Just moved to Longwood recently and started stopping in at this location. Have been super impressed by how helpful the staff is, clean and organized the store is and great the prices are! Pine bark nuggets are cheaper at Ace people! Love that I have a place like Ace to go, much closer to home than your typical Home Depot or Lowes. They have a lot more specialized items too which you may not find in the larger stores which I appreciate. 10/10 recommend this location!

Ace helpful place my foot I need help with an exchange for something I bought from ace and they said that oh we cant take it back it will cause us too much work. Are you kidding me thats not my fault the item is faulty. I am so glad Lowes and home Depot and killing these places I can get the same to little customer service at the big box stores might as well go there more choices then Ace I chose ace for the customer service boy was I wrong.

Everyone is very helpful and courteous even to the point of answering my questions and helping ensure I picked out the correct items for a first-time fix. I will return to this store.

Great team of people that work here and convenient location. Parking lot appears a bit small but theres plenty of parking around back if needed. Always good to support local when you can and you never have to worry about finding somebody here to answer your question like you do at the big box stores. Came here to get propane in preparation for the hurricane and the two young men that were running the propane operation were doing a great job keeping the process efficient!

We had an emergency with a broken window glass on Sunday. We went to Home Depot and Lowes but they told us thatbwe had to buy the entire window. We called ACE and the prontly told us that they would cut the glass the size that we needed. They kindly explained how to do the repair. We paid $5.07 and were able to save a ton of money.

Misled to buy new item full price with life usuage at 12years. After purchase i asked about the date being 15months old and my usuage was cut down. Manager said we dont have 1 year old items then checked and said thats the date that came in. So again my warranty is cut by 15months, thanks. Lil propane boy needs to cut the attitude, when customer trying to understand process, i was told thats the way it is. You all have a job as we the customers spend money. The date is in the picture, dont say you dont have an old dated item on the lot. Not now cuz you sold it to me.

The store manager Eddy and the assistant manager (Keith I think) were both extremely friendly and helpful during our visit. We needed paint and some supplies and they made sure we had everything we needed. I cant remember her name, but the lady at the counter was so friendly and kind. We recently moved to the area and will make this our go to shopping place!

Always help me load heavy things like 50 lb bags of salt for my softener. I am 83 and really appreciate. When I get home, my Son comes over to help.I am blessed.

Can fill two propane tanks here for only a little more than you pay for 15 lb elsewhere; we grill a lot, so I am a frequent flyer. Always a good value and helpful folks when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for.

They have alot of things to get the job done, without the long walk through the big stores. Helpful and knowledgeable, the employees know where everything is and are happy to help.

It was great I was helped on the spot got what I needed and out the door it was a good experience because I didnt know how to get inorder the things that I needed to complete the task but was helped which made it easy.

Never would have thought about going to Ace Hardware but little did I know! They literally have everything...went in looking for a screw for one of my Louis Vuittons and not only did they have multiple screws to choose from but they also had metric sizes! Which was perfect for me since my purse was manufactured in France. Lowes and Home Depot may have the enormous space but Ace has the intimate details that you may need. Plus, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! What more can you ask for? Run dont walk and tell them Jennifer said hello!

I live within a couple miles of a Home Depot. Whenever I cant find what I need in Home Depot, which is way too often, Ace IS THE PLACE! Ive never been disappointed. Theyve always had what Ive needed to complete a project. For a relatively small store they carry so many items necessary for DIY home repairs/projects. Just wish they were a little closer to me.

I visited a week after the CDC guidelines were issued that we should wear masks in public. Only one of the employees I saw during my visit had a mask on, and only one customer was wearing a mask. Also, they still had you sign the receipt with a common pen that they were not disinfecting. They had some very expensive hand sanitizer at $10 for a small bottle. But I was happy to have found it at any price. They need to protect the public, their employees should be wearing masks and we shouldnt have to sign a credit card slip. I wont be back.

Larger store than I am used to. Staff is attentive and greets you with a smile. Did not have exactly what I needed but they went out of their way to help me fabricate the next best thing. So helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Small, but you can find those special screws you need.

You may notice there are mostly great reviews, with a few very negative reviews. It is safe to disregard the very few nasty reviews. I am in there at least 2 or 3 times a month, normally for the oddest size bolt or fitting - which they normally have in stock. I have never had any problems with staff. They bend over backwards every time I go in. I am willing to bet all the negative comments are from competitors!!!

Eddie, the “manager,” cares more about getting home before the store actually closes (which he specifically told me) than his customers. I like Ace Hardware, but not this location. Go to another location, if possible, if you want to be treated respectfully and kindly.

Great for that must get item when your in the middle of a project and find out you need whatever to complete the job. Ace will usually have what you need. Also good price on propane refills.

This Ace is a little smaller than some of the other Ace stores I been in but they pack a lot in there. Prices are fair and staff is very friendly. Call ahead if looking for more specific items or parts they are very knowledgeable about what they carry and stock.

Disappointed this is not in the Ace Rewards store apparently theyre independent they just got an ace name on it they dont participate in the Ace programs customer service inside at the counter was great the guys trying to find stuff for me didnt have a clue what they were doing. I sent him to go get somebody that actually knew something about Plumbing he never came back I found it myself and left never saw him again oh well you cant always be good I guess today just wasnt their day!

Ace hardware is no longer as good as it used to be years ago. They do not have much inventory of things. Employees there arent exactly overflowing with any enthusiastic customer service. Kind of seems like they are just there to do their job.

House of the living dead. Ive encountered a more unsociable group of people in my life. MG, you would think they would be a little bit more people personable. Ive only been going there are about 30 years or ever since theyve been open. Its like the living dead, a room full of zombies. I cant say its all bad they help you find what youre looking for then thats about as good as it gets. They must be from Connecticut or New Hampshire.
