I’m a little behind but just wanted to say this place is great! I went in looking for a birthday gift for my son and the guys there helped SO much in making his day special! I had no idea what I was looking for and they walked me through the store and ultimately helped pick the gifts for him. He was beyond happy with everything he received. It was amazing and they had halo 3 limited addition my Nostaglia in new condition and holy the Customer service was kind and very helpful and it’s wayyyyy better then games stop they actually have what you want and need. thank you!!!!!

Amazing store! Phenomenal and very knowledgeable staff. Games, toys, and comics you got questions they got all the answers. My son and I came to house sit for my mom, from Dallas and easily found the store with a quick look up for retro games. Honestly I was looking for psp games for myself because I am a big kid lol...and discovered a wonderland of toys my son loves that are hard to find. My classic psp titles, like mega man x and final fantasy VII, in hand for the psp, I was also able to surprise my son with a summer Christmas so to speak. He asked, Did I do something incredibly awesome I didnt know about?Memories that are priceless and likely to never fade all made possible at this incredible store. I cant wait to take him back before we leave a must stop and look at the very least. Trust me if your kid gamer or lover of nostalgia there is something in there for you.

Amazing local business, with so much more to offer than just games. They have collectables and a pristine comic selection. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. Going through this shop was a trip down memory lane. Highly recommend!

This place is my favorite store in East Texas. These guys are always knowledgeable about the games and items they are selling. Ive had many times that Ive walked in and described a old game and theyve been able to help me figure it out. BJ and the rest of the gang are always friendly too. Definitely recommend Games 2 Go been going there since they opened.

The people that run this store are not business appropriate and only care about getting your money first instead of making sure youre satisfied as a customer.one of the employees is extremely arrogant and degrading, I love supporting the small local shops around my town. but with a business like this I cant do so. as the years have gone by Im noticing that this is more of a haven of drop shipping than it is of quality stock. this place will not last any longer at the rate and direction its going. do yourself a favor and order whatever youre looking for online, since this store charges higher than both retail/resale, youre not losing anything by not shopping here. avoid

This place is awesome for finding games of all eras! I go in every couple of weeks to see what they have for GameCube and Play Station. The staff is always friendly and the inventory is always changing!

All the guys very helpful and friendly. Treating customers as friends and remember when you cant find some thing and letting you know when they got it in stock. They remember from a conversation me looking for a game and refusing to get it on line, they got it and as soon I got there the told me they got it.

They are always so nice and helpful when my husband and I stop here. There is always a great selection of hard to find items/games and Funko Pops. We are never disappointed when we stop by!

The guys in the store seemed happy to be there. Also the game selection is super good. Rare games for many different consoles. A little pricey on some games but not much worse than you will find elsewhere. If you are looking for good games in Longview, this is definitely the number one place to go.

I love it at games 2 go! I normally go to the Longview TX one. I like it here because there is one particular worker there that is super nice in every way. Another reason I like to go here is because the variety of games is huge, because it is hard to find any PS2 games.

Honestly some of the coolest employees i have ever met and even if you talk to them they dont dis you. They can talk games, systems, or anime with the best of them. The prices they offer you are better then you will ever find at GameStop or Hastings. Honestly my top pic for shopping games and systems.

Not only does the store cater to newer consoles like PS4 and Xbox One, they also cater to those who play older consoles as well.Anime, collectible card games, and comic book fans will definitely find something they like here too as they carry a variety of DVDs, action figures, and other miscellaneous items.Chances are, if they dont have what youre looking for that you arent going to to find it in any other store.Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic. Ive never met a bunch more passionate about the video game and anime industry. This is my #1 favorite video game store.

Bought 3 games at this store and they didnt put one of them in the case. Called them because I live 50+ miles away and they assured me that they could send the game to the Kilgore store which is closer. Havent heard a word even though he assured me that they would let me know when they recieved it. They still dont have it.
