The customer service has been outstanding and I live an hour from the Longview location. We ordered a custom door and hit a couple little snafus but they got us a temporary door and the installers (who were very professional) figured out a temporary solution until a permanent one can be made when a couple panels werent right (manufacturing issue). Mr. Dale is such a sweetheart and has kept me up to date with everything. The entire office staff has been wonderful as well. I highly recommend doing business with Overhead Door!

I had the misfortune of backing into my garage door this weekend and denting my garage door causing it just enough damage to not open or close. I called on a Saturday and I was able to be serviced that same evening. The technician was able to salvage my garage door and was diligent making the repair on the spot and testing it thoroughly before leaving at 8:30pm. Did it mention it was Saturday night?!

The receptionists / call takers Emily and Brenda were so very polite and helpful. The service tech Mark was prompt, very friendly and extremely professional. Mark explained everything he was doing and ensured that I was familiar with the equipment prior to leaving. This is a family run business that deserves our support and patronage. Very, very pleased.
