Deals are not very good, but its too be expected from a local car dealership. Make sure to shop around and check online prices. Very attentive staff, they will try to negotiate many times as you try to leave.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new vehicle at Crown Kia! My salesman was Mr. Adam Richardson. He was very patient and explained all the options my vehicle included! The purchase of my new car was seamless compared to other dealers I have used in the past. The finance manager Mr. Derrick Pettiway, was very attentive to the price point I needed. He was able to get my price point below the initial amount and was able to include all the extras such as GAP and Extended Coverage! I am so grateful for Crown Kia for assisting me in my purchase and I am a life long customer!
I called yesterday to schedule oil change, tire rotation, etc. cost was $99+. It was to include a vacuum & wash. After they were done....I was informed they were unable to do the wash & vacuum today. I asked if they were going to knock off some on the price? They informed me those services were complimentary. I was told to go inside & speak with someone. After speaking to about 3 people, no results. I went back to service dept. Sheena did use a coupon to discount my service by $10. They want me to come back during the week to get it finished. It is not feasible to take off work during the week, when the services should have been completed today. I will not use them for anything further--except getting a second key made that should have been provided when I purchased the car.

They told me I needed an appointment. When I explained I was from out of town and I was too nervous to drive back to Dallas the young lady immediately took my keys and said we will get you in but it might be a wait. I was thankful for that and 3 hrs later I was rolling with an easy mind back to Dallas.
Negative 10 stars!!! Service department is sooo horrible. Had to have car towed to them. Paul looks under the hood and tells me that it so clean and well maintained there will be NO problem with the warranty. Over Memorial Day weekend 3 days later Cody tells me the coolant cap had been loosened and the car overheated and burned up the engine. Wow! NO ONE HAS TOUCHED THE CAP. Kia denied the claim. I WAS LIED TO! This dealership is in transition and didn’t want to fix it. Do not trust this dealership!!!! Go elsewhere!
We just purchased a new car here from MIKE SCOTT....if you need a car, go see Mike...we had the best experience ever. I always dread the car buying experience because it is always a hassle and seems to take forever. This was not the case with Mike, he was knowledgeable, patient and concerned that we get exactly the car we wanted. He always answered my phone calls immediately and took care of everything we needed. We were super happy with our experience at Crown and are thankful that we got to work with Mike Scott.
Avoid like the plague. I went to buy a new car with cash and it took over 4 hours. After the test drive I was told a price 8k over the Internet price. After we settled on paying the Internet price they insisted on the extended warranty. I flat out told them no, so then they said I would have to finance it. If they didnt have the exact car I was looking for they would not have gotten my business. To top it off they took the car to gas and detail adding almost an hour to the process. It came back exactly like I drove it and with an eight a tank of gas. I brought this up to the GM after the deal was done and said I didnt appreciate my time being wasted. He was extremely rude saying just be glad of the deal you got. If you dont like it give it back. Completely unprofessional after the deal is done and not worried about trying to satisfy their customers. Beware!

Will not do business with them again. Bought a car paid cash. 3 weeks after purchase it breaks down in middle of highway. Tow and services almost $500.00 since it was a cash car had to pay for it myself. Thats the kind of service you get. Also will not fix my horn that hasnt worked since I purchased the vehicle. I have to do that myself. They as of now 12 04 18 are going to fix my horn. Now Ive had the vehicle 5 mo. Still no title and car is back in shop two broke motor mounts, discovered I had a transmission leak. And O2 sensor is out causing it to miss plus missing on three calenders.
Service department - very dissatisfied I took my ford explorer back because the fender and molding by the windshield were hanging off. When I sent it back they replaced the fender or actually just glued it back on and the molding they cracked and glued it on crappy. I wish I could,post the pics up here. So when I called and talked to Marvin he said they were told to fix the molding as good as they could and not replace it. Now the molding is cracked and glued on where the glue is showing. He said well they were told to do the best they could without replacing it. I said so cracking it is the best yall,could do?!?!. They will not fix it. They just made it worse. I could have glued it back better and not cracked it.
My mom and I went here to check out the sale scratch off flyer and we won two dollars. The guy who helped us was very nice but told us we could only have one prize though we had two flyers. My mom declined and as we were leaving a second man said I was just trying to help you when your 2000 (in reference to our car) breaks down. Later I called to find out the name of the gentleman who helped us and was rudely declined. She told me i needed to tell her his name. Will never return.

