Quick drive through and pleasant workers.

Well kept up. Clean restrooms. Nice playground equipment for kids to play on. Only negative is one pickleball court is not playable do to water accumulating on it.

This is the most frustrating Starbucks in the area. The drink quality is good, but getting your drink is beyond frustrating. They recently decided to close the lobby so mobile orders have to sit in the drive thru wrapped around the building. I’ve witnessed multiple people walk up to the locked doors and yell at the people inside. I get there may be labor constraints right now but frustrating your customers is not a solution to the problem.

They should change the name of this location from Lorain to the “make your own hours up” Starbucks. Will they be open this morning? Will their mobile app be turned on? What are their new hours THIS week??? As a 5+ times a week Starbucks customer, this is by far the worst one I am stuck frequenting due to the new location of my office. Not once during COVID did I see anything like this happen at the other 4 locations I frequent near my home/previous office. Upper management needs to get in there and figure something out because I’m sure they are losing a ton of money in revenue. I’m only giving them 1 star because the baristas are nice.

Love this location on a good day but on occasion I’ll come out and it’ll be randomly closed 🤦🏽‍♂️

THIS STARBUCKS IS SO NICE AND EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING. NADIA IS VERY GREAT, SO IS BRI, AND UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT CATCH THE OTHER GIRLS NAME BUT I OVERHEARD HER SAY SHE WAS BARISTA OF THE MONTH, SO WHOEVER THAT IS YOU’RE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB.

I stopped here for my free birthday drink and everybody was so pleasant and wish me a happy birthday. It is one of the better Starbucks that I have been to. I would recommend this place do anyone who lives in a Lorain Amherst area. Definitely try their pumpkin cream cold brew. Its delicious. This is the friendliest Starbucks I have been to.

I absolutely hate this Starbucks now, its only open until noon and the drive thru and way too long and the inside is closed now. Online it says the inside is open & I took my toddler out the car to see a letter on the door saying inside is closed

This is by far the most slowest customer service Starbucks I have ever been to in My Life!! The employees here work extremely slow or non-efficient I dont know whats going on in there but it is awful! I watched 3 people pull out of line looking frustrated!

I love Starbucks but this one has the most issues. Twice in a week I have been there and the espresso machine is not working. Shouldn’t that be fixed ASAP. Disappointed

The people here are very friendly and I enjoy seeing them every time I pick up a mobile order. They often remember who I am and make it a point to say hi. However, this particular Starbucks seems like it has a management issue. Random closures, inconsistent hours, often unavailable for mobile ordering, and other constant issues. This store seems constantly busy at all hours of the day (when it’s open). I am shocked management doesn’t take this seriously.Example: Just this morning multiple people showed up to pick up mobile orders and they locked the cafe doors and wouldn’t let anyone in to get their drinks or even bring their drinks to the door for their customers. Everyone had to wait in a drive though line that wrapped around the building.

I do enjoy their refresher, but otherwise.. Just a tad too bitter for my tastes.

Not sure what happened but the quality has declined significantly. Half of my last order was not even given to me at the window, the visit prior to that my mobile ordered drink was not correct, and the wait in line at times is quite long. Id suggest another location

Love their feta spinach wrap and also the iced cinnamon dolce latte!

I will go to Starbucks before going to another restaurant. I like their food, service, and love their coffee.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30min and decided we had to leave because we had to get our day started and couldn’t wait all day for a coffee. This location is the worse. Corporate should really be working on extra training to make sure all the employees are quick and efficient and properly staffed. Do better!! Starbucks loss our business to Dunkin, maybe you should take a page from their book.

This location is rarely stocked properly. No matter what day of the week or time of the day they are out of far to many items. Even when you do manage to find something, you will wait far longer for your order then most other locations.

This is not a rating of Starbucks, but this location. Super friendly and accommodating, got my order correct and served timely.

Literally the worst Starbucks ever. The line always takes a half hour somehow even when the line isn’t that long. I tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt but I went in once to see if it would be quicker and noticed that they are fully staffed and still take forever. The manager should really get a handle on this situation because I dread coming here and only do if i absolutely can’t go to another location.

Visited on Fri I believe. It has a great interior. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

I’ve never written below a four star review but this place is enraging. I have lived across the country and been a Starbucks fanatic for over ten years and this is by far the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. I’ve been a regular here for three years now (since this is unfortunately the location closest to my house) and it has never improved. They struggle to complete very simple online orders, are consistently out of food items, and overall manage the store terribly. I have worked in the service industry and I am normally extremely courteous to fast food/retail employees but they can’t even do bare minimum. Save your time and head to any other location in the area.

Don’t usually leave negative reviews but this Starbucks is SO slow it’s insane. Almost every time I come here I wait a good half hour for a latte. I have no clue why this location can’t operate like the nearby Avon or Westlake locations but don’t come here if you’re short of time or just value you’re time.

Disappointed twice weekly customer. Closed again. I understand COVID but roll the dice at this location. Slow service when they are open. Out of items. Is it a staffing issue? Mgmt? training? Way below Starbuck standard and has gone downhill for sometime now. --update - tried again.. closed! checked website which said open . small sign on the door. I counted 11 cars who had same experience this morning . Done with this. Time to switch to Biggby!

