The guys seem to be playing around, I was asking for a particular item they seemed more interested in taking their break than helping a customer and they were not busy. I always like the smaller hardware stores because I thought they paid more attention to the customer .Because they did greet me when I came in the store and asked me what I needed.!!! But customer service is not what I ended up getting .they said it should be in that aisle when I couldnt find it I asked him and her for help it was like I was a bother .i guess lets go back too Home Depot and Lowes if thats the customer service theyre giving, I support small business but not one that makes me feel uncomfortable

Great place for propane refills. The young employee filling g the tanks was respectful to his customers while being overwhelmed with refills in the rain. Made for a great visit. Thanks again.

Excellent visit. Fast customer service. Widest selection of specialized nuts and bolts. I stepped in and out the door with 3 items in less than 15 minutes. Even had time to socialize with the cashier about a lightning 🌩 strike. TV wall mounting mission accomplished!

Great place. Its not a huge store like the other places, but they have everything you need at good prices. You dont need to walk around looking for someone to help you. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the excellent selection of Yeti merchandise that they have. Highly recommend.

Cole Myers is a great manager to deal with.Adam Clay is another reasonable person.This shop has some great products. You just need to find your treasure here.This is not exactly the lowest priced shop in town but it is certainly one of the cleanest ones.

The have a lot of good stuff packed inside a smaller store. Their staff is always willing to help you find what you need.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience today at this store. The owner (I think he was the owner) and the staff are incredible! We had no water because our water pipe broke and the man at the store walked us through the whole process and made us laugh even though we were so stressed. If it wasn’t for him we would have had to go to a hotel bc we had no water. But low and behold we were able to fix it with no leaks due to the sincere help of this man! This store will be our go to store for a long time to come!

This place is awesome! The convenience factor alone is worth 10 stars. In and out quickly, staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, fair prices and just the piece of mind of not having to wander around a big box store for 10 times as long to find what I need is worth everything. The employees are like the Department of Corrections, you walk through the door and youre escorted everywhere, or hunted down and barraged with questions on what you need and what youre doing there. I wish they would just leave me alone and let me shop. If I need help I will ask. Sometimes I just like discovering certain items myself. Maybe even a point of sale item.

Was priced right out of the store. I just needed some items for a job and seen that I was going to pay three times more that the home Depot... Sad to see that this was our first time there and will never go there again.

Good store to have in the neighborhood easy to get in and out without the commotion of all the people. Have a great variety of all the different kinds of screws you need for repairs. And its nice to have quality tools in a store again

Very convenient well kept store and a great addition to the wekiva springs area. Though they tend to be a bit overpriced (as most small hardware shops tend to be) compared to the big box hardware stores, they do have a good enough selection when you are in a pinch and need one or two of something to get you finished with a big job or to help solve an odd problem around the house. They have always been well staffed with very kind and helpful folks, but dont expect the kind of deep knowledge you can get from a specialty shop like a tile store or auto parts shop.

If you dont need big item pieces like lumber or appliances, this place is much better for hardware needs. Staff actually knows about different projects and you dont have to spend 30 minutes finding someone for help.

Had keys made but they did not fit my lock had to return to have them fixed. This one visit wasnt a happy one.Tried the keys that they had fixed. Found that one of the keys was still incorrect. Im having to make another trip to Wekiva True Value to get it corrected.Maybe this is a good location for other items but I would not go there again to get keys made.
