Went for pharmacy. Well treated, quickly, very competent, and accomadating. Flu, Covid, and otherInnoculations.

Great location for a small Publix. As always people are super friendly and helpful.

The staff are always very friendly, the store is kept immaculately clean, the product variety is slightly different from the typical Publix, and the location is SO convenient! Only negative thing I have to say is the self checkout machines seem extra vulnerable at this store, 1 is typically down when I’ve been. Good thing there are 3 + cashier lanes

This is a terrific new location. Very convenient to homes in Markham Woods, away from the high-traffic roads. Their produce department has a full selection. The store is smaller than most & has a bit less selection, but if they dont have an item theyll order it for you. The parking lot has a much better layout than grocery stores in strip malls. Its not all crammed in. But the great thing is that, with this location, you can walk or bicycle to get your groceries. This location has a pharmacy, a deli, PLUS it has an attached full liquor store. Its what this area needed.

I love this Publix because it’s smaller than others. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There’s so many good employees. One of my favorites is Jarod. He always stays busy, and still helps me find everything I need. I’m always in a rush (and stay lost) so it means a lot!

Im not super impressed with this location. While the employees were all very pleasant and willing to help, this store is so much smaller than any of the other Publix locations Ive ever shopped at. I found there really was no cohesiveness to the layout and because it is a much smaller store, the product selection is smaller as well. Im honestly not sure if Id shop at this location again.

Nice and new...I was surprised to see the addition of self checkout and will continue to wait in line for a cashier. I prefer the human interaction and job preservation.Update: newness faded quickly and the lack of selection, stock, and help has given too many unhelpful experiences, and I will just go to different stores from now on.

This mini publix doesnt have everything a full size one has, but I always pop in and out with essentials when Im low. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and Ive never had to wait long to check out. The location alone is enough to make me go here. I LOVE having am option nearby thats not Winn Dixie, who at this point is basically forcing people to self check out. When I have my three little guys with me I prefer a cashier so Publix for the win!

Theres no shortage of anything there, everything is fully stalked. Staff is really nice people

I had to put 20.00 dollars in the self checkout to pay for and order that was 14.88. I told them but they said they had to do an audit but I was on my way to work and cant be late so she told me to leave my name at customer service and the kid was rude, I felt like they all thought I was lying! I dont have time for you to make a spectacle out of 5 dollars, Publix you must need the 5 dollars more than a customer. I wont be back to this location. The one by my house in Casselberry Is great.

Publix is Publix - some great BOGOF deals all the time, produce thats beautifully displayed and managed, at outrageous prices - even on sale, sometimes - when compared to alternatives like Aldi or any number of the ethnic grocers in your area. But people love them, and they keep on making money hand over fist

Newer Small concept Publix. Cute and easy for quick stops but doesnt have all the products we normally buy.

Love the smaller store concept...has a very small town feel.

The store had a power outage lost all of frozen, dairy. They posted a sign in the front of the store but no one to greet and explain......actually no one engaged me to explain or apologize. People were furious. I saw the blonde manager lay into an employee right in front of customers, so classy. And the girl working self checkout disappeared as I and another customer were having issues with thier high tech self checkout machines. The girl finally reappeared with a major attitude after asking her what happened. Probably wont be shopping there anymore

Awesome service in this Publix. As a Publix employee in a different state I am very critical of Publix stores. This stores staff were very helpful and displayed the Publix Ethos with diligence.

I ordered online lunch meat to be picked up the next day. I received a confirmation email. I went to the Longwood Hills Publix at the specified time to pick it up and it was not there. I asked an employee behind the counter about the order and he very belligerently told me they did not have the lunch meat. He also said some called me and no one picked up. I told him no one called, thats a fact since I have a cell phone and I even if I didnt pick up there would be a notification on the phone and they could have left a message. All he kept doing was waving the note in my face and kept saying I didnt pick up the phone. This person should not be allowed to work with the public, what an awful impression he left me with regarding this store. I was doing my shopping there, but Ill be going to Whole Foods from now on.

First time being here, and loved it but its a bit small so Im sure they have less things on their shelves, but the manager I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful.