February 6, 2018 I drove my Daughter to Crown KIA in Longview for a learning experience about scams because we had received a Sale Flyer in the mail. It was the usual age old scam of Scratch and Win game. She had a matching number to win $1,000. She was very disappointed and hurt after she realized it was all a trick and the salesman offered her a $2 dollar bill. Thankfully it only cost us a 60 mile round trip and 2 hours of our time wasted. Guess what it cost you Crown KIA? It cost you a brand new buyer. We were going to buy a new KIA Soul August when we could commit. After your trick today, my Daughter wont buy a flat tire from you now. Your trick was actually on you, crown kia.
Satisfied with the level and speed of service. They handled a recall at the same time. My dealership in Houston always gave a complimentary quick wash and I miss that.
I just left that place and Michael Jackson was extremely rude!! I too had won and was not even given the 2 dollar bill.. He kept looking stuff up about my car in which I told him I was not going to trade in, nor did I want to buy a new car. This person is not a Professional and is very rude. I had to get up and walk out because No just wasnt being heard..

As soon as we arrived they wanted to run our credit to See what you qualify for. While waiting we saw several vehicles online, but it started raining so never actually looked at any cars on the lot. 2 1/2 hours later we went home to discuss before jumping into anything. The next day husband gets a call from the dealership saying they can work something out and get the payment where we want it. They ran our credit again several times without authorization! The inquiries dropped my credit score overnight! I do not recommend this place as this seems unprofessional and does not make me feel like they care about their customers like they advertise! Gave 1 star because would not let me post with none!
Sure I will post how your aggressive sales people pressured me into buying another car and not taking the one I bought from you last year and all I was there for was to get my car serviced. I tried to walk away from them several times to no avail. I was locked up in prison for 10 years and cant deal with being pressured!!! Im use to being told what to do. You have allowed me to destroy what little bit of Credit I have been working on. Thanks

The sales team and financial team are on two different levels. I was spoken to with great disrespect by Jason Williams and never got a formal apologize from anyone. I received a letter from Crown Kia of Longview asking me to come in and trade my current vehicle and got greatly mistreated.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!!! Went to sign on the dotted line for a car and some guy named Micheal Jackson said they would not do business with me so I left & went to Huffines Kia in McKinney TX only a short drive and was treated like a king and got a car for less money and more options!!!! If I could give this car dealership less than a one star I would. Like a negative hundred. What a waste of time and space. They need to shut the doors of this place. They will never sell any cars with this guy here. Only hurting sales guys and also someone trying to purchase a car with great credit and etc.

Bought my very first car as a trade in from a 98-2018. Got locked into a car that I was not qualified for, salesman stated I make way more then I do which then has me paying more a month then I could afford. Wanted my loan processed through USAA which they did not do, they processed it through Kia. Very unsatified with the whole car buying purchase so i brought it to there attention the next day wanting my old car back along with my $800 down payment which was less then 24 hrs &I was denied! 2 months later I’m still in this new car that still has paper tags because I haven’t received my new ones even after already making my first payment. So we jump ahead two months and I take my car into the dealership today cause they offer to tent my front two windows since I purchased the car as is with no tent and after waiting for 1 1/2 hrs I get my car back with standard tent done over the window stickers that should have been removed and the tent was filled with air bubbles on both windows! Most unprofessional and Dishonest company I have ever delt with & with this being my first time to buy a car not only is this a life lesson but I will never go through Kia again after this car is paid off, or traded in!
Never buy a vehicle there again. They ran the numbers game on me. I tried to return car within 24 hours and was told I couldnt. That was against law. Didnt know that then.

This was a horrible car buying experience. The salesman, Shaw, initially was very nice but things went left at financing. He ran a credit check for the person I was with before he even gave a price! Luckily, I know that is NOT the way its supposed to go. We knew we needed special financing but did not expect to be treated like complete idiots. The whole ordeal was a complete turn off. Not to menrion he was trying to sell us an Altima with over 800000 miles on it! He was very pushy and inconsiderate. We went 5 miles down the road and purchased a 2015 Chrysler. I would NOT recommend them.

Please do not get a car here. They try to get over on people and the people in Repair services are very rude. I only had my car for 5 months and its giving me problems. When I first got the car the engine light came on and it was jerking and now the problem is happening again that they had supposed to fix and they do not want to fix it. I have a 2016 Altima and I shouldnt be having so many problems out of it. I will never get a car from here again.
I took my Kia up there back in April they told me that I need a Schrader valve and 2 lb of freon. Charged me $277 and still l took back up there they said it was my compressor that didnt work . They stole my Freon out of my car.. Took it to another shop .guy shop you no freon in your car so yall didnt put my Freon back in. Im going to come your way into Better Business Bureau. They ought to be ashamed of yourself Ripping a lady off by the way yall did stoled my freon

