Our fridge died and we were in a bind. After seeing all of the great reviews, we decided to see what we could find at Assured Appliance. Were so glad we did! Not only did we get a counter depth fridge that fit perfectly in our space, but we also got a great deal on it.Fred was all booked up for deliveries for the next 3 days and our food was in jeopardy, so we drove our friends enclosed trailer over there to get the fridge the same day. Unfortunately, we didnt consider that transporting the refrigerator on its side would mean we would have to wait 24 hours before we could use it. We were going to try traveling with it tilted since we lived a few blocks away, but Fred didnt want us to risk it. He flagged down his delivery driver who was on the way out with an order and asked him to fit us in.Fitting us in was no small sacrifice, and meant taking the other order off of his truck before taking ours, but they both worked quickly to get it done. Freds quick thinking, and his drivers ability to work us in saved the day (and our food!)Thank you so very much, Fred. You have gained customers for life.

Assured Appliance gave me a great experience when shopping a new washer/dryer, I had gone to countless big stores looking for just the right fit. Freddie met me at the door very friendly and knowledgeable about my situation. Had a broken 25yo laundry center and replaced it with a stackable LG washer & dryer. The price was just right, and they wiggled it into place with inches to spare. I will be going back for a dishwasher next.

I have worked with Fred for a year and a half now. To this date, I have purchased three different products from them in my house currently. All products have been great and when I needed assistance on one, Fred personally came after hours to assist me without a question. Fred is a stand up gentleman and leads the company in all the right ways. I cant thank him enough.

These guys provide top notch service and are very accommodating with delivery. I purchased a used washing machine and new garbage disposal. The crew pulled out my broken washing machine and replaced it with the one that I had purchased within 15 minutes. Then, the garbage disposal that I bought was twice the horsepower of the one that I was replacing and it required an additional part. The service technicians hooked it up and came back a week later after I purchased the necessary parts to complete the install. They only charge me once and they did not leave until they were 100% positive that I was happy with their products. These guys are awesome and really understand the concept of customer service.

Completely refurbished used appliances with 3 to 6 months warranties. I bought a refurbished clothes washer with warranty for under $300 including delivery, installation and taking away of my old broken washer. Wow!They are doing something right as a business because they moved recently to a greatly expanded location with much more and better inventory on 434 in Longwood near the Winn-Dixie.

They are the worst service I have ever met. I had an appointment from 9-11. According to the technician, he arrived on time, sent a text message and since he did not respond immediately, he left without providing the service. I ask him why I dont ring the doorbell or the door of the house but his answer was that the text message for them is like the doorbell. When I decided to complain, they canceled my service and told me to find another company.0% recommended. Mul bad customer service.
