From the moment I went to the shop, I was treat as an important customer. Vince was very detailed with the entire process. He told me what to expect - He was friendly, attentive, professional and informative. I hardly had any questions because he covered everything. The entire side of my vehicle needed to be replaced. They did and excellent job. I highly recommend this shop. You will be treated well.

The workmanship was very good and was performed and completed ahead of schedule date. They kept me well informed during the process of exactly what work was being done and when it would be completed.

The day after my car accident, I took my car in to Crash Champion via recommendation from Geico my insurance carrier. I was greeted my Vincent Goodwin who took great care of me the minute I walked through the door and within 20 minutes he completed my auto collision inspection, made arrangements with Enterprise, and had my rental all set. This was the best client service experience considering the unfortunate circumstances of my accident. Crash Champions provided me daily updates via text and met their due date with precision. Upon dropping off my rental vehicle to pick up my car, I was once again greeted my Vincent and David Rojas, Manager, to look over the work and finalize my paperwork. Great service! I went in to get a new bumper and repair some damage. It took a little over a week -which I did not mind- and now my car looks brand new, as if nothing ever happened. Phenomenal place, dropped my vehicle and it was ready to pick up the very next day, staff was polite and professional. They met and exceeded my expectations with exceptional service, thank you again from one extremely satisfied guest.

Just awful. They were 2 weeks late. They didnt call with updates like they promised. They tried to skip some striping. Had to bring it back. The used cheaper mirrors instead of the correct equipped mirrors, which then broke my blind side monitoring. They said theyd schedule to fix. Its been a month. They refuse. Now I also have a door rattle that wasnt there before. These people are a full on scam. Do not go here. Im now taking legal action.

Amazing customer service all the way around! Everyone was super friendly and incredibly helpful. After dropping my car off they gave me business cards of the people overseeing my repairs. They called to check up on me and kept me up to date on the repairs. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready for me on Thursday of the same week! I also picked it up cleaner than when I bought it from the car dealer, my car has never looked so good! I would highly recommend Signature Collision Center Longwood!

Outstanding! The service I received was phenomenal! I had to file my first auto claim with Geico, and they set an appointment here. When I arrived, I met everyone from my adjuster, to the gentleman who worked for Enterprise, along with the shop manager, Scott! The process was explained thoroughly, and my anxiety was put at ease. Scott is AWESOME! He updated me every step of the way, and my questions were answered. My car looks fabulous, and they even cleaned the inside for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get some work done. Thank you for the exceptional experience!

Great service

They did excellent work on my 2015 mustang, after my neighbor backed into me with a huge dent.They fixed all the issues I pointed out at the inspection including some rim damage.I was really worried about not going to the dealer with geico, but these guys did great!

They repaired my vehicle as promised. Wasnt ready the 3 separate days they gave me and my vehicle was returned with the interior looking as if they let a child play with baby powder in my car. Mind you my car was only 3 months old when I gave it to them. Then the receptionist says that they do that to everyone. Well you got the right one.

Initially I left a 5 star review for this company only later to find out that they cut major corners. Not only did they bill my insurance for a new grill they simple used glue to put my old grill back together. Photos to prove below. Just beware and double triple check their work before leaving!

Phenomenal. Not only did they have my RAV4 for less than two weeks, but they went above and beyond when they didn’t need to. I requested to not have the pin-stripping put on the area they were fixing because I wanted it all gone anyway, and that would give me motivation to remove the rest of it. Well when I picked up the vehicle, they had removed it for me! I was thrilled. They kept me updated every day, worked quickly, and did great work. I have worked in the car business for a while and it wasn’t often that we came across body shops that checked all 3 boxes, so needless to say I am impressed. Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!!! I got into an accident and after talking to my insurance they recommended signature collision, I got an appointment set up for the claims adjuster to meet me there to look at my car, I get there and tell me the adjuster wasn’t there but will I be leaving my car?? So the girl that works there looked at the damage and any questions I asked she replied with “ that’s a question for the claims adjuster “ They told me everything would be looked at, Car would get an alignment done.. all things you want to hear. After the car being in the shop for a week they call me and tell me it’s like NEW! I pick up the car drive it 1/2 mile and leave it at home. 2 days later I take my car and it is making an insane noise! I call geico they say nothing we can do.. take it back to the shop on Monday. Monday comes around they are apologizing and look at the car again, come back and tell me its a lose panel.. I go to test drive it and the same loud noise starts again.. at that point the claims adjuster says yeaa we should take it to Mercedes. I take the car to Mercedes and they say the spindale of the car is broken. Not once but TWICE did signature collision look at the car and say nothing is wrong. I later spoke to the manager Scott who claims an alignment was never done on the car and they don’t have an explanation on why this or how it happened. These people will only fix what’s visible and not bother to look at anything else! Joke of a place and after all the mistakes just say “ sorry and we don’t know “ don’t waste your time!!
