My fiance and me bought a few pieces of furniture from these guys and we are glad we did. We are very pleased with the quality and price. Our new mattress (Bed Boss) is amazing. Best sleep weve had in a long time. The customer service we received was excellent as well. They have delivery available but for an extra fee. I chose to pay the delivery fee because I had a few large items I purchased along with our mattress. The delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition, still wrapped in the original plastic packaging. I highly recommend this store as your go-to for any furniture needs.

Not impressed with my mother in law being sold a matress, and being told it was in stock, and then after special arrangements were made to pick it up, the sales guy had never bothered to assure it was there. Needless to say it was not there. Then had nothing to offer, including an apology for making things right. Fortunately Mattress Firm at the loop and Judson was interested in selling in stock merchandise and found a way to make as good of a deal as Mattress Depot was offering. Which place do you think I would go back to and recommend to friends?

Mattress Depot and the employee red head guy, i think Ty is his name is as crooked and sketchy as they come. You need to be careful shopping here because they try to fast talk you and back track on things they promise after you pay them. Even called other mattress stores in other areas and they told me to watch out with doing business here. I fully REGRET spending any of my time and any of my money with these people.

The manager, Coby, was very attentive to our needs as we were relocating to the Longview Texas area from across the country. The guy who delivered our mattresses was also very polite and professional (Wilson, I believe). The combination of people from this retailer made our experience very seamless and pleasurable during what can normally be a very chaotic situation (moving!! ... lol) Highly recommend!!

My wife and I needed a new bed for our guest bedroom, and as fate would have it, a flyer for Mattress Depot appeared in our mailbox. I read the reviews, and decided to give it a chance.Ive seen a couple of reviewers speak highly of Coby, and my experience dealing with him proved that those positive stories were not flukes. Coby seems like a really good guy. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, but not pushy in any way.They had a really good sale that day. We ended up buying a nice queen mattress for half off, and added a frame, a mattress protector, and box spring for barely over $1000 total.Coby called me a few days later to schedule the delivery, and they were able to squeeze me into an early window the same day. To my surprise (based on experiences with other furniture stores), the delivery driver arrived when Coby promised he would.There was a slight issue with the frame missing some pieces, but this was resolved promptly with a simple phone call. There was a smaller box that was missed when they loaded my bed into the truck, and they made it right very quickly. The driver arrived again within about 20 minutes of that phone call, and was very apologetic for the confusion. It wasnt even that big of a problem, but their willingness to own their small mistake, and their effort in resolving it so rapidly says a lot about their character.As for the bed, it has been assembled and looks great. Chances are we will be doing business with Coby and his team again in the future.A note about the assembly: I did have to assemble the bed myself. I just want to mention that because some furniture businesses do assemble the furniture when they deliver. This is not a negative comment about Mattress Depot in any way, but rather just an FYI to any other potential customers who happen to read my review in order to avoid any unexpected circumstances.In my case, it was an opportunity for my rarely-seen manly side to surface and build something. It was an extremely easy assembly, as I had it together within about 30 minutes. It could have been done more quickly, but I was really taking my time and also taking advantage of some help from my young daughter.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... Phillip Thompson is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL... He will try to rip you off if you dont pay attention to what youre signing... Also likes to call customers liars... I already contacted KLTV and provided pictures from his Facebook account (which he already closed) about how he treats people.
