This place is amazing and has been there since I was a kid. But now Im bringing my kids there and sharing the experience.This is one of the coolest comic shops Ive ever seen / Toy store / game room.They recently had the Red Ranger and black Ranger there signing autographs and they always have cool people showing up.Even if youve been there before if youve never been there I highly recommend this place check them out they are the best.

An awesome comic and sci fi store. They sell lots of great stuff at reasonable prices. They also buy used comics and merchandise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A small business worth supporting in the north Orlando area!

In a time where digital rules things, it’s great to have a comic store you can go to that has a lot and great informative people to help you out. I’m read comics most my life and decided to start reading again and brought my daughter here to check it out and learn about comics. We now come every couple of weeks and buy some comics and ever Sunday morning we read comics together. We call it, “Coffee, Cocoa, Comics.” I have coffee and she has hot chocolate.Not only do they have comics but the store is a great place to buy and sell collectibles. I mean every toy from when I was a kid in the 80s is here. It’s awesome to see all these toys through the years.Last thing, they also have events here as well. They have events where collectors come in and sell toys, I’ve also seen comic grading companies come in there and also card game events like Magic and so on.Definitely recommend this place A++

Acme Superstore is genuinely a super duper store!!! They have aisles and aisles of vintage toys, great decorations inside. They also had comics a really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check this place out!

This was one of many trips that was hampered by awful customer service. We had browsed the back wall of statues and had found one we liked. We found an employee who acted as if we were bothering him to ask about a statue. I asked if they had a box for the statue. The employee said I dont know you can go ask upfront. We then found a cool tumbler set. My husband and I did not want to walk around carrying the set so like at many other stores I had taken the item up front and asked that they hold it so we can pay when we were done looking.The employee up front again acted as if this was a bother and that we were disturbing him with our request. I left the tumbler set with the reluctant staff member and we kept looking. My husband then approached a third staff member asking nicely if he worked here. The staff member who was alone and not helping anyone did not even look up said again as if we were disturbing him Yeah!?. This was the last straw. We had planned on spending over $100 on this trip as we were celebrating a special occasion. The tumbler set was $40. The statue was $25. We were going to ask about 5 new X-Men comics and another statue but after the last 3 employee exchanges we were done. We left everything and left. A quick e-bay search later we had every item we wanted at the store. And we spent about half of what Acme would have charged us. We had shopped at this store for years, but this would be our last trip. If your staff doesnt like to help customers then you need to hire a new staff. A bad experience with one employee could be overlooked, but when three different staff members are rude and unhelpful you have a problem. eBay charges people less money without the worry of disturbing employees that have no passion for customer service. This place feels like a totally different store than in the past. The new owner is amazing and the store feels welcoming unlike in the past. They have a huge variety of items so you are sure to find something you will love! I highly recommend checking the store out if you have not. If you havent been in a while give it a try again!

Acme was an AMAZING place to move on/cash out my childhood closet, they offer a negotiable half on what they feel they can sell for - in store credit - which has been a grand tour of consolidating and upgrading my favorite toys and comics. Really inspiring to see some of your old toys in mint condition, the ones you never got or dreamed of. Great help from the knowledgeable, at the very least helpful, and honest staff. A must for any Con or Expo visitors, well worth a trip - actually a must for anyone!

This place rocks if you have not visited I recommend it. The comic section is good alot of books. They also have aisles and aisles of figures of all times. I will definitely be back when in Central Florida again

Very disappointed. This is probably the second or third time that I have come in the morning around 11am and there is only one person working. No staff on the floor to ask you if you need help or assistance. The back area was dark and no light where turned on. When informing the only staff member, he said he would turn them on. I waited probably 20 min and while I was waiting in the back I had to use my phone flash light to see if I wanted to purchase something. This was a very upsetting experience and I’m very disappointed in this place.

This is one of the few really huge comic and collectables store in the country. I travel around the USA visiting comic book stores and you dont see too many places of this size and selection. I would have spent more if they would have tossed me a discount but this is a place you cannot skip if you are hunting down silverage comic. Just visited last weekend and surprise!!! The had a comic book signing an artist. Luv being in a comic kingdom with others that are enthusiastic as I.

This comic book store is exactly what a collector needs. If you collect comics on the regular, get a pull box for a 20% discount on comic book day. AWESOME!

I went in there today to buy a comic and the guy working there told me they hadn’t gotten a delivery of any DC comics. I tried to make conversation by telling him I knew about the issue because I had ordered a DC comic that was delayed. He just kept repeating himself so I carried on my way. Then when I walked away I heard him very clearly mocking me to his coworker and he said “he isn’t very bright” talking about me. When I confronted him he pretended like he had no idea what I was talking about. I have been going to this store for years, since Enzo was there, and have never been insulted like this by an employee. I will never set foot in this store again.