There was about 10 people standing around out front and one helped us. We explained the situation we were in, they were friendly, upfront and pulled up the car we wanted.Great service, right? We didnt get approved for that car and moved on to another one to just look at. Drove it around and it was fine. When we got back to dealership, all hell let lose. We were suddenly approved for a car neither of us had even agreed on buying, we went in to talk more about the payments to see how cheap is was. They came back saying the car was 32,000, but they were so kind enough to drop it down 3000. We did not agree with it and explained that we had other cars to look at other dealerships. We stated multiple times we did not want that car and would not budge pricing on something we didnt want. When my husband mentioned the price was outrageous and we couldnt understand why the prices kept changing from 23000 online, to 32000 before interest in person on a base model that is only worth 19000, our salesperson not only raised their voice and slammed a pen around, left us and had someone else come deal with us. We heard the rest of your employees make crude remarks about us and that we just needed to buy the car, a car we didnt even want. Some pretty lacking customer service training going on there for the steep price of your cars. The person who finally talked to us kept repeating non sense about needing the car and how it was a good price. My husband, yet again, mentioned how the car he wanted was listed for 29000 online and how could he be approved for something listed at 32000, but not what he wanted. The other salesman also raised his voice at my husband, and they either ran off when we mentioned the price difference or tell random stories to change the subject. I finally had to raise my voice back to get heard about what we needed and wanted and what we paid for with our other car and that we, yet again, did NOT WANT that car and had others to look at. They finally let us go and offered help on the car we wanted after that, and we refused to budge again to show we wanted to leave, and finally were told the phones were shut off for the night and we had to go. Horrible customer service(most people would be fired for what your employees did to us today), over priced vehicles for no warranties, cant make up their minds on prices, nor do they give you the time of day to even say you dont want a car so you can quit wasting everyones time and prevent the raising voice tactic youre employees have apparently learned to try and scare someone into buying a car priced 10000 over what its worth and try to talk down your current car to make you feel like you need it cause your driving something older. We have 3 other cars and will not be purchasing our 4th from here, so heres to hoping they dont call back.

When I arrived at this dealership, everything was great. I was greeted almost immediately. Nick listened to my concerns and everything I wanted in the car. He then brought one to me that was still about $2,000 over the budget I asked for. He told me he could work with us and I was ok with this. He gave me a quick walk around and then we took it for a drive. I immediately fell in love with the car. When we came back in the office, the price went from $13,999 to $17,999. Then it changed to $15,999, we worked out the payment and I told him I would need to discuss this with my fiancé. I was then told that this was only the price for that day and it had to be done that day. Because I loved the car, I went out of my way to talk my fiancé into the car. However, when I got online, the exact car I was looking at was listed for $13,999 on their website. That evening, Nick called my cell phone about 7 times. He said he could match that price but only if we bought that night. We didnt want to make a decision that night, and why the heck would go back to that dealership if the prices were going to be jacked up the next day. I was very frustrated with this entire experience. We drove to Shreveport and bought from there.

They are highly pressurd car salesman. They use tactics to try to sell. Very pushy. . They will keep you there hours. They switch sales guys and a new one trys to sell you by wearing you down. They insist you come inside. Thats the second part of the game. The third is they Jack the price up and then discount to make it look like you are getting a deal. I watched this over a corse of several visits while I was test driving. I did buy my Kia Optima...... But not from them. They did not seem trust worthy look at all the other one star reviews beware....be very aware 😐

