Ordered glass top for a table and they tried to give me someone else’s in person when I was there. (After waiting for someone to show up). It had the name Julissa on it. Later they had a guy deliver her glass to my home and of course it didn’t fit...it wasn’t mine!!! And we had already established this in person. The measurements were way off and I was told “well that’s what you gave me” ...even after I showed screenshots from messages with RJ proving that he was wrong, he still wasn’t apologetic nor offered a solution. I ended up asking for a refund and using The Glass Guru. RJ needs to work on customer service.

I had a very great experience very friendly and understanding and professional and worked fast and great ending results. Will definitely use again and tell everyone I know about them. Thank you mk glass

Came and measured vanity then got the mirrors installed and was short and came to a way different price than discussed. Told them I wasn’t happy with Mirrors and wanted them redone and got the run around. Will never recommend or do business with and and seeking legal measures.

Order a piece of glass from them for my table and said it would be one week its been 2 weeks and I cant even get a answer

Brought my storm door (Larson Savannah with retractable screen) in to have the lower pane replaced on a Monday morning. He measured then quoted a price that I then paid in full (my mistake) and said that it would be ready Thursday. Thursday morning I check in and the glass had not arrived yet and said it would be ready Friday. I check in Friday morning and still had not arrived and said to check in Monday. I again check Monday and still has not arrived. I called the following Thursday and another gentleman took my number and said that the owner was out and that he would check on it and call me back. A week and a half later I stop by to check after no return call and the glass had been replaced they just didnt call. First thing I notice is that the top glass is down about 8in and the screen is torn on the edges and will not roll back up. Also the new glass is not flush along the top, the trim has a slight angle to it that is noticeable when the screen is fully open, and several of the color match screws that hold the door together have been replaced with bright, shiny silver self tapping screws. He then states that it could have been like that when you brought it in, I did not check the door over when you dropped it off. but he did say that he would fix it and to come back tomorrow. The next day he was out of the shop and the door had not been touched and I was told to come back the next day. Today I go in and now the screen will only roll up about 1/3 of the way. He now claims that when I dropped it off that the top glass was all the way down with the screen fully out and was like that and that I would not have to pay anymore (I already paid full price). He said that he only asks for half up front then other half at pickup. That was not mentioned when he happily accepted full payment up front. I then asked if he was offering to reimburse half back since he just stated that I was only responsible for half and he then accused me of just wanting money out of the deal. I then just took my door and told him this is a shi77y way of doing business. Took me about 20 minutes and a couple slices to my hand to get the spring twisted back up so that the screen would roll back up but it is still torn around the edges and offers a couple holes for bugs to get in and at least the silver screws are on the inside and not visible outside. Will not recommend to anyone.

We will never deal with this company again... ever! if you delete this message we already let know our business friends and our friends all about your terrible experience. even on google shows bad reviews. we have a business in gilmer road. they told us they were coming Wednesday 15th, 2017 and they never called, or anything. they were asked by text what happened and never gave any apologies. they were told the first time they came to the computer business to measure again, the owner said he was there already. they showed up until late thursday. next day we noticed that the glass was larger. again, they never apologies, but after so many texts they were told they needed to come pick up glass by Monday. Friday night they were told we open at 9:30 and he clamed he was here at the computer shop at 8:30am, we asked next door and said they never saw anyone. by Monday they came back, picked up the glass in a bad mood, left and NEVER apologized! NEVER DEAL with this company!

I would give -0 star for the worst service. first time i called to replace broken window, they said were coming following week by wednesday. never called. i texted and not even an apology. finally came in late evening . next day i noticed the window was not measured right. first time when guy came in to measure and lest i warned to return but he texted back and said he went there already, fine. i texted but never returned my messages friday night i told them need to pick up glass. he calls me to tell me he was coming saturday morning. i sent text friday to say im open at 9:30. he said was was here around 8:30 sat morning. they come today, picked up glass and again... never said they were sorry, no apologies whatsoever! i would never call those people ever again! not responsible for their actions, and dont care. i spent all week without a glass for window. worst business ever!
