We are so grateful that we found out they began offering the Covid vaccine and were scheduled within 24 hours. It was their first day and everything was very organized and went smoothly. All the associates were friendly and professional. Thank you for all that you do.

Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they will be. Submitted a refill request and five days later it STILL hadn’t been filled. This hasn’t happened just once. Every time I submit a refill I have to call and pressure them to get it filled. I had to switch to Drug Mart.
Me and my hubby are picking up our prescriptions from this pharmacy since 2018. Until recently, when there was the same nice Team everything was OK but lately some new people are there. Their rudeness has no borders. The store, I dont know whom was with the idea to put carpet everywhere, is filthy. COVID 19 is at home there. Prescription that last month cost me $12.77 yesterday was $92.00. They are taking advance of old people shovelling on our throats the most expensive pills. Im done with them. The young guy that seams to be the Shift Manager at the pharmacy should work at a farm, with cows and pigs. He is way far from Customer Service. He should be fired. Horibble!

There is no reason to use the app. My prescriptions stay in process for days. If I don’t call them they do not get filled. That is how it has been for the past couple years. However this time when I tried to call the CVS in Lorain Ohio you are on eternal HOLD and after 20 - 40 minutes I just hang up..No one EVER answers the phone!!! I finally called the store and the clerk said it is the first of the month. But what about a week ago or two weeks ago when I originally requested them?? CVS you cannot run a business like this! I am now moving my prescriptions elsewhere!
I have been on hold for 20 min and still nobody answer the phone so had to hang up with CVS pharmacy at this location. Ive never been on hold for this long. Switching over to a different pharmacy.

Always have issues. Long wait and hold times. Prescriptions will sit processing for days. Ive even gotten multiple prescriptions and theyve had the pills in the wrong bottles. Luckily I have to check medication before passing it. But if it was a person who didnt know the difference and messed up medication they could literally get sick or even end up killed!!!! Horrible pharmacy!!!
This is the worst Pharmacy Ive ever encountered, and Ive been on necessary medications for my entire adult life. Ive used various pharmacies in 6 U.S. States & 3 abroad. If it was possible to give negative stars, Id be happy to do so, but its not. They lost my prescriptions 3 times, informed my doctor that Id filled prescriptions I hadnt even known were called in & available to me (they never answer the phone, so I never knew if my medications were ready, yet even up to 48 hrs after they were due, there would be a wait of at least 40 minutes in store when I tried to retrieve them. Once I waited until 40 mins after they were closed for a medication that comes pre-packaged & doesnt require counting or bottling. Please Save yourself a huge hassle and use ANY OTHER PHARMACY AVAILABLE. This one should lose its license. Abysmal.
I miss walgreens. Waited in drive thru yesterday for 30 minutes. Wish caresource didnt drop Walgreens. Pharmacist was nice
Worst pharmacy.Waited in line for over an hour (with two cars in front of me mind you) to pull up to the window and a lady scream through the speaker “WERE CLOSED” - 4 minutes pre closing time.Just send your RX over to Walgreens to avoid this customer service.
I have never had an issue with this pharmacy. The staff are always pleasant and the store always clean. I am very pleased with my experience.
On 02-19--2020 I had a prescription sent in. I waited 3 hours before going to get it. Waited in the drive through (only 2 cars ahead of me) for about 45 minutes. Finally got to the window, and the lady said they never received it. I gave her the information on the facility, nurse practitioner, and medication. After 20 minutes she found it. Told me it wasnt filled, and it would be an hour. I pulled around and parked for that hour. I went inside to get my prescription this round, and there was a massive line. I had 6 people in front of me, and waited in line for another 30-40 minutes. While in line the lady at the register was very ride, and just had a horrible attitude. Once I finally got to the register I waited until she asked my information. She stood there looking at me and with an attitude began asking me my information. She said it wasnt filled yet, and that I would have to wait. There were 4 others ahead of me also waiting. I asked her how long, and she said at least another 30 minutes. I left at that point. Also, the pharmacy counters were so disorganized. Medication bags laying on the floor, and script papers just scattered all over the working stations falling onto the floor. It is amazing that anything gets done at all at this pharmacy. I have been using CVS pharmacy for years, and have never had any issues until this one. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies immediately.Still having issues since my last review was posted. On 06-23-2020 went to pick up my prescription that I called in on 06-21-2020, and was supposed to be ready by noon on 06-22-2020. Never received a text notification. Here it is today out of my medication, AND IT DIDNT EVEN GET FILLED!!!! Then when the pharmacist was putting it in to get filled she said it would be a couple of hours. I asked if they would at least have it filled by the time they close(9). She got all snooty with me shaking her head saying it will be filled in a couple of hours. She didnt even answer my question. Needless to say month after month I have problems getting my prescription filled, and the customer service is horrible. Cant wait for Meijer to open so I can transfer my prescriptions there. Ugh.
The people that work in the pharmacy are the rudest meanest people that I have every encountered at a store. I wont go back.

They close early Bc theyre lazy Ive tried picking up my prescriptions yesterday and today around 8:20 they had already closed the pharmacy and left. If you work all day you might want to choose a different pharmacy.

Absolutely disgusting store. Besides the trailer trash they have in pharmacy they couldnt even call me to let me know my insurance didnt cover the prescription. So not only did I get yelled at by a hillbilly who couldnt do her job, I had to wait till try next day to pick up. Mind you I called at 5pm to make sure they carried it, there by 615 and was told I couldnt havent till mid day of the next day. After calling the store manager ibwas told I could come get it, to show up to be told I had to pay xxxx amount. When I asked why they didnt tell this, they didnt have my number. Yet I called and spoke to 2 separate managers 1 who called me back. I only used this store because Walgreens didnt have the prescription and i will never go back!

I thought this was just my bad experience but from the other reviews I see this is very common/ the pharmacy staff is very rude and nasty I each time I come its seem to get worse Im not looking for any trouble when I come to this store I simply would like to refill my prescription and leave I decided i rather avoid the unnecessary headache and Just switch to another pharmacy
I dont understand how can you wait for a hour to be seen at something called minute clinic?! I couldve went to damn urgent care for this! Never going here again!!!!! Not even to shop!
