I went with this shop because I saw good reviews on the work. I trusted I would get the same result. When I was told my car was ready it had orange peel in the paint and my decals that were in the car still were not on yet. Once I pointed out the orange peel I was told it would get buffed out. Once I was called in for the car again thst it was ready. All of my decals were still not out on and I later found that the buff job was not complete for my vehicle still had dull spots where the fender and hood was wet sanded. So I definitely was not happy with the turn out at all. My car is a 2016 with only 17k miles on it. It’s in excellent shape I was hoping to had it return looking that way.

The girls in the office were all very friendly and helpful. I received updates on the progress of my vehicle every 2 to 3 days. I am very happy with the work they did on my vehicle. I was very happy with the quality of work done on my Jeep after I had been in an accident this May. I chose to work with Caliber since they partner my auto insurance through USAA. They made all communication, decisions, and payments easy while working with USAA. Brain and his team were very accommodating and even looked at some issues with my car that ended up being unrelated to the accident. My battery died and they quickly installed the one I brought from Costco. I also came back for some issues with my sun roof and Brian gave me a great referral to complete that upholstery work.

Caliber Collision was recommended to us by our insurance provider, State Farm. They did an excellent job with the work that needed to be done. They were quick and efficient and the vehicle work was completed before the estimated date. They kept us informed of work being completed, parts arrival and next steps. The team did a great job communicating every step of the way and following up. Very happy we had the work done at this shop.

Lesliean kept me informed of my repair throughout my experience. She also went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me sooner then promised and even returned my rental car when I was not able to. I will forever be grateful to her. She did all of this after hours on her own time. She gave amazing customer service and made me feel special. Heather at the front desk also gave amazing customer service. She made me a fresh pot of coffee in the morning and even shared her special stash of creamer with me. There a was gentleman there as well with whom I encountered but I do not recall his name. He was very kind as well. I can tell that they all love what they do and really care about the customer and our needs. I plan to continue to visit this business for any future repairs. I am absolutely thrilled with how my vehicle was returned to me. It looked like new and was cleaned inside and out. I did not expect it but it was such a nice finishing touch.This was all at the Longwood Location!

Caliber did a great job with my car repair. Although it wasnt completed in the time frame stated, they kept me constantly updated and that was impressive. The gave my car back clean and take pride in their work. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend.

This company cares about their customers. When they heard I was a homeless veteran having a hard time with being hit and run in my vehicle (my vehicle is my whole world), they saw to it that I was taken care of. The manager even personally saw to it that I was able to cover some of the fees related to my repairs. This company does things the old school way, when customer service and care for your fellow man mattered.

DO NOT DEAL WITH SHAREE!! I went in for an estimate and she said that she would email me an estimate right away. Fast forward over a day and when I emailed her to inquire about the estimate, she said she sent in the day before.....however the time stamp on the estimate was minutes before she included it on the email...not the day prior. SHAREE LIED TO ME. Now we get to the estimate. Almost $1,300 including 10 hours of Labor just to fix a dent in a plastic bumper. Mind you, Maaco was around $400, but I wanted a little better quality. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING! I called the Caliber Oviedo location and spoke with the manager over there. I brought my car to him and he said the $1,300 estimate from Sharee was outrageous and his estimate was only $700 for the exact same work! Moral of the story, shop multiple Caliber locations and chose Oviedo over Longwood! DO NOT DEAL WITH SHAREE.

Our family was traveling out of state and was involved in a small accident 2 days before heading home. The entire team at this Caliber Collision location took the initiative to get our vehicle back to working condition so that we could get home safely and then perform the remainder of the repairs. Our safety and limited window of time was their top priority. We thank you for making what could have been a prolonged and costly situation completely stress free. We highly recommend this location for their professional service and we will now be using their shop in our hometown.

After having my vehicle backed into by a neighbor I took to AutoNation in Longwood to get repaired which I do not recommend to anybody because after I got my car back from them there was parts falling off and things were broken it was horrible I took it to caliber collision to have it fixed correctly and they did a fantastic job! The staff there was so courteous and polite they gave me text message updates daily and called several times just to ask my opinion on the little things which I was very happy about. I felt like they took very good care of my car and after having a very horrible experience at the previous repair place it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and I didnt have to worry about leaving my car with them.The car looks better than new and the attention to detail that they put into fixing it is above my expectations They even cleaned my car washed waxed and put my loose change into a Ziploc bag. They made me feel like a part of the family like a friend Ive known all my life not just a paycheck or just another customer. In a world where you cant even get a person on the phone and you talk to a robot half the time its nice to see a company that puts people first and actually calls you just to give you an update instead of sitting on hold half the day to ask a question the customer service here is like a breath of fresh air.Thanks guys for everything! If your car gets smacked they have your back.

Extremely satisfied with my car’s results. Got my car’s passenger door and passenger fender replaced and painted, with OEM color code and OEM Nissan parts. The passenger door and fender were matched and painted perfectly, the team even aligned the front bumper into place with the passenger fender. My car was done in 8 days. The staff was amazing as well, very helpful and easygoing. Definitely recommend.