OMG THE BEST PUBLIX EVER. On 04/18/21 My husband and I went into the store it was 845 by the time we left the store it was 2117. Within that time frame let me tell every employee in there was amazing. They made me feel like i was the president walking in. When we arrived, and walk into the store the customer services desk greeted us. As we continued walking we went into the seafood department, and the employee was cleaning, and already had everything put up. Mind you he greeted us, and asked is there anything he can assist us with. My husband was like wanted salmon, but we see you cleaned up already. The guy said with a happy voice ‘no problem i can get some for you how much would you like to have?’ We were blown away. Second, in counter I ask to two ladies employee for assist in facial. Well let me tell you they walk me to the product, and than assist me in picking out the best product for me. On top of that suggested another product to me on another issues i was talking to them about. Wow the best customer service. However, it does not stop there. We into the bakery. i was looking for some almond cones with cream cheese inside. Unable to find it, i asked the employee, who worked in the baker she explained they did not have any more. and told me to call in the morning to see if they have more and they will put some away for me. I told her okay thank you for the suggestion. Walking to the self checking area and completing the last transaction the lady from the bakery came to me in a rush with something in her hand, and saying ma’am I went back and i found the dessert you were looking for. What, I was shocked blown away. My husband was like she went the extra mile. Well let me tell you, after that i had to take my time out my night, and give a shout out to this Publix, You guys rock. That was what you call World class customer service. Thank you.

Awesome experience getting my COVID vaccine here everything went smooth and staff was very friendly. The rest of the store is typical Publix which is very clean and staff is friendly. Not as big as other Publix stores but they cram a lot in that place.

That day I was there as a driver for another elderly lady. She shopped and I waited for 2 hours. Restrooms were clean. Patience is a virtue and I almost made it but I am glad she found the things she needed.

Excellent choice of vegan products such as vegan meats and vegan cheeses. Great selection! They carry some of my favourite brands such as Field Roast Plant-Based Sausage and also amazing vegan cheese-- Daiya, Follow Your Heart and CHAO

Goes without saying, Publix is the nicest grocery store in this area, indeed most areas! This particular store being just about brand new, its nice even for a Publix! A *little* bit on the smaller side, but I think theyve completely made up for that with slightly higher shelves. If youre looking for prepared foods or more exotic fruits & vegetables, you might have a little bit better luck at the Lake Mary Blvd location (maybe 3-4 miles away?), but certainly otherwise you cant miss if you visit this location.

Nice store but really small. We were looking for the bakery, to take dessert to family, and it was tucked in the back corner of the store. The bakery was really small as well and choices were limited. The things they had looked amazing. We bought a red velvet cake that was amazing.

This is the first time that I checked out this store. I usually go to the one in Lake Mary. There was a young woman in the deli (I wished I remembered her name) that assisted me late on 12/19. She was so kind and amazing! She went above and beyond reaching out to the kitchen staff to make more sweet potato fries for my grandmother. She could have said no, but she had them ready for me after I finished my grocery run. Team members like her are a true asset to this organization! Thank you so much!

The most friendly staff of any publix ever!

There is a Publix that is my favorite and super friendly. This isnt it. The person at customer service was quick to be rude and made me impatient to leave. I even waved at other employees / asst Mgr, to get only blank stares.

Still getting used to the different layout & some differences in product. The store is still super clean. The main thing about our new Longwood Publix is the customer service in your pleasant, friendly staff is AWESOME. They truly making shopping at Publix a pleasure. Lol😉

Nice store! Smaller selections than larger stores, of course, but had a welcoming atmosphere. Employees were pleasant and helpful. I did notice a couple of employees with their facemasks leaving their noses uncovered.

I went to get an italian sub at Publix because to me personally they are the best. There employees are always customer friendly and helpful.I highly recommend shopping here any day of the year.

This brand new Publix is beautiful and I really like the new layout and the interior colors ... its a pleasure to shop. The shorter aisles are fantastic and saves time walking, especially when you realize youre in the wrong aisle and dont have to walk as far. I used the bakery department to make a small wedding cake and the price was perfect!

Publix Longwood is a smaller store, however it tends to have everything I need.So far service from the deli, and hot case, have been up to par and as always from Publix very good quality and tasty food.As with all Publixs the store is very clean, of course this store is fairly new, however I dont expect that to change either way.And as their motto says, shopping is always a pleasure.

Nice. The facility looks new. The lady in the bakery was especially helpful and kind.

Clean and pretty well stocked. This isnt like the larger stores in the area, but should have what you need. There seems to be a better variety of items than the one on Wheldon Blvd, but this is closer to my office and works better for lunch. I do like the new deli area. It is a close copy of Fresh Market up the road, but sticks to the basics.
