I was looking for a particular BSG patch to put together a Commander Cain uniform. Found it on ebay but after some further searching, I found it on the Intergalactic Trading Company website for a little cheaper and very reasonable shipping. So I ordered it. What I got wasnt the patch I ordered. I sent an email notifying them I received the wrong patch. No response. I sent a follow up email with screenshots of the patch I ordered along with the product number. I showed the purchase confirmation with matching product number. And finally I showed the patch I received (not the correct one) which has a different product number on the site. Again, no response. This was back in December as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a cosplayer friend and still remains unresolved. I wont be doing any further business with this company if this is how they handle customer service.

They USED A FALSE PICTURE on Ebay.. I bought a book from this site on ebay, it was described as NEW and had a photo of a pristine new book, what arrived to me was a used book with MOLD stains all over it. I wrote a letter explaining everything to them the response I got back was thoughtless and rude, and they clearly had not even took the time to read my email properly, I decided to call Intergalactic trading company and asked to speak to the manager he actually told me he had mailed the best copy he had, and that even though he had other copies they would look worse, so I asked him why he advertises them as in NEW condition he said I could mail it back to him but he would not cover the postage, and i would be stuck with out of money costs, he then hung up on me. What a DICK ...Really you can do much better than this store and its FAKE PICTURES and descriptions..

The guy working in the warehouse is the best employee ever helpful and courteous...a gift to the world

I send an email dated Jan. 9th through ebay inquiring about my items. I never received any correspondence back from Michael. I also called. I think I will have to physically go to their store.

I had ordered from them years ago and everything was fine. However my latest experience was horrible. I had ordered Labyrinth: The Photo Album that I had also seen on ebay but they happened to have for a cheaper price. A few days later no money had been taken from my bank account for the order I placed. I called them up to see if anything was wrong and if the order was still processing. Suddenly, what sounded like a pissed off drag queen answered the phone. I explained that the order number for my order was not showing up on the website and that no money had been taken out of my bank account. The queen told me that IF THE ORDER WAS PLACED, THEN IT WILL SHIP!!! and hung up on me. However, I NEVER got my order, never got any email or any sort of communication regarding my order, nothing. Eventually I figured I just wasnt going to get my book from them.I ended up just ordered it from ebay. I would have called back to make sure my order was cancelled but I didnt want to go through that again and talk to that rude arrogant over the top queen guy. The money was never taken out of my account and the product never shipped and my questions never answered. The customer service at this place sucks big time and I cant believe someone like that hasnt been fired (unless its the owner which shouldnt be running a business like that in the first place). Speaking in such a manner to someone politely asking about the status of an order that was never fulfilled is ridiculous. I would be fired on the spot at my job if I spoke to any of my guests that way. Horrible way to retain business. I usually dont write reviews and on sites like ebay I leave positive feedback or just dont leave any if Im not exactly happy. This is the first negative review Ive actually ever written but the way I was treated and the situation handled left me in shock enough that now I want to actually WARN people. I wish anyone who reads this good luck with their experience.

Horrible customer service. Liar. The guy, Mike was very rude. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to shop so you wont get screwed like I did. Called for a price on a collectible, was told a price but asked to wait till the following week to buy it cause he was getting other items in. The item was NOT on his ebay site but on his website where it could have been bought at any time by anybody. When I did get him on the phone that following week and asked to buy the item at the price he quoted he told me sorry I want to put it on ebay, buy it there. Meanwhile the previous week he had said he wanted to do a deal OUTSIDE of ebay. Again at the time, NO item(s) were on Ebay, just on his website. AGAIN DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I saw some of his feedback on Ebay as well where this company did a BAIT AND SWITCH on an item.