The service is very hit and miss. The drive-thru is incredibly understaffed/poorly managed. I have sat in lines here for 15 minutes without moving.

Usually I would be kinder in a review but I went inside to place my order,specifically stating contents and size of the 2 simple drinks. One was done as ordered but my drink was messed up to the point that I couldnt drink any of it until I arrived home. I waited in a line where I was the 3rd customer, not a long line but it still took a LONG time for my order to be filled. The drive thru would have been much quicker because a number of cars went past the window as I waited in line. It didnt seem understaffed so I cant explain their slowness or inability to complete an easy order.

My lattes from here are always horrible. Tastes like watered down black coffee. Ive tried ordering different kinds, asking for the sweetened flavors and adding sugar. It just never tastes right.

Why is this the only Starbucks closed by noon

I get 3 drinks every day at various Starbucks,Ive come here everyday for a week now twice a day and I sit in the drive thru for over 40 mins each time !!!! This is absolutely absurd that it takes so long to get through a drive thru, when 20 other locations are capable of doing their jobs in an acceptable time frame. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN MAKE COFFEE IN LESS THAN 40 MINS . YOU HAVE A DRIVE THRU ITS SHOULD NOT TAKE 40 MINS Every single day

This Starbucks is a really nice, clean and comfortable place to enjoy whatever beverage you order. The barista was very nice and greeted you with a smile... now thats part of great customer service.I tried a new drink and was pleasantly surprise as to how good it was. Great coffee. Decent earnings on card program. Should get credit when using cash with card program. Each purchase at store should earn points whether you load money on card or pay cash. Its still a sale.

Sooooooooo slow!!! Took 30mins for a coffee! Drive tru is a hot mess no one seems to know how to do their job. Worst place I’ve been in a while. Employees are rude and don’t even know how to a order correctly.

Did a mobile order for 2 dragon drinks. Picked it up, and it didnt have the dragon fruit which is my favorite part. All I was told was sorry. Wasnt offered a discount or anything. My order wasnt fully fulfilled. This was my second visit to this location. My first visit I ordered a caramel macchiato add whip, and they forgot my whip.

My bosses send me there all the time, they love your coffee

Customer service is wonderful. This team works hard and well together as we sat and watched as we waited on our large order. Very impressed. The guy with the pony tail did a great job!

Wonderful! Great friendly service, with smile and joy. Cheap too for 2 large frappachinos only $10 heck yeah! Too bad I have to drive all the way to Lorain for one when I live in Oberlin. They need to build one here especially with all the college kids theyd make a killing! If I had the money Id open one or a coffee shop right on campus!

Baristas are friendly, whether it be the new hires or veteran workers. They make sure to get your Rewards if you missed them. Ive never had a drink mistake, though they are happy to remake it when I forget something I want. The atmosphere is loud due to the machines and tile, but I dont mind it. Its welcoming and a beautiful place to hang out. I read here, and do my schoolwork too.

I stopped because the location is in my office building, but waited over 10 minutes for a large black blonde roast. I wasnt impressed with the flavor as it tasted burnt. Id rather make the walk to another local place for a better cup of coffee at a better price.

Favorite coffee house plus got a Grande frappe for $.90 using the app & registered my gift card I forgot about it what a wonderful surprise !!

I live for Starbucks. My go to is the espresso frappuccino with an affogato shot added. Yummmm always good if tooth needs an extra caffeine kick.

Very rude employees. Had one snatch drink from my hand when I had only asked a question about it. Then got an attitude (nasty facial expression, smart-ass tone, head bobbing)from her when I pointed out I was only inquiring about the item as she proceeded to dump the drink in the sink. She acted pissed off she even had to be there. With employees like that I dont care to, and plan on advising my friends do the same, ever give my money to them. At least this location. Having server/customer service in my work history I KNOW she was ridiculous and out of line. Some type of supervisor should have stepped up when their employee continued being rude and unprofessional even though the customer had walked back to seat. Horrible experience. Horrible.

Ill be honest, I dont drink coffee, so I dont know much about it. When I tried to explain how I didnt know what a frappuccino was I was helped and told in great detail. The manager was very helpful. They spelled my name right!

Staff was nice and service fast . But the Pumpkin Spice Latte had to much nutmeg . We ended up throwing them away.

I went with a group of friends and most of us liked it but a few of us found the coffee less than satisfactory.

Everyone is usually so nice great drinks and all..my last couple experiences though something has either been forgotten. Which is no big deal. But a lady with brown hair and glasses called me out she actually called me a liar when I told her my drink wasnt made right which I thought was rather unprofessional. I will continue to be going to Starbucks Im just no longer going to that branch.

The food is what you expect from a Starbucks, but man is their drive through atrocious. If its around the side of the building, expect a 20+ minute wait. Thats almost excusable, but when the line is short they rarely enter your order when you place it (you dont see it on the screen) and its a 50/50 whether they get it right. Most of the time its just a size error, still annoying.
