Longview Glass did a fantastic job cutting glass tops for all our furniture! I experienced great customer service and couldnt be happier with the way the glass tops turned out. We supplied the measurements and each one fits perfectly. Great product and customer service. Would highly recommend!

They did an excellent job glassing in our 22 foot high patio. It completely transformed our house.

The first and only issue I had was with the receptionist, she quizzed about whether my shower was capable of supporting the glass frame. I finally had to show her a picture of the shower to get her to believe me. I was actually asked why was I wanting to change it out..I was dumbfounded but I explained I just bought the house and wanted clear glass instead of the frosted type. After the measurement was done it took 6weeks to get the glass installed. Installation I found out later was delayed even though the glass and frame had been at the shop for a while. I called weekly to see if had come in and was told by same receptionist that it wasnt. Finally after scheduling the install and waiting all day no one showed or called. Thought the receptionist was rude throughout entire transaction.

My friend Barbara Baggett placed a order for a shower door was suppose to take 2 weeks but took over 2 months .The receptionist was very rude no one ever called and gave her update on when she was to get it when she called it was a different date every time then she was so upset they offered her a refund she was never told her it would be half of her down payment would not recommend ever doing business with them .poor customer service

Great service, bought some antique mirror from them. The cut was perfect, clean smooth edges and went well into the end table I was building.

I would not recommend this merchant to do business with, neither will I patronage this merchant in the future. The fact they dont trust their customers or provide the customer service that any individual deserves is unacceptable. Rude receptionist, terrible communication, poor quality work that takes FOREVER!!!What more could you ask forDon’t do it!!

I took them the frame of my dads veterans flag to replace frame was told they could do it later got a call the piece that hold the glass in breaking and they will have to silicon. I said fine make it look good. Get there to pick it up pay for it get in truck and plexiglass falls out. No wood nor silicon on it. Go back in I was told we couldnt silicon it. But I had to go back in to get this info. I feel misled and over charged for project I was told they could do and didnt finish

Couldnt believe it when my wife told me that the receptionist actually asked Which side do you want us to cut off of these panes? ..... (Instructions writen on the package, Make these 10 x 14... Basically take 5/8 off of one side). ... Can you figure it out?..Then when I picked them up, she blamed chalking on the glass for ruining a cutting tool.... Silly girl, turn the pane over, chalking is only on one side.And I really dislike being talked down to, really do.

4 men came to my house to install one mirror. One of the men smelled like cigarette smoke so badly. I started coughing and gagging. When he left it took 3 hours to get the smell out of my house.
