Chelsey enthusiastically greeted us at the door and then patiently went through all the differences in each bed we tried. I say patiently because I made sure to try each bed for at least 10 minutes to get a good feel! We were able to work out financing and have the bed delivered. The delivery guys were also great! Very respectful of our things and home as well as us. Would definitely recommend Sleep First Longview! If you get the chance to work with Chelsey, you wont be disappointed.

Bad Customer Service. I recently purchased two frames to support twin beds. The first one was great. A few months later I purchased another one. First, they took over a month to get it delivered to the store so that I could go pick it up. When I was finally able to take it home, I discovered that it was of drastically inferior quality to the first. A few days after taking it home I asked to return it, since it was different then the first one they sold me and of significantly inferior quality. Apparently, during the time that I was forced to wait for them to deliver the frame they stopped working with that supplier (again, note that this was during their delay). Their response was that since they no longer dealt with that supplier of the new frame they would not take a return. It also took about a week to get a straight answer, with several follow up phone calls from me trying to track down someone who could give me an answer.EDIT- I was contacted by the owner and he made everything right very quickly. The he and the staff were friendly and helpful to get everything fixed.

Wonderful bed buying experience. My sales associate Ashley went above and beyond. She really took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I am super annoying and I realize that. I lead her on for months, randomly asking questions about beds, stopping by at odds times to see if I could lay on one. You see I just couldnt pull the trigger on this large purchase. I was torn between two really awesome firm beds. She NEVER got annoyed with me. Was always patient and answered questions. She would talk to me in her super soothing voice as I lay on the prospective mattresses. I was finally able to do it this past weekend. After three months of indecisiveness. With Ashleys velvety smooth voice walking me through the process I was able to make my large purchase easily and set up my hassel free delivery even amid a pandemic. I have bought a total of 6 mattresses here. They staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I really feel like they go the extra mile for their customers getting them the best deal ! I called a few other places to do some price comparison because I was buying 4 brand new mattresses. Mattress firm was high and when I asked if there was a discount for buying 4 at once, I was told that the price is the price. I stopped by Blake’s on the way into Longview and was told that it was too close to closing time for them to do anything. I realize that it was 4:20 on a Saturday but my circumstances were kinda extreme. If I know someone was about to drop a couple of thousand for beds and mattresses and dressers I might try a little harder. I wish I could remember the girls name who helped us. If I find it I will update my review

As the name suggests, I tried to sleep here first. Dont do that. Its not what you think. Actually they sell stuff to sleep on, but you can not sleep here first. You have to buy it first, get it to some place else second, (parking lot does not count) and sleep on it THIRD. Should be called Sleep Third.

The best bed I have ever owned. I literally just slept 12 hours the first day having the tempurpedic w/adjustable base.. . they definitely were professional and genuinely cared about my wants in a new bed. Their warranty does not cover defective mattress covers, mines falling apart after a year of use, this place and tempur has piss poor customer support. And warranty services is not helpful as they give you the run around. I dont recommend this place at all and will take my service elsewhere

Ms. Alderman did an excellent job of presenting the options available to me based on my needs and budget. I appreciate her thoroughness, patience, and knowledge of the product.Update 2 weeks later:Due to a medical appointment, someone else was home to receive the delivered product. Three issues have arisen that were contrary to the information that I was given in the showroom.(1) I was told specifically that the metal frame plus the old mattresses would be hauled off. The metal frame was left on my front porch for me to dispose of. Ms. Alderman did offer to come get it, but I took it apart and took it to the store instead.(2) I was specifically told that the delivery men would attach the existing headboard to the new base. Ms. Alderman did not know how it was done, but she assured me that they would do it. Today, I found that headboard is just leaning against the wall, and is not connected to anything.(3) A cedar chest that was at the base of the old bed was moved, and not returned to its rightful place.For those reasons, I have lowered my rating from five to three stars. I will continue to post as needed.Update: Ms. Alderman contacted me on July 12, 2019, and after a short discussion, she suggested providing a headboard bracket attachment kit that is needed in order to attach the dual base to the king size headboard. I picked up the kit at the store with instructions the following week.As a result, I have raised the rating from three stars to four stars due to her sincere effort to obtain a satisfied customer.

I bought a mattress and box spring a few months ago at the Sleep First in Longview (so Im pretty slow at submitting a review). I was very pleased with the whole process. The price was as good or better than at other places I looked at for a comparable product . I talked with both Keni and Michelle and they were both very pleasant and helpful, with no pressure at all. They showed me several products in the price range I wanted and explained the differences and advantages. I went with a Sealy mattress and have been very happy with it. Delivery was made as scheduled and required hauling off an old mattress and box spring, relocating a mattress from the master to the guest bedroom and getting everything set up. That all went smoothly and quickly.