Sales man after I purchased the car was extremely rude to me. As if since the sale went through he wiped his hands of me and in the long run told me to get lost. He needs to be in time out as far as customer service. He is loosing business for if I could have gotten my p.t. cruiser I would love!
Ive just read the KLTV news this morning, and I would like to let everyone know that this same thing happened to me and my wife March of 2015. We were told our trade would be taken care of by a sales man named Tim. A month later my finance co. called and asked why I was late on my payment. Turns out Crown Kia took it my trade and put it up for repo with out me knowing. They had me clean it out and give them the keys before I left. Now I am stuck with 3 car payments because they lied to us.
BUYERS BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN LONGVIEW TEXAS!!! They only consider issues that compromise safety if their almighty, all knowing, never wrong, machine tells them someting is wrong. So if you take a vehicle in, that is still under factory waranty, and report safety concerns like brakes failing, engine stalling, and engine losing power while driving down busy highway all of which happened multiple times without warning requesting them to specifically check throttle body or anything else that can cause this issue what you can expect is them spend less than an hour to hook up to a machine and give a report that no errors were picked up. Ok so i see the benefit of a computer diagnosing a problem, but I can assure you that a vehicle bought brand new and has less than 60,000 miles this is not normal or safe. Apparently Longview Crown Kia since this beloved machine says nothing is wrong they are perfectly fine with you putting not just your life in danger but all others on the road with you! They will not do any service to repair without errors on the Godly machine. I prefer to do business with a company that cares for their customers and willing to investigate what a computer may have failed to. I though mechanics went to school to learn about the cars. Yes use devices to help with efficiency but the customers are the ones driving every day for months or years so the few minutes your company spends looking and driving the car is not going to give you a full picture. Heaven forbid you do some sort of trouble shooting!
They ran a hard check on my credit without my approval now I have to dispute and waste my time!!!!! I explicitly forbade them from running my credit at least 4 times, they did it anyway. Do not give your social until you are ready to buy a car 1000%. The stupidest part was I already told them I was not financing though them.
Two weeks ago, my husband and I started searching for a newer more reliable car. Longstory short... I will NEVER do business with this dealership. RJ was the salesman working with me... and he was pushy from the moment he called me. I was only interested in looking at vehicles and financing. I told him my husband would have to here for us to make final decisions. The bank approved us for financing on the Chrystler 200. I told him I was interested in other cars as well. My husband and I have three kids, two being in car seats. Well... he seem to care about any of that. He got us financed then called and told me I could drop off our car (trade) and pick up the new car. I have never driven the car... nor was I sure I wanted the car. Also, my car payments were higher than what they should have been. The numbers for the price of the car, with interest over 72 months did not make sense!!! Not at all... however, it sure made sense when I flipped the number from 14993 to 19993! Never will the admit it, but Im positive the number was flipped. I am positive I was being taken advantage of. I ended up at another dealership... bought a car for the same price, I have extended warranty, gap insurance, and a service plan... my monthly payments are way less than at Kia, and the interest rate was the same! Soooo now... Im really convinced I was being scammed. Not only that... but I reached out to a lady who works at Kia as well. She was willing to help me until she tried to get the keys from RJ. He refused to give her the keys and told her I already looked at the car. But yet I never test driver this car!!!! She then told me... that my payments would be high because of our credit and interest rate. She then tells me that this was them helping me more than me helping them. Well... yall just helped right on out of not buying from yall. I also asked to see small SUVs, and other cars. This Kia dealership had no KIA Optimas to show me... yet they are full of cars, and I saw about five online that morning I was interested in. This place was a joke... and I will be warning everybody i know. Hopefully yall train or talk to the employees about customer service skills because they had none. oh and teach your salesman to make sure they get the customers name right. RJ never called me by the right name... and that was just straight up annoying.
RJ the salesman is a pathological liar who take time to brag about how long hes been working with the dealership and not concerned about the customer and helping people get into a vehicle!! Im disappointed in this dealership!!!
I bought car from crown kia. They sold me a defective one and when i went tgere next day nobody cared. They said sold as is.I mean they could have fixed that problem but they tried to sell another one. I wish i can give -ve rating.

My son was looking at a 2012 black chevy 1500 extended cab that is lifted and has nice wheels and tires on it. Internet price says 27,995.00. We ask the salesman the price of the truck and he says its around 28,000.00. My son takes it for a test drive, we get back to do the paper work on it and the manager comes out saying its 36,995. That the internet price is wrong because they added the lift and the tires to it, that was the price before the lift and tires. That sure is funny that in the picture on the internet the truck is lifted, otherwise it should be the picture of the truck with no lift and wheels and tires dont you think! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CROWN KIA EVER AGAIN, AND BELIEVE ME, WE WILL SPREAD THE WORD! The manager still hasnt changed the price on the internet! One thing I cant stand about dealers. Most of them are liars and tell you a line of crap, the manager is horrible and horrible at sales. Thats why us parents go with our young adult children to buy vehicles, so they dont get scammed!

I bought a 2013 Red Dodge truck from them. They tried to sneak a 4 year extended warranty in on me at 3.77% interest. I said no to the extended warranty, manager said it was a package deal so they could make more money. They cancelled the extended warranty but upped the interest rate to 4.25%. Since then I went to my bank and got it refinanced at 3.90% interest so they wouldnt get want they wanted, i will never ever deal with those a--holes again.

Employees Impersonated me when calling my bank - When I called Jason Williams to ask why would she do this, he would answer my questions, with another question. When I finally realized he was not listening to me, nor did he care about the situation, I decided to get my Lawyer involved. Instead of apologizing to me, he hung up on me. I would not conduct business here, and I will be telling all my friends, family and contacts about this.
