Absolutely love this Starbucks. The location is right by my home so I am in here often. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as i’m not incredibly decisive. Always make great suggestions that ensure I leave with something I enjoy. Their food is also fresh and hot! Love the rewards program and my favorite mug also came from this location. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was amazing Christina and the store manager made conversations with us ! They did their best to make my 4 year old happy when they were out of pink cake pops. They took notice of his Disney shirt and made reference to Disney. Thanks ladies we will be back!

The newer Starbucks have streamlined the space. This location comes with tons of seating available. Still very sad to see another location with so few comfortable chairs. Plenty of windows and a decent view in this far east Longwood location. After about 3pm, the outdoor seating is nicely shaded. Staff is mad friendly too!

Great location. Plenty of tables as well as comfortable seating. If you need to plug in, most tables have a large power strip with plenty of available outlets. Parking is easy and the baristas do a great job while being very friendly. This location is less crowded than others and can be quieter than others.

This is my only and favorite Starbucks I go I go every day sometimes twice a day they are like my family greeting me with warm welcomes and smiles the manager Ashley Melissa and Jennifer are the best managers Laura, Danny, Josie, Christina, Mia, Bruno, Kalem, and so many more Hector always greeting me with the warm welcome as if we are family they never make my drink wrong always making it right prompt and on time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lisa💜💜💜

Love this Starbucks. The staff is awesome. I have been going there since they opened. Sometimes we go a few times a week and others twice a day. Everyone is great.

As a big fan of Starbucks (thanks to my wife) I can honestly say that Im really disappointed in the new location at 17-92 and Church street. The last 3 times weve gone to this particular location, the Black Tea Lemonade (sweetened) has been made wrong and on top of that, the plain -toasted- bagel with cream cheese was not only still ice cold on one side, but wasnt even left in the toaster long enough to keep the heat from the toaster to the drive thru window. I go out and get Starbucks for her every few days, have been doing this for years now. But this location cant find any consistency in the process of making the regular menu items drinks. Im extremely tired and disappointed of getting home with treats only to find out its not a treat at all.

My favorite Starbucks Drive Thru! Staff is always so friendly and personable. Iced coffee should always have plenty of ice and they never disappoint! My kids love Frappuccino’s and they created ones without the caffeine!

My favorite Starbucks to go to! I go every morning to get my wife a coffee for her workday. Everyone there is super friendly and you get your coffee fast and I hear it tastes great every time!

By far the best Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff are always so nice!!! I have never had any issue with my orders and they always make my drink to perfection as if the Starbuck’s Gods had made it themselves. These workers definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work!! I can not say enough nice things about these guys! Absolutely Brilliant!!!

Their card reader went down this morning and they offered to just give it to me for free. Every time I go to this place I leave with a smile. This is my 3rd review I think I ever wrote before, but I feel as though these employees should be recognized. Keep up the fantastic work !

Not sure what is happening with this location. Corner from where I live. Closed Saturday, now not opening in the mornings. Each day a different time, like 7 am one day, 8 am another day. Not good. We have to be at work at those times. Really not sure what is going on here. Used to be so good.

I ordered 2 new strawberry funnel cake frapp. I paid $11+. It was terrible, tasteless. I would like to suggest Starbucks to train all the baristas to make the drinks right. I’m very disappointed when I pay $5+ for a drink and it doesn’t taste right. This happens almost every time when I go to Starbucks.The employees are super nice tho

From my favorite location, to my never coming back location.What does it cost your to re-do a caramel frappuccino if you did it wrong?Came back to the store so they can do it again because they did it wrong, no one was apologetic, no enthusiasm, no empathy. And on top of that, the guy put faces like he was furious about me asking to re-do it againDo it right Hector! Or dont do it at all! In my head, theres definitely NOT a Starbucks on this location. ✌🏾

This Starbucks store ALWAYS gets my order perfect! If there is a possibility of getting better than perfect, the baristas here would be the ones to do it. Showed up at 8:58, all the light still on menu board on, order screen on, waited for three minutes and then I pulled around to the window thinking maybe it was broken. The people inside saw me sitting out there and never even acknowledged, didnt even make eye contact at least could have said hey sorry were closed. But nothing. Never going back

This chain is one of the few that continues to constenate its customers by refusing to open up indoor seating. Take precautions, sure, but stop living in terror. Nearly every restaurant around here has indoor seating open... And FYI, Dunkin Doughnuts does as well. Highly disappointed with this chains lack of leadership.

