Cookies are great, but I’m pretty sure everyone that works here hates their job attitude every time.

I love working here in the mall especially in the mornings when they have their bags of cookies that were left over from the day before for only $1.99. if you get some, they have 6 big cookies, 9 or 10 little cookies, or 3 of the doozies or sometimes even a mix.

The cookie was awesome. The decoration of a “yellow rubber ducky” ended up looking more like a yellow pond duck. Wish I could post a picture. The review is for the cake, the lack is due to the Art.

Got one of their cookie cakes delivered through DoorDash to a local friend whose birthday we could not be present for. Very touched that they took the time to decorate the cake for it on short notice. Thank you very much! What a great store.

Went to pick cake up and they forgot to make it! Party will be starting in 20 minutes. Gave them an extra hour and all they wanna do is give me a smaller cake and a dozen cookie. Told lady that is not ok! And she said I can have the cake I paid for in an hour and a dozen cookies. What a joke! Not happy at all! So we will have a party with the cake being late! And her sister can miss part of the party! Not good Great American Cookie!

This place has great cookies, since the name is Great American Cookies. Good service, great employees. Every time were here we get a cookie

Staff are young but polite. They are eager to help. Cookies are tasty and fresh.

Called order in the evening before.... arrived 20 minutes after pick up time and it was not made. Guy starts to decorate cookie and he did not wash his hands or put on gloves. Unbelievable!!!!

You have to go into the mall to get the cookies so it is a little out of the way. The cookies are delicious and soft. The dessert is pricey.

Was told by the employee that they had 7 cookies for $6.47 so i get home and i only have 6 so i called and the lady say it was suppose to be 6 for that price and i said well next time make sure your employees are giving the correct information

Good cookies but I wish they had sugar free ones. In the mornings they have 6 cookies for $1.99.

There was a very large gentleman at the counter who was poorly shaven and his black shirt was covered in what looked like dandruff(white stuff on entire chest and shoulders). He was leaning on the counter over the open windows of cookies. Was very disgusting and decided to not get cookies after seeing that.

Great place for specialty baked goods.

I was standing in line today and seen an employee drop a utensil that I heard hit the ground, picked it back up and continued to remove icing from a cake that I guess had the wrong icing color on it.
