Lonnie and his team were above expectations. Totally felt at ease with the process, and the quality of the work performed by the shop. Can not say enough about the ease with which Lonnie made the whole process, would recommend this company hands down over other shops.
AutoNation did a great job! Since my repairs were in the same spot as last year from a different accident, AutoNation noticed the previous repairs* were not done correctly, and ended up fixing those repairs on top of the ones I went in for. Gary was also great with communicating updates, and tracking down delayed parts (delay due to COVID-19) Very pleased with their customer service! Steve was phenomenal to work with. Answered every question with a positive attitude and gave us a very accurate timeline as to when we could expect the car back. The quality of work was also immaculate. After our accident and dropping the car off it only took a week to have it back to us. Would definitely recommend them to family or a friend.
Staff is very honest & professional. They know their trade too. Would highly recommend. Was buying a car on a holiday weekend, and couldnt find a body shop to inspect before purchase. They dont offer that service, but Kristi, a very capable staff member was kind enough to give it a look over for free, and saved the day. Very pleased!!

AutoNation CC Longwood provided excellent customer service and repair work to get my car back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident.
Never received any sort of communication by Kristi or any other team member unless I called and even then I received nothing but I have no update, I will call when I know more. The estimate date of completion was 7.20.18, I called on that day to confirm that I will be picking up my car and was told that they are waiting for the tire to be put back on, I will have to wait. I finally got a call on the Monday to say I can come get my car, I paid and was handed my keys - no one went over the repair job or paperwork with me. When I went outside to my car I realized the tire that had to be replaced had a completely different rim. When we brought this to Kristis attention she apologized but said it would take another couple of days to have the correct one ordered and then I will have to leave my car for another couple hours so they can have it corrected. Huge inconvenience and terrible customer service.
Was told parts were ordered and in shop.......not the case......car took over 2 weeks to fix. It was a small job.....let me take vehicle without verifying turn signal worked......had to come back and waste an hour. They dont work weekends.....who doesnt work weekends anymore? was not happy at all.

I basically had to poke and prod to get a good job. I was called and told my car was ready. I showed up to find my car covered in polishing compound dust and areas that hadnt been painted correctly. I pointed it out to the manager and had to return a week later. It was fixed right this time, but I shouldnt have had to point the issues out.

I have to say this AutoNation Collision Center has great customer service but the results produced by their technicians and the lack of quality assurance is complete garbage.Brought in my VW Golf on an insurance claim for a damaged passenger door and quarter panel. Both of which were replaced and color matched as well as the surrounding areas were repainted to prevent any noticeable differences, but here is where the first issue comes into play. The hood was one of the areas that were repainted but was returned to me in the worst condition possible. My entire hood was cloudy and covered in swirl marks(See photo), which neither of were present prior to dropping my car off for repair. I was quite surprised of how well they were able to match the factory color of the car despite the amount of time Ive spend on caring for my paint, but that means nothing when they are unable to produce a clean finish on it. The Manager onsite offered for me to bring my car back after 30 days once it was fully cured and they would detail it for me, thats great and all but at this point I no longer have my rental nor am I going to wait around for them to detail it..The second issue is within my rear hatch. Now when I dropped my car off I knew that the exterior handle for the hatch was not operational, which means it has to be opened from the inside. In order to open it from the inside the key must be inserted into the slot(See red rectangle) and pushed to the left, which worked fine for me prior to dropping my car off for repair. Now a few days later when I went to open the hatch I am no longer able to do so using my car key. Maybe it will open if I used something a little bit longer to reach the lever? But the point of the way this was designed was so that I could use the key to open the hatch. Im sure this issue has something to do with the fact that the plastic interior liner was not reinstalled correctly(See red arrows), nor was the hardware reinstalled(See red circles).The third issue being that when I arrived to pick up my car the Manager onsite walked me around the car and I noticed that my front quarter panels and hood were not lined up evenly on both sides. Just another reason why the quality assurance is so poor. I did point out the flaw and the Manager did make corrections to those areas.Cant forget the fact that my airbag light is now on.. Couldnt have at least reset that before returning the car to me..?Thats a bad sign when such a largely known company has such poor procedures for the repair process of the vehicles brought to them and doesnt seem to do any kind of check prior to returning the vehicle to the customer. This repair was just made to a 2011 VW Golf with 100K+ miles on it, and these are the results of that repair? I couldnt imagine bringing in something a lot newer and of much higher value for a repair. Im just hoping there arent anymore issues that I am going discover as time goes on.

Just called and asked for a ruff estimate and the gentleman I spoke with was completely rude! He was not helpful at all in helping me get an estimate. I would never bring my car here just for the rudeness of staff! If you want someones business youll treat them with respect and this business does not! Shame you lost my business and everyone I associate with.Auto Nation off West. Colonial will quote you and treat you with respect! Call them instead!

They did a very nice professional job repairing my van. My only complaint was that I was given very short finished dates and then was told it would take longer. I wouldve preferred a longer date and that it was done sooner.
When I went to pick up my car, the grill was popping out and I had uneven gaps on both sides of the bumper where it meets with the fender. Left the car there when I came back,who knows how they managed to put grill back in place,because that snaps on with tabs. But the gaps where not fixed,had to bring car back 2weeks later because the tech that worked on my car was on vacation. After getting gaps fixed....a week later the bumper started coming undone by one of the headlights. Now I had to bring the car to another bodyshop to do corrective repairs. Im going to find out what exactly they did to put that grill back together and repair gaps. I will be writing another review on my findings. Gerber bodyshop made the repairs. Autonation left out left and right bumper brackets. They also noticed the grill had a broken tab that had been glued together. As you can see these bodyshops are shady,what you dont see wont hurt you. They will do anything to save insurance companies money,they work hand and hand,beware. 8months down the line bumper and fender start to chip due to wrong replacement of light. They refused to fix it.I had to call the president of east coast locations Jim Bender and he was awesome. He was able to get my car into their Longwood north location for corrective repairs. Hopefully I’ll be writing a good review of their Longwood North location. They did my hood under Mazda warranty and it was perfect...advise everyone to go there.

The worst service I have ever had!! When I originally got my car back I got home and they had drained my battery so my car wouldnt start. After this issue, I later found out they didnt fix all the problems in my car (my rear view camera was hanging still). When I went there and told them they didnt fix this problem, they brushed me off and told me that its a recall issue so they told me to go a dealership (an hour away from their location). Dealership sent me back and told me this Collision Center was just being lazy. Came back and fixed the camera and didnt apologize for their error. After getting this fixed, they CREATED a problem and my tail light wasnt working (which used to work just fine). They will also take the valuables out of your car (for your safety) regardless if you asked them if it was safe or not, and then wont remember to return it to you (stealing).
I went in to get a large dent fixed and this shop gave me a $900 quote to replace and paint a side panel on my truck(the large single piece on the outside of the bed). Another shop put my truck on a lift and popped out the dent in about 2 minutes. I was really disappointed this shop insisted replacing the side of my vehicle was the only option.