The B Team. Nice team but my order has been wrong literally half the time. I order the same thing every time, but for some reason it’s usually sweetened. Now they’re closed at 9 AM on a Saturday with the lights but no signs up, leaving people to wait patiently until we figured it out.

If you ordered 5 of the same drink......... None of them would be the same. Employees are friendly enough....... But I dont think they know what the word consistency means. At $5 a drink........ I dont think its much to ask to get a drink that tastes and looks like the one you got the day before........ Other locations that I prefer to go to because of this....... Seem to be able to get it right.

Danny is the friendliest barista I’ve ever met at a Starbucks, and I’ve been a customer for 10 years, and managed different Starbucks for 6 years.

Horrible service.. they open so late lately and they messed up my drink many times.. how hard can it be making an iced coffee... I can imagine when it comes to make all those complicated drinks... that’s why I’m not coming to this place anymore..

This is my SPOT! Very friendly staff, incredibly accommodating and helpful. Through the pandemic they’ve been super consistent and safe and understanding. I judge Starbucks pretty harshly and this one is great.

Quick and efficient super clean and friendly

All of the employees here are so nice and the drive thru has been quick when I visit. However, I have to say that after stopping here a few times now, the Pikes Place is never right. Its so weak compared to the other nearby Starbucks. Someone needs to check this. Im not sure if its just human error because yall are new but the taste is definitey close to McDonalds coffee (very weak) lol.Wow! After reading the reviews I notice its not just me. Management or whoever runs this SB....your drinks are not being made properly and people are wasting money on them. Hopefully someone can get this figured out because this location is convenient and your employees are super nice but for now Ill need to stick with the other locations.

Consistently good products but still no interior seating.

Drive thru only. We made a mobile order but were told we still had to go through the drive through to pick it up. Took longer than we wanted.

This is a new Starbucks and it has a very open design with a lot more space for cashiers to take orders, answer questions etc... I was greeted immediately. Cashier took my order and within 2 minutes I had my Latte which was delicious and was told to have a great day by the barista. Service can be hit or miss at Starbucks. This 1 was a hit. Friendly service makes spending $6 on a latte a little easier. Also, mens restroom was clean and there is plenty of parking.

We are always greeted with such friendly service. The food and coffee are always amazing never an issue .

This location needs to expand their parking lot. Under certain conditions during busy times you can literally be in a stalemate situation where no one can move and all is halted. Horrible frustrating location. Be warned.

I was here recently, Alex and tj were amazing. I have nut allergy and took the time to explain the drinks and ingredients to me. I was Very happy and please with the help and the speed of the drive through. Thanks guys!

Not very consistent with their hours. Never know when they will be open. Went tonight at 6:00 Thursday evening CLOSED. Starbucks in the area close at 9 I don’t understand why this location is different .

Those are the happiest friendliest bunch of baristas. The are quick and make a great drink and never give me any grief if I just get a trenta water. Riley is amazing that girls going places and has a heart of gold.

Have gone 3 to 5 times. Each time my order has been messed up in various ways. No strawberry syrup in the refresher 2 times. No green tea in the green tea lemonade. Tried to get get a iced white chocolate mocha and wouldnt ya know it was not white chocolate. Oh well gave you several chances and wasted money each time.

Clean and safe environment, perfect for relaxing with nice cup of pure caffeine and do some work.

I visit Starbucks often like everyday sometimes twice a day and lately I’ve come to this location and my iced chai’s are terrible. I’ve returned 2 and they have replaced 2. Today, I went and the same thing happened I’m literally paying 5$ to drink milk. It’s so aggravating, the other location I visit frequently never had this issue so I will just be going there from now on which is a shame because this one is so local to me and the staff (especially Danny) is very nice in the AM when I come by. Maybe who ever “premakes” the mix should be retrained .Don’t order iced chai because you will get iced milk