A tremendous inventory of pop culture items and comics. Set up like a museum of pop culture, lots of displays, many aisles of collectibles and rows of back issue comics. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Staff is great and helpful. More stuff in their than you think, trust me. Huge selection of comics, toys, and collectibles. You can make pre-orders and make subscriptions here as well and they will try to order something if they dont already have it. They also have many people that are involved with creating the comics, movies, and shows come by all the time to stop in for customers to meet or get autographs. Follow them on Facebook to keep up with upcoming events, there is always something interesting on the horizon there.

Best selection in town. Also great venue for the celebrity signings they have done. It was great to meet Ray Park aka Darth Maul/ Snake Eyes. Cant wait to see who they bring in next.

You can find items, toys and action figures from your childhood and some of the newest modern items as well. Pricing is varied, but you must truly look around for best prices. If its online, buy online. I would also suggest buying from this store to help keep it open. Check out the CLEARANCE ROOM !I truly enjoy visiting and make the long trek from Orlando.

Rows and Rows of Gold... Toys and mad stacks of back issue MARVEL/DC/Independent Comics for all Collector Kids of all ages. The fanned out hand of Capt. Marvels (1970s) in my pictures is what I triaged for this visit... After all, this baller on a budget couldve dropped a grand or two to catch up on hard to find silver age comics they have. Im coming back, on several different pay days, its worth the trip!

Took my kids here for the first time yesterday. My daughter found a htf manga book series she loves. An employee helped her order others also. My son found an awesome lego set.We did have an issue but the guys that work here are so friendly and were quick to help us out.The store in general is impressive. Very clean with so many toys. There were toys from when I was a kid. Fun for adults and kids alike. We will definitely be back.Highly recommend!!!!

Went There For A Starwars Convention. The convention was great and when it was over I checked out the store . The store was amazing. Get there early because the parking lot is very very very small . So if you want a good spot get there early . The staff is very nice and very professional. They are eager to help you out with anything . Any toy or collectible you can think of, trust me they got . If you are a nerd,geek, toy collector or all of they above then this is the store for you . I will say this . There location is kind of weird and it’s in the middle of no where in Longwood On some back road and the bathrooms 🚽 could of been a bit cleaner but besides that, the place is amazing .i will for sure be back to this store . Of all the comic book stores out there I believe this is my favorite. The selection is excellent, from golden age to modern they have a good slice of all of them. There are also figures and toys that are available. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and they take care of their returning customers, remembering their likes and even gifting a free comic the last visit we had! 10 out of 10 best comic book store in the Orlando area!

Had a very large selection of individual comics both old and new, as well as a lot of toys and collectables from a wide array of geek/pop culture. They had a big selection of collected editions as well, but I was personally less successful in that category.

The amount of comics and toys they have here is insane! Love the fact that they have Gijoe action figures here. Will be buying my son what I grew up on.

This place has been here forever. I remember going to their old Flea World stall when Flea World was still a thing. Huge floor, tons of product both new and old. Toys new in box, open box, everything. They also have some bargain bins for back issues that are great for folks just getting in to the hobby or for the kids.They require everyone to wear a mask right now, which is a Good Thing and I was very happy to see staff and customers complying with the policy.The only caveat I have is that the few times I brought in old collection stuff to sell/trade, they were pretty ruthless in the negotiation, but totally within the realm of what you should expect from the industry. While I may have wished I could have gotten more store credit, I still went back years later when I was looking for something a little harder to find. I even scored a Hasbro Legends Cyclops for less than $60 in 2021, by virtue of his slightly roughed up a box, which as I have been trying to find one for over a year I was happy to get for my collection.

For a pleasant experience visiting (what I could best describe as) a small town Toy Museum, this classic styled comic shop wont disappoint, ...at first. The roadside strip mall decor was nostalgic and when you 1st walk in, you cant help but be in awe of the 4 foot Silver Surfer or 6 ft. Xenomorph, which decorates its floors. The isles are divided into groups ranging from Marvel to Japanese classics youll remember from childhood. Thousands! So, why rate it a 3 star?Pricing was found to be both confusing and exaggerated. It quickly began to feel like a Brick and Mortar Drop-Ship spot. After my 1st hour browsing with NO offer of help, I couldnt avoid noticing that items still stocked at the local Targets, were being upsold by tens of dollars. Still bearing the original purchase stickers (in most cases), you find ACMES Pricing stickers (in all cases) reflecting over a 500% mark-up. A $4.99 ticketed Daredevil figure I inquired about, was met with a Ill take $13 for it, at the register.To avoid a 45 minute drive in vain, I completed an $80 purchase, which I was tossed a plastic bag so I could finish bagging the items myself, as the next customer was rang up. In summary, from the extremely used to the generously handled new items, enjoy the Tons of collectables and miles of vintage Comic Books (or just browse and buy at half the ACME price, ...on Google).

Wow, this place is huge! And unlike many collector stores, this place is organized. Unlike many stores where items are piled on top of each other. This place has isles dedicated to the theme. One isle was just Star Wars. I dont collect comics, but there appeared to be a very large selection of them as well. And there is an entire game room to, where guess are invited to play magic or other games. The owner is also willing to make some fair deals. If you have to make one stop for your collection. I would make this the one stop.
