This is our second experience with Park ave kitchen and bath, we had remodeled our 3 bathrooms 3 years ago, and just had our kitchen remodeled this year .We highly recommend Romany and his team, they are professional and their installers are perfectionist. All your contractor nightmares wrapped into one business. The WORST. Romany has little integrity, refuses to take accountability, showcases emotional immaturity and lacks management skills which is essential in managing a renovation project with so many moving parts and workers. Too much trial and error (which is not expected from a company who claims to have so much experience), too much dead time, poor & inconsistent communication, appalling attitude...the worst service. I caution you to do research before choosing a contractor.My biggest piece of advice is negotiate a penalty for the project extending beyond the promised completion date. Also make sure the contract you sign is very clear (nothing vague) with nothing open for interpretation. Hope this helps! In a nutshell, I do NOT recommend this contractor/business.

We have had the privilege to be able to work with Park Avenue Kitchen and Bath on two separate occasions--a remodel of our former home and a new home we recently built. After years of putting off remodeling our kitchen, we came upon Park Ave kitchen. We had one estimate that we almost went with but we wanted a second opinion because they were not doing exactly what we wanted.Romany came over the same day I called, which by itself was very impressing. He listened to what we want and assured us it’s feasible. Walls and ceiling came down, we were worried about dust, which I am not going to lie, there was a lot of it, but his workers were so thoughtful and cleaned everyday before they left. The job took 2 weeks longer than it was scheduled but we did not mind.We had a little issue with our countertops but Romany is on top of it and it should be resolved soon. Romany is a great businessman and has a solution for everything and makes you feel you are part of his Park Ave family.Our kitchen is fabulous, workmanship is top notch, we would recommend Park Ave kitchen and bath in a heartbeat.

Park Avenue Kitchen & Bath installed a new shower enclosure and kitchen back splash tiles for us. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up well after each day’s work and finished the job on time. I will definitely use them again to remodel our bathroom.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Poor quality, hires cheap labor, does not know how to manage a job and once he gets all his money he will not return.

Working with Romany was wonderful! We originally were going to go with another company before we met romany and after seeing the designs for the kitchen we came up with, it was a no brainer. He had everything planned out not only from the aesthetic design, but even behind the cabinets, plumbing, electrical, etc. (the other company did not) we would have had to pay for an electrician and a plumber to come out and tell us where everything had to go and then send it over...so it was so nice to have a one stop shop! There was even a hiccup with our gas cooktop plumbing that affected one of the cabinet drawers in our kitchen after the fact, due to miscommunication with the gas vendor, and Romany is out here at our house as I write this, fixing that cabinet....WEEKS AFTER our kitchen has been installed. He has been nothing but accommodating and patient with our project despite some issues we had with other vendors interfering. We would definitely recommend romany and his team. Thank you for our beautiful kitchen!!!
