I always come here for my shakes.. they always honor the online buy one get one half off.. this time I get here at 7:40 after driving 30 min and they tell me they can’t honor it because they aren’t a corporate store.. then why are you even open that is false advertising and why have you honored it before..the worst part is I can order online with the same coupon they told me I couldn’t use and choose this location as the pick up store..

GNC says they have a 30 day return or exchange policy. Wouldn’t exchange my product that don’t work. Says they can’t because of covid. Come on now. Everywhere else does returns. GNC will have a law suit against them.

Honestly, the when this chain location was inside of the mall it left a bad taste in my mouth for GNC. But one day just out of convenience I decided to pop in at this location. I have been back several times since. The employees are knowledgeable on their products and happy to work with you to find what is best for your body, goals, and budget. Speaking of budget, they are a bit pricey compared to their competitors... but they are happy to price match if you just ask. :)
