Scheduled a covid exam for my sick son for 10/12/2021 at 4:50 pm. We showed up late at 5:20. We got to the drive thru attendant at 5:49 pm. We were told that we cannot take an exam because the system is locked and the lab pickup was present. CVS locks their system and doesn’t even offer an option to take the test to be delivered for tomorrow’s lab pickup. What a true shame for anyone who’s sick with symptoms. Anyone that runs into this during an emergency where you’re looking for a free covid test, schedule with Walgreens.
Spent an hour in the drive-thru lane to get my COVID test done, just to be told I couldnt do it because I was late to my appointment. There needs to be a way to make it more efficient or at least have a big sign out letting people know they should just leave instead of wasting their time.
I dont go inside a lot but I actually love their pharmacy. Been going to the same CVS for a couple years. They are always really nice and helpful if I have any questions.
Constantly calling my phone to let me know they’re trying to get a substitute for my Trulicity for me. I said I wasn’t taking a substitute and they continue to call. I called and spoke to three different people yesterday about having their calls stop. They called again this morning. I blocked their number.
The place is horrible. Bad customer service! The people are rude or just forgetful. I had my teeth pulled and needed my prescriptions filled fast before the numbing medication wore off from the dentist. Mouth full of gauze and bloody, I handed the woman my prescription. She was all over the place and no one was helping her. She put my prescription on the counter and looked at me crazy when I was standing there waiting for her to put my prescription in the computer. She told me ma’am it will be ready in an hour... after an hour my mouth started hurting so bad I could barley stand it and it was getting worse! When I walked back in the new woman at the register said she had nothing for me. I looked where the previous employee had put my prescription and there it was still sitting on the counter! I cried to the woman and everyone jumped to it to get my prescription filled while I cried and held my face in pain!Unfortunately this is the pharmacy my insurance works with and they never have there act together. On top of everything else that I could complain about, they are rude. I truly cannot stand having to deal with this pharmacy. They need better staff!
Cvs corporate has decided that administering covid testing through the drive thru is a good idea. What this does is makes it difficult for people just trying to pick up medications. A drive thru is supposed to be efficient. This one is far from it. I sat there for 20 minutes behind someone getting a covid test. I even called to see what the hold up was then, because there were other people in the car, they decided to get tested. What should have been no longer than a few minutes to pick up a prescription turned into ovwr 20 minutes. I ended up leaving without the prescriptions because it was going to be another 20 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable. They need to figure out a better way to do this. Ive always had poor service at cvs and hate that our insurance carrier has a contract with them. Whatever you do, dont use the drive thru.
Do yourself a favor and listen to all of the other 1 star reviews. This is by far the worst pharmacy and worst CVS I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they slow and incompetent, but their care for their customers and good service is nonexistent. I have been using this location for quite some time now because of the convenient location and because of insurance, but it’s just not worth it.
Received both of my Pfizer shots from here and the staff are very polite and quick. I would definitely recommend this location for vaccinations.
Worst Pharmacy in the WORLD!!! They cant get their act together. Theyll tell me my insurance isnt on file and after I produce my card then they tell me it is on file. Took a week to finally get my prescriptions filled after their failed attempt to call insurance company. Witnessed the Pharmacist administer 2 Covid-19 shots to two different people and NEVER changed her gloves. WOW, SHE SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED AND BANNED.
Absolute garbage CVS. Never go here. They never gave me back my insurance card when I got medications once. They also never bothered to call me that they had it.In addition, today I went to by sunscreen and the lady there was so rude.
Went in for my vaccine, the staff were friendly and efficient, had a good system set up for waiting the 15 minutes.

