Make sure you check your medicines before you drive off

Incompetent pharmacy department, checks their voicemail for doctors instructions only when they feel like it and keep you waiting and sometimes you end up leaving empty-handed after they keep you waiting. And the real kicker is they wear their covid masks under their noses which completely defeats the purpose.

WORRRST PEOPLE EVER IN THE PHARMACY. RUDE RUDE. IM PRGNANT AND NEED MY MEDICATION AND THEY DIDNT DO IT ON TIME.

Awesome place very respectful and friendly environment for kids as well they care about their costumers they answer every question that is asked I suggest if you do need to get any medicine filled or do have questions go to the pharmacy between 2pm And 7 that’s when there top notch workers are working and you will have a plesent time actually it would more likely be pleasure then a run to the store most help I have ever had was with Sara Exy And Steve they are the best they work at the pharmacy

Like any other Rite Aid ...slow

Forced refills if i want them or not. used drive through to pick up a bottle i left before to be refilled, been 3 days, they never started it, did not tell me. I asked over the intercom when i seen 3 people at counter be waited on, with time between, if there was a problem, could someone communicate, the pharmacist started yelling at me. I am being over generous with the 3 stars. they messed up our prescriptions a few times. just did not fill them or tell us they did not fill them until we got home. just too many games.

Not as good as Walgreens.

Rude employees, dull service.
