If customer service is really important when you go grocery shopping, this is the ideal place. Its smaller size allows for ease and speed. Help is always available and friendly, whether you want a large pork roast on sale cut in half and into chops a certain thickness or cant find something. If its not available at that location, they will check out other locations or arrange to have it for you the next time.

Not the full size store like the ones on each side of it (Hunt Club or the Springs) Still has a good selection just not as deep as the other two.Nice personable staff that takes pride in their work.

I enjoy going to that particular Publix due to the people that work there. The staff is always friendly and willing to always go above and beyond for their customers.

Great neighborhood publix. It is small, so the selection is limited....but if you need to just pick up a few standard staples, this is your spot! Never any lines!

Prices are ridiculously expensive. Almost $4 for small container of miracle whip salad dressing!

Joe in the Publix deli was amazing! Made a great sub and was extremely friendly and had a very positive attitude. He also jokingly referred to it as Joes Deli Shop! He greeted everyone in a welcoming manner and made it appear as though he knew them! Did the same with us and it was our first encounter with him! We really enjoyed the interaction and will be back to see him soon! Keep it up, Joe!👍

Publix is the best grocers in our city. Theyre deli has a great selection of Publix and Boars Head branded meats and cheeses and their fresh subs are amazing. Enjoy and your welcome. 👍

I have never had a bad experience at Publix. This store is always clean, friendly staff, and very warm welcoming environment. The deli food is fantastic. Service is superb and Stevie, at the deli, is just fantastic. She was more than accommodating to whatever the customer’s needs may be. To be honest she made my day, and it seems like everyone loves Stevie out there. She’s the best!

Brunette in the deli keeps putting cheese under the meat when she goes to toast it.....doesnt melt that way and the meat stays cold. Come on girl... next time I guess Ill walk you through a Sammich

Definitely need more deli workers. Theres two ladies doing online, sandwiches and deli meats. Its ridiculous im the only customer waiting and its been 20 mins. Each time theres a wait but its not the workers fault their over worked and understaffed

Had my first Moderna covid vaccination today at Publix in Lake Mary. Everything went well and was not kept waiting. I would recommend this location at Lake Mary Pointe.

From bakery associate dipping out cinnamon roll filling with his bare hands, to other associates dropping food on the floor while stocking, this publix has many interesting details going on. All one has to do is pay attention. Manager solves problems with his hands. Show me a man who solves problems with his hands, and I will show you a want to be man who has run out of good ideas!

A smaller version of Publix but still perfect for those of us who live around it or those who are going to Wekiva State Park or swimming down at the Wekiva River landing.The Publix has a super friendly staff and while they dont always have all the items that the bigger Publix has, they can order it for you if needed.There is a bakery, deli, seafood and plenty of fresh deals each day. Be sure to check the coupons when you enter in the front door. There is always savings to be found in the flyers.

Great community store with all of the basic groceries needed. If you require more variety the is a larger store about two miles away.

Great staff. However, for a small store with very limited selection already, I find it sad that they eleminated the ENTIRE section of vegan food, replaced with 37 varieties of over-processed, fatting salad dressing I understand that we are still very much a minority, but it is a fast growing trend and I’m sorry to have to shop at a different store.

Great little publix But DEBBIE The cashier at 10 items or less was very rude and disrespectful because I had 14 items and a crying baby also nobody was behind me and she said it’s just the store policy, The bagger shook his head and said it’s unnecessary and I agreed but Debbie consist in harassing me on their policy I asked to speak with a manager she said she’ll take care of me this one time like if she was doing me a favor plus the manager took for ever so I said I’ll leave a review online.Peace of mind if you don’t like where you work find a new real job and let the high school kids work their high school jobs. Sorry to sound mad more upset she seen me with a crying baby and only a few items over plus no one behind me WOW the home land policy.

Deli is slow, nothing ever ready early, always have to go to the back to get what I ask for. Fish never out early, I go to Lombardis for better quality and price. Dont buy meat at Publix anymore, I drive ten miles to an IGA, great prices and quality . Customer service light on staff early in morning as well as checkouts.
