This is the second time I have ordered from here. The cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are delicious. However, what truly stands out is the customer service. To make me happy and complete my order, Michaela hand-delivered the order! Amazing. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking, Edible Art really stands out and is a rarity. I needed a cake made for a Navy Retirement Party and I did not give a lot of notice. They came through, the cake was spot on to what I requested and the butter vanilla flavor was amazing. I got a few cookies while I was in the shop and they were all amazing too. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a great cake or just wanting some terrific cookies.

My first time there was at their food truck. Their online menu said they had 4 gluten-free cookies available. Not so at the food truck. Im disappointed that they left out those with gluten issues. Also, the triple chocolate chip cookie was mostly dough. Barely any chocolate. Not that great. Disappointed. Things look nice on their pictures and reviews but I am left wanting more.

I found them 2 years ago for my 1st wedding anniversary cupcakes (strawberry, red velvet, and butter vanilla) can you say they were awesome the taste as well as the detail/design I asked for. The cookies were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately they are so hard you can hardly bite into them, and have no taste. Sad, because I know my son paid a substantial amount for this Mother’s Day gift.

We have ordered in the past and were greatly disappointed when our daughter’s birthday strawberries could not be delivered on her birthday. Only ONE attempt was made, which was during lunch hours, with no second attempt. I pleaded early in the afternoon for someone to please try since she has no family there and we were four hours away. I can assure you that SOMEONE could have taken a minute to deliver them, as I paid $10.00 in delivery fees! The lady was adamant that she had gone by during their lunch and that was it! Customer service apparently meant nothing.

Wanted to get my husband some cookies since he was starting back to nursing school. The staff was very helpful in helping me select the design I wanted and ensuring that I got the cookies on time for first day of nursing school. They turned out perfectly. The detail they put into their cookies is worth every penny. The staff is so friendly; between that and the delicious/beautiful quality of their baked goods I plan on returning for years to come!

We used Edible Art for my sons wedding this past June 3 and was highly pleased with the results. They made 6 fruit pies for us to add to our dessert pie table, which held 12 pies. Out of the 12 pies, these fruit pies were the favorites by far. Peach Raspberry pie was the favorite among all guests. The comments were that the fruit tasted fresh (its local I think) and the pie crust was buttery and flaky. The peach raspberry came with a crumble topping which was out of this world!!! The folks at Edible Art make pies better than any store bought pie I have ever had. Great job and we so appreciate the attention to detail and high quality.Gwen Hansen

Biggest waste of $1200 I have ever spent. Edible art made my wedding cake. It was the wrong flavor, was literally dry like a sponge, and looked like it was decorated by a five year old child. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a high quality wedding cake!

All of my family will not buy cookies anywhere else. Debbie is an amazing person and pours her heart into everything she makes.

The cookies are a mix between cookie and cake. Lemon& snickerdoodle are my favorites.It is so good I have to limit visits. When the sweet tooth strikes do yourself a favor and just walk in. The rest is up to you.

Staff is always super even when they have a full house. Ill return family next time. The prices are fair for the quality of food.

One year ago, Debbie and her talented crew at Edible Art produced two fabulous cakes for my daughters wedding reception. The first, traditional vanilla with buttery rich cream frosting fashioned in a lovely yet simple replica of the bridal gown, was truly a delectable treat as well as a beautiful, aromatic center of attention at the event. But the grooms cake stole the show. I had asked for something elegant enough to be served alongside the wedding cake while featuring my new son-in-laws favorite candy, Reeses peanut butter cups. When Debbie described what she envisioned to be the right fit, my saliva glands immediately kicked in and I knew she was right on the mark. It was her original chocolate recipe featuring milk chocolate frosting, exquisite dark chocolate icing swirls, Edible Arts signature peanut butter sauce filling, Reeses minis placed artistically over the top and sides, and the finest combination of scrumptiousness!Now a year later, Edible Art delighted us once again with miniature versions of these cakes, which our family placed on the newlyweds front porch to accompany a surprise early morning wake up in celebration of their first anniversary.Second time around: same incredibly delicious creations ... maybe even better!Highly recommend Edible Art!

My wife needed to send something to the wife of a dear friend who had passed suddenly, and Debbie came through like a star. Although swamped with tons of orders for graduations and weddings, etc., she managed to come up with a lovely bouquet of cookies for the memorial service at the drop of a hat. Longview is lucky to have her!

I ordered two cakes from Edible Art and I must say that I was not impressed with what I received.I expected a lot more from this location. The cakes lacked creativity and sophistication.
