The guy working 10/14/2021 at 1:23am isnt his doing his job correctly. He was sitting outside vaping. The store hasnt been very busy. Ive been here twice now picking up orders. He refused to cook the pizzas claiming he had his stations already cleaned and all the dishes in the sink dirty. Didnt have any utensils either he claimed. Nice job buddy. This is the first 7 eleven I have ever been to that has refused to make hot food. Dude is just lazy as they come.

I normally dread having to use a gas station restroom, but I was so pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of their restroom. I let the staff know and they were so happy to hear it. Very kind and sweet staff!

Ive gone to many different 7-Elevens and this one has to be my favorite. The employees are so sweet and caring. Its a warm and friendly environment that is truly what we need during this time. The location is also one of the cleanest that Ive seen and very protective against COVID-19.

So tonight my boyfriend and I were gonna have a pizza for dinner, and we ordered ahead so it could be done when we got there. It’s was done when we got there, but the second I told her I was the call in, she questioned me on if I was The Who called, if I was getting slices or a whole pizza, what kind of pizza I was getting and, even asked me if my number and points were MINE! truly appalling. When I wanted to speak to the manager? she told me to FIND her MYSELF!! How truly unprofessional! This is coming from an assistant manager. NEVER have I EVER experienced anything so UNPROFESSIONAL! All That to just get my pizza and go home.

I stopped by here for a cup of coffee and the staff was so nice and the store looked very clean. I will be stopping here again if I ever need a midnight snack or another good cup of coffee!

I tried to use my google pay at the register to check out.I used my android phone and i know it works fine because i have used it before at wawa Burger King winn dixie.

7-11 is my favorite quick go to place. But I stopped in this store today & I will never go back. The skinny blond girl who works there is super rude and has zero customer service skills. I Asked her for the owner or managers phone number she told me she wouldn’t give it to me, I asked her for her name. She told me she’s not allowed to give out her name. So I asked the other girl working there for her name and she screams at the girl, don’t give out any of our personal information. Now mind you this was over a $1.66 dispute which could have easily been solved with a rational conversation, but then she got weird. I had my cell phone in my hand and she starts screaming don’t video me, don’t video me and hiding behind the rack. Crazy thing is I wasn’t taking video of her at all. My phone was on the camera screen because I had taken a picture of the item she sold me. So while she’s ducking and hiding behind the rack screaming at me not to video her and threatening to call the police to throw me out of the store. I’m stumped because I’m wondering if this girl is on drugs. Her behavior was weird and erratic and uncalled for. Needless to say this is the dirtiest store. And I’ve decided to write the owner a letter and report them to the health department. Nasty floors, dirty soda machines. Even dirt on some of the displays. And they serve food in this place. The soda machine was so dirty and sticky and disgusting I decided to get a can drink instead of a fountain drink.Whoever owns this place should send in someone under cover to see how their employees treat their customers.Sad because I am a business owner and wouldn’t want my employees treating my customers in this manner.

Honestly I dont know what to rate because I would like to give good ratings but recently I had a bad experience on my last visit. I usually visit this 7-Eleven to play my daily lotto because its the closest to my neighborhood. I was waiting patiently like I always do for my turn. When it was my turn the cashier took my lotto cards in hand and when she realized there were a few more than the norm, she handed them back and told me I would have to wait till she rang up everyone else in line first. There were five or six other people waiting behind me. I was very upset that she told me that, I actually walk out without my lotto. But not before I told her that was ridiculous and rude of her that she would ask me to wait since I waited in line just like everyone else. I told her she could scan my cards and while they were printing she could ring up other people but she wasnt having it. I dont think I will return to this location if that is the way they are going to treat paying customers. And to be honest this was the first time that has ever happen at this location. Most of the cashiers are very polite.

Today around 6:30 am the only 2 employees were not wearing mask.

Not enough gas pumps for the amount of people who need it in the area, but the location doesnt really have space for them. Sometimes the staff is friendly and nice and other times cold and standoffish, it really depends on whos working. The bathrooms could get cleaned more often, but that is every 7-11 everywhere for the most part.

This is without a doubt the most disgusting display of customer service Ive ever seen. After the events this week and the recorded acts of ignorance and violence by the staff here I will be obtaining an attorney and filing a civil suit also having a press release done so the uneducated people working here fully understand the scope of discrimination and harassment! Theres a reason you work at 7-11 hunny and it will be the same reason you find yourself unemployed extremely soon ! I know the owner for this location very well and will be speaking to her ! You sweety the little buck tooth female today that claimed she owns the store I will make sure you personally hear from my attorneys. I hope you dont honestly think that because you work at a gas station youre a bad ass lol ! Youre not ! In fact you looked completely ignorant today and dumb as hell. You have no idea who I am or anything about me to do what you did today I plan to make a full public display of you and your actions ! Enjoy that minimum wage while you got it sweety !

I usually go there and employees treat you very nice and respectful but i went tonight and there was a new light skin blonde skinny girl there and she was been very rude to me infront of other people i felt very aUncomfortable and offended ! I was waiting online and she was looking over me asking if someone else needed help 😕 i think because im latina !

Even though the parking lot is tight and occasionally gives me trouble, the lines inside are always quick.

Needs to clean a lot.
