Just wanted to share the most Wonderful experience my husband and I had with Over Head Door. I called to explain that the cable had come off the roller and could someone come over to fix it. They sent someone out right away. The service and professionalism was outstanding. We would highly recommend Over Head Door to anyone. 5 STARS for sure.

Just spent 3 days with there customer service trying to get a quote for 3 doors to be installed in a pole barn. 1st response they asked reasonable questions. Replied with pertinent information. Day 2 no response so I inquired as to why. Day 3 the response was to take a look at their website at the options for residential and commercial doors. During the initial round of questions I was asked if I was looking for an insulated door and I said no. On day 3 I was directed to there fine selection of insulated doors. Just facts, no snark. Good luck getting assistance you ask for.

Made an appointment to get an estimate to convert our garage doors to a hi-lift configuration. They came out in February to measure and we haven’t heard anything from them since. I gave them my business card so they would have all my contact information. We are near the end of April now. An estimate should not take this long.

Really like the way they take care of the costumers. Really friendly staff. Great product and they tell you what its going to take to do it right. Really appreciate the time they took to make sure you are happy with the service and product. The price is right for the quality of the service. Definitely recommend them👍👍

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!Ive been trying to reach the original installer (Morkert) for 3 days & cant even leave a message. Called Overhead at 8:30 this morning & she said they could have someone here between 1 & 3. Greg called at 10:30, said he finished the other job early & would I like him to come now. Its now 10 after 11 & my door is fixed & working perfectly. He was extremely friendly & professional. I cant express how happy I am with Overhead Door. Highly recommend them!!!

Our home is sold and of course, my garage door spring broke. We always use Overhead Door and I called them. They understood I had a sell date deadline and fit me in. Their service people were prompt and kind. They do a great job. Thank you!

I have had to call for repairs twice. Always a good experience. Prompt, polite and very helpful in understanding the issues. All at a reasonable price.

Called on Christmas Eve and they came and fixed it right away. It was a small problem and they only charged us a little for coming out. My grandma also called and they asked her to check a couple things first and it turned out to be a small issue. Helped her over the phone. Honest company.

Very friendly people

Very inefficient. I work for a company that uses them and it takes about a month just to get them to come out to look at a garage door. The charge is also quite hefty.PS. It is so surprising for me that theres no single business in the Longview/Kelso area that can fix a garage door in the matter of a day or two as you call. Is there really an unemployment problem in the area or lots of lazy people?

I had my automatic garage door opener cables replaced by overhead door co. of Longview wa and 4 months or so later the cables went out of adjustment. I called overhead door and asked them to come out and adjust the door so it would close evenly and they adjusted it. 4 or so months later it is out of adjustment again . So again I called overhead door and they set up an appt to re-adjust and explained that I could not be on sight. The lady asked me if I could leave the door unlocked so the adjuster could get in and she said great. They never showed up and did not call so I could have a neighbor lock the door. When I called them back all I got from the lady that answered was arguments, attacks on my complaint and lies.

Nice enough people, but while I was waiting for them to call back to tell me if they had the part, I stopped by home Depot and got it for almost half the price.

Three years later and the installation is still incomplete in a new building.
