This place is kind of odd, its mostly Halloween costumes but its also September so I dont know what their regular stock looks like. They have other party stuff as well and I will definitely come back. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

Found exactly what I needed for my coworkers birthday party!

Needed a costume for my kid. Walmart didnt have it and I would have to wait 3 days to get it, but parties plus had what I was looking for having on the shelf. The employee working at the register was talkative and very helpful.

Wow. What an amazing inventory. Absolutely anything you could possibly need for any themed party you can find right here. They have everything from paper plates in a zillion colors and styles to streamers, balloons, banners, posters and customizing kits to make your own party theme. This is also the largest inventory of costumes and props that I’ve ever seen.There is also a massive inventory of Halloween stock that makes other stores look silly.The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

First time in there. They have anything you need for any type of party, celebration 🍾 ✨, and gala.

Honestly they have been going down hill for a long time. They do there best (I think) but it just doesnt work for them. Its too dark their prices are way too high and the service is mostly non-existent. They are an old staple of this town but Ive been watching a lot of those disappear lately.

Great Balloons and fun gifts! Just wish they would of had the psychedelic numbers in stock! Guys were nice and helpful though!

I will NEVER come back to this party store!! I have brought over 200$ this week and was going through it all and realized I have gotta to crack bowls so I came in to see what I could do about it either exchange it or get my money back or get something for it for being broken. The the “guy” that was checking me out was rude about the whole situation. I have never in my life experience such bad customer service in life. I don’t recommend anyone coming.

I walked in without a mask (yes Im that guy) and wasnt greeted with a snarl or typical Karen. Bought some stuff for our halloween party and the staff was still friendly and fortunately not afraid of catching the deadly virus I wasnt carrying. Great prices, will buy from here again.

They have an amazing selection of party supplies and costumes. They also always have helium when everyone else in town does. However, the staff is SO RUDE. Every time I go in there, I swear it’s the last time. Don’t go in there expecting decent customer service because you are in the wrong place.

We got some good gifts for a friend of ours. The people there were a GREAT help. They new where every thing was. THANKS A LOT!!

Wanted to look at a mask on the top shelf and waited ten minutes for help to get it down. The guy working in there said “if I get it down you have to buy it” in a rude tone. They are also extremely overpriced. Would not recommend going there.

Great selection of costumes to buy or rent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They also carry party supplies, candles, and gifts.

Workers talk ur ear off at the check out but dont want to help or show you where anything is they just say ohh it will be over there go down that isle and turn when u see bla bla and its down there......i wondered around for ever asked another person and they too gave me a weird vague answer and didnt offer to help any more. Ultimately i never found any of the items in search for found other stuff and left

The gentleman who works the counter is great. Hes been there for as long as I can remember. They are a little pricy and no returns or exchanges, but you can pretty much find any party related item you need here.

Was very dissatisfied with the employee who thought she needed to follow us thru the half the store. We were a group of 4 grown women looking at decorations to use when we go on our cruise. After making down half the isles laughing and have a blast we noticed the same women.... Okay.She disappears for a few mins than appears again a few isles down. Now mind you we were not obnoxious nor were we destroying anything. We kept on doing our thing but at a quieter level. After looking at the decorations we decided to look at costumes because that is the only part we had not seen, she decides to ask us if she can help us. No maam we are just looking....she continues to follow us.Yep that did me in. I will never enter that store again. If we were disturbing any one because we were laughing, it should have been brought to our attention.

This place is Hella cool!! Especially around Halloween. If you have a costume or a look you are trying to achieve, I suggest you go there to make it happen. Staff is most DEFINATLY ready to help, and very very friendly!!

I love the place but it is very hard to apply online to work there. If you need someone to work there I have applied.Please do consider hiring me due to me being an on time freak. I would like a chance to work there.

Great selection but make sure you dont grab the wrong size. They wont let you return anything even if its been less then 24 hours. They said the sticker said no returns so its not their problem.

