The owner, William, is attentive and fluently knowledgeable in all things Jaguar. I appreciated his personal attention to my moms car and his recommendations to fix what was important before a larger issue arose.

Stopping by this place was a waste of time because it was obvious from the greeting that I received by William that I wasnt wanted there. I told him that the a/c vent wouldnt open or close. He said the vent clip probably just need to be replaced. He said hed have to check on the part. Well over a month went by. Recently I had a good friend take the jaguar to his shop. She told me about this greeting she got that made her feel less than welcomed. I said, that must have been from William, she confirmed that it was. She ask him to step outside to the vehicle to physically see the issues I was having with the vehicle. A simple vent clip and replacement of the cup holder compartment cover. He told her the same thing, hell get back with us with the price of the parts. That was two weeks ago. Im confused as to where these parts quotes are coming from or if my type of service just isnt welcomed at this establishment. So obviously they dont service ALL JAGUARS, only some Jaguars. Piss poor representation of the jaguar name

If you own a jag, these guys are the best. Been taking my cars to William for years and I am extremely happy with both his workmanship and very reasonable costs.

All Jag worked on my modified 1973 E type and did a great job bringing it back to life including a valve job. They are enthusiastic about Jaguars and reasonable priced. I recommend them to anyone with a Jaguar.

I had to get my car towed there ( which I believe immediately gives any service shop the upper hand because youre stuck). My 2002 SType Jag automatic, would not go out of park. They kept my car for two days and during that time, I called several times and left messages, to get an update about what the issue was.. none of my calls were answered or returned. They replaced the plastic shifter block thats under the shifter assembly ( a $65.00 part) with a metal one and charged me $569.00 . I asked for a discount for cash and William did give me 10% off, hence the two stars.. Two weeks later, my car got stuck in park again and thankfully I was able to shift it into drive but the car wouldnt go . I moved it over to 4th ( overdrive) and thats how Ive been able to drive it thus far. I returned to All Jaguar to be unwelcomed by William the owner. Almost as though oh great, what do you want attitude. I informed them of my problem and they acted as though I can continue to drive this way? Really? I paid $518 to fix this problem and its not fixed. They casually advised me it could be several other things. Well, I have chalked this experience up to being overcharged, bad customer service and problem still didnt get fixed. I will now have to pay again to have someone fix it correctly and honestly.