No wonder this place has 2 stars, I went there for COVID vaccine, I was on time, I made the online check-in. I waited for a while, went to the pharmacy section, nobody was doing anything related with the vaccine. The vaccine section was empty. Waited for 20 minutes and then left. Now, is ok if you dont have the people to do this, but why make an appointment and make me waste time.
I am a tried & true CVS customer, so I hope my review is taken constructively. The team at the store is friendly however, the store is more than filthy. The filth is months maybe longer old.Tile in front of refrigerated items and carpet really bad, glass doors obviously unattended to, but the worst area are the bathrooms, tile, toilet, sink floor and walls hasn’t been touched what looks like at least months. Store room door was propped open and the storeroom was in disarray. No one disinfecting high touch points, counters or EMV machines. I asked for the manager but there were only two PM Supervisors both at the front register and conversing no other customers. I mentioned what I had witnessed and was told due to Covid and reduction in staff they really can’t do much, but committed to sharing my feedback with the store manager Kathy. It seems obvious that due to COVID there should be a heightened awareness of cleanliness. Please Clean your store Kathy, this is a reflection of your commitment to the stores success, you’re an example to your team members, cultivates trust & loyalty from your customers and fulfills your commitment to the CVS brand recognition and shows your employers that you’re grateful to be employed.You have a fantastic position and employed with a great company. I encourage you to show them your gratitude by upholding the company vision & mission statement & taking pride in having an exceptional store location. All the best to you. Tomorrow is a new day. Horrible experience! I was waiting for more than 20 minutes after receiving a text message confirming that the prescription was ready for pick up. They didn’t give me the prescription and blamed my insurance. I called another CVS and they were able to process the prescription right away.
I don’t know why I keep attempting to do business with this store. I’ve had nothing but rude encounters with the employees here. Store AND pharmacy. Phone lines get zero bedside manners, the people working the window act like they hate everyone. Nothing good to say here. I’m so aggravated. It’s supposed to be a place of care. Care.
HORRIBLE customer service. It takes the pharmacy over a day to fill prescription and you have to call your doctor to get it filled after dropping the script off. They do not care at all. How hard is it to hire decent people cvs?

Been waiting literally over an hour in drive thru and that’s just to drop off. I still need to pick up. Very slow. The line just stopped. It’s like they took their lunch break and keeping everyone waiting. Avoid this place like it has COVID.
Rip off when hard times would require you to keep some normal prices and at least treat your customers the proper way. Displayed product price say something, the register indicates almost double the price for a basic product when asked the cashier and he says those displayed tags are the rewards you obtain. Thats misleading!
If you can go to ANY other pharmacy, do. Refills are never ready on time (despite the endless robocalls saying they are), the staff are unprofessional, the lines are usually long, wait times are bad, and overall I dread having to go there because nine times out of ten there is some issue on their end. Forget ever getting anyone to answer the phone. UGH.

Unbelievably INHUMANE !!!I dropped off the Rx on Monday late afternoon. The pharmacy employees were already arguing, bickering, and pointing fingers at each other when I got there. I was told that they only had several pills, and I could order the remaining pills and that they would be ready by Tuesday. I agreed. After waiting for 50 minutes, I checked in with the cashier and was told that it was not even there. She checked with the employee that was responsible for preparing it, and she blatantly lied saying I only wanted them to order tomorrow. She then changed her story stating that the Rx that were available was for different milligram, and it had to be approved by the doctor. Once again, I agreed. I asked if I could pick up the Rx at another CVS pharmacy that might have had it. Without checking or doing anything, she immediately answered that all CVS pharmacies in Central Florida do not have it because it was on backorder status. I finally went home. Everytime I called to check on the status, it said that it wouldbe ready by 9pm that day. It never was ready. On Tuesday, I waited all day, and nothing happened. Today, I called the other CVS pharmacy and spoke to Margo, a very nice and professional employee, and found out that this particular pharmacy actually had it. How could they be so INHUMANE???
I work in the area to this specific cvs and over the course of the last few months I use there restroom bc they are typically much cleaner than gas stations. Needless to say Ive been walked in on several times with the door locked. Every time Ive spoke with management. Its funny she told me the exact story she did the last time. They were jus here on Friday and fixed the door and I heard that story 8 weeks prior. Needless to say I womt go back here for anything . Quite embarrassing to be walked sin on with ur pants down.

