If you want good service do not use Lincare! Very unsatisfied with policies of not answering issues of not having a way to leave the house on a three day weekend! As long as you have your main large electric in house oxygen source, they don’t care that you cannot leave your home! Can’t even go to pick up medicine need at the pharmacy!! Very upset with this issue!!
I really appreciate the monthly calls for my supplies. Excellent customer service. I spoke with Oshana F (spelling ?) and she is so thorough, professional, patient and sweet. I forgot to get her name so I called back and spoke with Arianna (spelling ?) and she was very helpful and friendly as well. Absolutely the best customer service Ive had from a company. I am going to start getting the names and I will be updating my review here. O recommend Lincare.
I have to call multiple times, multiple days for weeks before someone shows up to refill my mothers portable oxygen tanks. Her backup tanks in case the electricity goes out remain empty! Couldnt get anyone out before the last winter storm in January and no one again before the February one either.
If you order any oxygen, you better have a months supply on hand because their delivery service is horrible!! Should have had a delivery Thursday,didn’t come, called Friday as soon as they opened and they said it would be here that afternoon. At 4;40 I called because it hadn’t come and lady said she called the driver and even got my phone # for the driver and said he would be here but after hours. He NEVER showed up, nor did he call. I’m left with no portable oxygen til hopefully Monday!!!!! I’m surprised they still have clients. Looking for a new provider. Maybe if they loose enough clients they’ll close the doors or hire people that knows how to do their job!
This place is so sorry about delivering oxygen to my dad, he has been waiting two weeks for them to deliver his oxygen tanks, they have yet to deliver them and he is down to hardly any oxygen tanks left. So I’m very disappointed with them, I’ll be looking into some other oxygen company. 😡
The worst company ever. Unconcerned, unconciterat, unprofessional, people. They need to close and not open back up. My 92 year old mother was in the hospital. She couldnt walk they was supposed to have her a lift and wheelchair at the house when she got out. It wasnt there. I had to get my Neighbour to help me get her in the house. I called them and they said it was out for delivery. It didnt show up. I called them three days in a row and it was out for delivery every day. A week later I called them and told them I was calling the insurance company and reporting them how horrible they are. And reporting them to the bbb. They showed up that day. This wasnt the first time this happened. They are the only ones Humana uses. Im going to drop both of them soon. Humana uses. Lencare is sorry sorry company.
My husband was released from the hospital on Monday, June 1, 2020 with a feeding pump, we were told that they were going to find him a Kangaroo pump the next day, as the pump they supplied would only do a feeding and not a flush and that they would have his formula to him by Wednesday, June 3, 2020 - we are still waiting on both of these items! Thankfully, I had formula and we went ahead and went with another company on June 3 to get his needs met. The other company will bring out his supplies and equipment within 24 hours of him needing it. Shawna in the office has always been helpful, but the rest of the company does not help in any way. When I called to have them come pick it up, they didnt even know what equipment we had that belonged to them.
Can not get the wheel chair we need desperately. One excuse after another. They need to get it togather or we will change companies.
Recently, while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation i was prescribed portable oxygen for the trips to and from. lincare became my provider and set me up quickly. when it came time to exchange my used bottles, i called and was told someone would be there next day.this was august 3rd. i waited until aug 10th and called again and again was told next day. again i waited another week. i called another provider and was taken care of the next day. the funny thing about all this is when i called lincare to terminate my service, dameon showed up 45 minutes after my call to collect the equipment. i will never use lincare again.
Don’t even attempt to get anything from this company. I needed a cpap mask dr called in a prescription. Only twice was able to get any one on the phone, and it was their call center, never spoke with any one one at local office they never would call back never come to their door. According to my doctors off I’m not the only one with issues with them . After a week of trying had my mask picked up at Med shop in Longview go there . Don’t waste your time with lincare they do not care about their patients.
My husband has used Lincare for years. We have always been pleased with their service. During the Covid we have been patient with the precautions they take not to expose themselves or us. Thank you Lincare!
1.) They are so slow bringing equipment, my 2 week follow up with Dr came before oxygen.2.) They lie saying equipment is on the way already loaded to deliver and its not until the next week.3.) They are not professional or friendly.4.) Only brought 1 nose piece so will see how long it takes to get another tank and nose pieces.Deserve zero stars or half but not an option. Dont go here when Healthcare is so nice and helpful.
A lot of phone options before you can speak with a real people @ local store, then you have to call another number for options again; phone time waste
Very poor service, always changing drivers, claim they don’t have supplies or don’t understand what supplies are needed. Show up without notice when they have been asked to call or don’t show up at all when you need them to. Whenever they get a good worker they push them out and cause them to try and do all of there jobs. The manager has no experience and runs the place off blaming employees or just acts ignorant when asked direct questions. I would not give them any stars if I could. Sad really, my parents are lucky I help them, many elderly don’t have anyone to help.
Been trying to get a hospital bed picked up for 2 weeks. Every time I call they said it will be today. Well I pushed the bed down the stairs. And they can get it from there. Im done with them. Dont use this company.
Far be it from me to suggest that LinCare has proven itself an uneven mixture of incompetent, dilatory, and obstructionist. I was never contacted as to the ever-changing paperwork requirements for my prescription. After one month of phone calls, I ordered that they destroy my data since they no longer had me as a client.
I have been trying to get a portable oxygen machine from Lindcare for about 10 months, I call every Monday to check on it & I am put on hold for 2 or 3 minutes only to be told they are still working on it, dont guess I will ever get one.
Showed up at my house without notice. Did not pick up equipment as scheduled. I brought back equipment at their request but had to come twice to office before they came to the door to retrieve it. Would not give me a receipt for return of equipment. Rude employee then heard laughing as I was leaving.
Absolutely terrible customer service!! I wouldn’t refer this place to my worst enemy! My mom literally needed to travel from Longview to Houston and was given oxygen to travel. We called the Longview Office while in houston for assistance on how to transfer oxygen from large tank to a small tank so we could carry. Literally was told we can’t help you because you are houston so find a Lincare Office there. My mom ask for help on locating a Lincare in houston. Representative said she would call back with information but she call back with a phone number where they only referred us back to the Longview Office. Issk longview office could they explain how to transfer over thd phone and Longview Lincare office says its too complicated to explain over the phone. Leaves my mom with absolutely no help!!

This company is the worst company to deal with on any medical supplies. They dont care about their patients at all. Their employees is very rude to the patients and their family. They claim they will send you stuff you need for your equipment that you have with them and they never do.