An amazing selection of party supplies can be found here. You could easily spend a couple hours just looking around but the staff was very helpful with finding what was needed for our birthday party

This is the most UNFRIENDLY store I have ever been to. Would give no stars if I could. I have only been here 4 times and each time was a new level of rude. Everytime I have come in I have been in need of balloons. Everytime the man at the front counter is a complete jerk! He has gotten upset over my balloon choice and made other employees blow up my balloons. He was worried the balloon was going to pop on him. He got mad that I interrupted his smoke break. He was upset every one in town was coming in for balloons because there is a helium shortage. I think he must either be the owner or the owners son. I have heard him speak rude to other customers getting balloons, complaining he cant get other work done because he has to help blow up balloons. He speaks rudely to other employees. Either way, he shouldnt be around customers since he has no social tact at all. Like you are a middle aged man working at a party store... How hard you life must be.... sad. This store may be local but I will not give my business or money here.

Called and asked for baby bottle banks lady said she had them in three colors and would hold until Wednesday. Drove 2 hrs and all they carry is piggy banks for kids in the shape of pigs, so not what was said or expected. Left mad with no apology or even an Im sorry!

I was going to rate this store 1 star, but instead rated 2 stars because they do have a large selection of costumes and party supplies. Unfortunately, Longview does not have many options for party/costume stores. The staff is unfriendly and on one occasion was down right rude referring to my 4 month old as disgusting because he drooled on a package of balloons that I was purchasing. They are extremely overpriced. Typically I encourage shopping locally, but I found the exact same Spider-Man costume on Amazon for $26 compared to $45 in the store without the hassle of dealing with unfriendly staff. Also, Amazon accepts returns while Parties Plus has a strict no return policy. They also will not let you try on accessories before purchasing.

Lots of coordinating paper goods and stuff, but it kind of feels like if the Oriental Trading Company had a brick and mortar store.

Went there hoping to find what I needed since I live on the edge of town and dont have anything like this near me, after driving an hour and 20 minutes I discovered that they were very rude, overpriced, and did not have the first six items I had asked for in stock, instead I had to settle for what they did have. Gentleman at the front counter was extremely rude and the comments that he made were very distasteful do not recommend.

Always 2nd best compared to Spirit Halloween Store. Service is nothing to write home about. Very overpriced compared to competition.

This place is cram packed to the ceiling with any and every Halloween costume or accessory you could possibly imagine, for children and adults!! The majority of what they offer appeared to be decent quality stuff, but they are just way too outrageously OVERPRICED on everything for me to shop there!!

There was almost no one else in the store and not only were we followed like we were going to steal, but when asked if we needed help multiple times I finally asked if she had any mustache or bowtie decorations and she said no. We found both mustache and bowtie decorations with NO help. HORRIBLE SERVICE and rude cashier make in the front. Wont be back.Amazon is cheaper anyway.🤷🏼‍♀️

Its funny when you buy things they dont tell you that they are NOT RETURNABLE EVEN WITH THE TAG ON. He claimed that it was a COSTUME explain to me how a Tshirt is a costume???? So buyer beware! Make sure its returnable people! Oh but he did tell me I could put it on ebay...not the response I was looking for!

Poor customer service. I went into the store to find a pair of cotton white gloves, after seeing a couple of pairs that werent quite what I was looking for an employee brought me to a pair that I hadnt seen, would not allow me to try them on and garuanteed me they were the only pair of white gloves in the store, which I knew wasnt true since I had already seen two other pairs in the store, but I shrugged it off considering the size of the store. She assured me they were stretchy, which was a necessity for the purpose I needed them for. I purchased them and went to my car to try them on, not only were they not stretchy but they were too small in every finger but the thumb which was much too long. I brought them back in within minutes only to have the clerk mock me, saying things like Theyre costume gloves, what do you expect? And continued to be very rude and trying to convince me he couldnt resell them despite the packaging being completely intact. He did take them back but very smuggly acted like he was doing me a huge favor. I guess this is what happens when you have no competitors in the same town. Shame.

Messy in some aisles, which mightve just been on this one occasion, I dont go often enough to know if this is the norm. Wish there were pirate themed decorations geared toward adults, not just tiny children.