Im currently standing at the pick up line at the pharmacy and a tech behind the counter takes a patient behind me first. Refused to make eye contact and said nothing to me. Then she slipped out the side door. Thanks for making me wait, witch!Edit: Same girl almost runs me over in the parking lot. Looked like she was in a hurry. Hmm. So was I when she took someone before me when I was clearly standing right there.
Yeah the pharmacy tho. I went into the pharmacy to pick up perscription after coming from a night pediatric doctor. It wasnt ready but That wasnt my concern. The girl working with the pharmacist was concerned about how many cars kept coming in line. I thought thats why Cvs has drive thru 🤔. Oh and thats her job..OH and how unprofessional that was. The pharmacist had to look over my faxed in prescription but tells me they are out of the meds. I personally think when pharmacist say that its bull. I know they have it but can blatently lie. Anyway i ended up driving to the tuskawilla cvs amd received much better service. The entire store had a weird vibe
Longwood cvs, store is filthy-dirty, disheveled,wrappers laying around . Girl at pharmacy very rude, prescription not ready when told were ready, called Mgr but their no help either,prescriptions were sent in Wednesday 9:00am, how not ready by Friday morning, not talking about The one was on Order and was to be ready by Thursday at 5:00 pm..also, when calling them, I have to wait on hold for at least 10min. Plus, prices are higher than walgreenS. I can’t believe my insurance was switched to cvs, Walgreens people were always so helpful and polite, calling was never a long wait, and prices much cheaper. CVS should be ashamed

I always thought CVS drive-through was to pick up prescriptions when they already however I am in line right now been here over 14 minutes waiting for the car in front of me to finish up. Very very bad service at this particular location.
Person who claimed to be the manager told my wife they were out of her medication and they had no idea when it would be back and they were not allowed to discuss it with her on the phone. When she asked why other CVS locations she called were able to look for her prescription and converse with her on her medications, my wife was told - by the manager - that the other CVS stores she contacted were trying to get rid of her and they were not really looking or helping.Great company spirit here - wish our insurance would allow another pharmacy. Will not be going to Longwood FL CVS anytime soon though......

This CVS has constant issues with filling orders. Incorrectly filled, having you come out after they tell you it’s available only to find out its not, being sent to other locations, having to call your doctor several times for them to actually fill the prescription, and lastly getting staff with a bad attitude to top it all off. Terrible service, very unprofessional, unorganized, and incompetent.
Ive never been so frustrated with a pharmacy before in my life. I have given this pharmacy plenty of times to redeem themselves and they just cant seem to get it together. My dog has a heart condition and relies on her medication to keep her stable. Every month since I have moved to this location I get the same text message that my dogs refill has been denied. I have to constantly remind them that the number on file has been changed as we now have a new vet. This past month my husband and I have had to call many times and even showed up at the pharmacy to WATCH them change the number on file and still have issues with getting her prescription. At first, I gave them a pass because they had an issue with phone lines not working but after that, it was just plain irresponsible on their part. I should not have to constantly remind a pharmacy to DO THEIR JOB!
Steven was very helpful and he really assisted me with all my needs, I think that there should be more people like him in customer service.
This pharmacy is ABSOLUTE garbage! Every prescription I’ve had filled has been messed up OR NOT EVEN FILLED!!!! When a script is sent in urgent and they don’t even fill it, this place is just awful and I’m forced to use them because of my insurance!!!
The pharmacy staff here is incredibly rude, condescending, and has no business being in any sort of public facing role. They are slow, always say theyre busy, even when they dont realize youre calling from INSIDE the store (speaking of, Ive never waited less than 10 minutes for anyone to answer a phone call). Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.
I called to see if I could transfer a medicine here Because they didn’t have it at my regular pharmacy, I spoke to Mark which he clearly since he answered the phone did not have any intentions of helping me, he was extremely rude, I asked when he could get the prescription and Real rule he started asking me ma’am do you want me to help you or not, I will of course what do they think people golf for then if they don’t need their medicines are extremely do not recommend this pharmacy if there was a zero star I will give them a 000
If I could give 0 stars I would. They never have any control medications, whether its very powerful or very weak. The staff is horrible and probably abused or STOLE the medications and explains why they never have any and the new faces. Why not just say they cannot fill ANY CONTROL PRESCRIPTIONS? WELL BECAUSE THEYD HAVE TO ADMIT THEY WERE INCOMPETENT, EMPLOY THEIVES AND JUNKIES, OR KILLED SOMEONE OR THEY JUST DONT WANT TO LOSE BUSINESS. THEYD RATHER WASTE YOUR TIME THAN BE HONEST.
Terrible pharmacy service i called to check on a prescription called in from a doctor they told me was working on it as we spoke. Arrived 1 1/2 hours later to pickup and they inform me they are working on it. Standing here for over 30 minutes in store and they tell everyone either on the phone or walking in “they are working on it”. Total BS.

I usually like cvs but they have the nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen. It literally smells like urine and there are stains everywhere. Management please update, remodel or something. There is only so much a person can clean to get whatever those stains are out.
