I couldnt recommend this place more. A+ service.

Arrived at 9am for a 9am appointment the check in girl marked me as a no show and then proceeded to lie to cover herself saying i was late. Waited over a hour to see the dr. Made me late for my next appointment

I needed new lenses for my frames. I gave them my prescription and insurance information. They told me it would take 1 hour for my lenses to be replaced. It only took 30 minutes!! Ill be back!!

Was only 8 minutes late and they wouldnt see me. I thought it was truly ridiculous ..they only had 2 other people . Doctors offices and other places always have a 15 _20minute rule!!! Wont be going back ever.

I went in for contacts order them and they bothered my eyes went back they had to change them and they exchanged them for new ones that cost more but yet didn’t charge me anymore great people would and will be back
