My sister took her car to Rays Automotive Friday and was very very pleased with the service she received there. They were extremely nice, professional and very reasonable in prices. She says she will continue to go to Rays Auto and speaks really really well of everyone there.

I will NEVER take my vehicle there for repairs ever again! I was extremely over charged for the repair (a shorted out wire cost me almost $900!!!) and my vehicle was ransacked and everything removed from glove box, center console, etc. Someone tried to steal my indash radio and busted up my whole dash trying to remove radio! My vehicle was equipped with an alarm system so either it was not locked when unattended (eventhough i was guaranteed it would be!)or an employee tried to steal my radio! I was charged way too much and I ended up having to also fork out more money to replace all the broken dash components out of my own pocket! DO NOT GET REPAIRS DONE THERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! AND .....I never got the estimate to approve repair before repair done. I asked for a copy of the form I filled out which I marked WANTED ESTIMATE FIRST and never got it. I feel I was severely taken advantage of. I plan to speak with an attorney about this matter. This is not how a reputable repair shop handles business.
