Helpful staff and spacious waiting room.I got an alignment as a walk in and barely had to wait.Call ahead and make sure theres availability though!After they were finished with my vehicle I was provided a spec sheet of the alignment so I can see the difference.Regardless of the spec sheet I definitely felt it in the steering on my trip out of there.Take advantage of their alignment packages and keep your steering true this winter!

I got my 4 tires changed at this NTB. Although it was only tires being changed, I am one of those ppl who is nervous about leaving my car with just anyone. Carlos V. was extremely professional, communicated with me throughout the whole process, gave me a great price, and treated me with courtesy. I will def return in the future and recommend to family and friends!

Store Manager Joe was amazing! Despite a high volume of customers he still managed to ensure I was seen in Avery timely manner and repaired my tire very expeditiously! Highly recommend this NTB and ask for Joe!

Im new to the area and am the type of customer that prefers to find companies that provide REAL, honest service, to remain loyal to and be a repeat customer. Carlos and the rest of the team are obviously a group of stand up businessmen, and I absolutely plan to return the next time my car needs servicing.I brought my car in to have the brakes serviced. Needed new rotors. They made the calls to look into my Maxcare service plan for me, this turned out to be an out-of-pocket cost. I had them move forward and do the $1K repair.My car was done quickly, and I showed up around 1730 to pay and pick up the keys. I didnt drive home right away. I simply dropped the paperwork in my front passenger seat, locked up using the door button, and rode with my husband and family out to dinner. I did notice, however, that the car didnt beep to unlock when I approached it to put the paperwork inside, but it was unlocked.We returned around 1900. The car beeped to unlock and I pressed the ignition, but the dashboard lights went haywire and it wouldnt start. Left the keys in the drop box and got a call the next morning. They asked if I wanted to replace the battery, but I asked if they planned to help in any way since I did not have a battery problem, and I explained the rest of the situation which indicated to me that someone may have left the car on, on accident (the doors wont lock if the car is left on).After a short time, I received a call back. They decided, even with my battery being 3 years old, to replace it for free.I respect that call, and I wanted to share and encourage anyone I can to use their services.

This is the best NTB in the local area. I have been to a few before for tire repairs, etc. The Lorton location by far has the best customer service! I highly recommend this particular location. A special thank you to Jo and his team! Everyone was extremely professional as well as helpful with my vehicle. They were also super quick with replacing my tire, and I will definitely be back for any future services for my car!

I called close to closing about my tire going flat and Allison did an amazing with still getting me in before the shop closed. she was very friendly and helpful at the front desk when I arrived and ensured that would still be able to get my car back same day even with everything they already had going on.

Never had any major problems at this NTB but you guys need to train whoever is balancing your tires better. This is quite unacceptable. These wheels were just balanced at this location maybe a month ago. I just replaced the wheels on my wifes tacoma on Tuesday and I was cleaning the old ones today and saw how many weights were on this wheel. This is counter-balancing and is not how a reputable shop should be sending out their customers.

Ordered my tires online and scheduled for services through NTB website. They had buy 3 get 1 free on certain tires. I was also able to use military discount. They recommended other services but I didnt have the time or was it in my budget at this time. I appreciate they did the checks and show me how much it would cost when I am ready.

Very professional they were helpful, gave me suggestions of different tires for my car and the service is quick and friendly.

Being a mechanic myself is hard enough trusting shops to work on my vehicles when I cant. When I do go in to a shop, I try to be as easy of a customer as I can, but when I pay for work I expect the work to be completed. I paid for 4 tire rotation and balance and my car was returned with the original front tires still on the front of the car and my rear tires still had dirty/original tire weights on them; I dont even believe they were ever taken off the car. I returned to the store and the issue was correct at a slower pace than I wouldve liked, but it was fixed. If a technician takes pay for a whole job and only does half the work, it is stealing. Theft. I can only imagine how many less aware customers have been taken advantage of by technicians like this at this shop. Not sure if I will come back here.

Stay away from this shop. They will mess up anything they do...and charge you for it. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, went home next morning 2 flat tires. Explanation we didnt have the correct TPMS valves. 1 year later get balance checked and rotated asking for 32 lbs front and 35 rear. On a lark I check tire pressure; 40lbs all around. Unbelieveable.

Took my 2001 Jetta in to have tires mounted and balanced, and to get an alignment. When I arrived I specifically stated I had the one time use bolts and nut plates (as stated in the Bentley manual) for the ball joints. Went to pick up my car and the bolts were still sitting in front of my gear shift with a bright yellow sticky note I left with the torque specs. I brought this to their attention. At first they seemed willing to correct the mistake, but to make a long story short, they eventually stated they would charge $109 for the part install with a free realignment. I declined. These bolts (torque to yield) had to be loosened to adjust camber. In other words, they were part of the alignment job. Six bolts that can be changed without taking the wheels off. This is dangerous practice. I cannot recommend trusting them with your vehicle, and therefore your life. If these bolts were to fail, or back out, the wheels could swing straight out, causing a complete loss of control. Now I need to have my alignment redone properly, elsewhere.

Never coming back again. I have been coming here as soon as I got my first car, but today was just so bad. Not only did they try and rip me off to say that my battery was drained they took three hours even when I MADE and appointment !!

Wow! Tremendous customer service and a great place to take your vehicle! I have visited this location several times for car repairs and maintenance and they always deliver great and speedy service. Calvin Smith, the service manager I believe, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly everytime I take my vehicle. He always is on top of everything and makes you feel at ease about what is going on with your vehicle. I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Went to get my front tires replaced on my nismo. The service was actually really great. Tires were not in stock but manager went to pick them up at a different location. Went in and out quickly. I believe the tech that worked on my car was Tim. Can’t complain anything so far. I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Tim to work on your car.

After the stressful experience of blowing one of my tires and then having to get it towed to this ntb, the friendly service reps set up a time for me to come in and had everything ready when I arrived. The prices were affordable, the service was fast and Jesus and Josh made me feel welcome and provided insight about the tires and damages. Will definitely return.

David was awesome.. scheduled my car for an oil change. Was right on time for check in and called me when it was finished. He explained that they were not putting the reminder stickers in because of covid. Great service.

Everytime I visit this NTB I am provided with the best customer experience. All staff are professional,courteous,and knowledgeable. Although they find things that need to be done and I end up spending more money than I bargained for; the guys at the Newington (Terminal Road) location are all personable and professional. They know the product and make sure the customer is fully informed not just verbally, but by physically showing the customer what the issue is and what can happen if not corrected. I’ve been back a couple of times over the last couple of weeks and although I do not remember everyone’s name, it was David that assisted me today. Kudos to All!

I always have a great experience at NTB of Lorton. The manager, Josh, is great! I recently got a nail in one of my tires that I purchased from them. I called. Josh told me to come in so they could fix it. There was absolutely no hassle. I was in and out in no time. I have not encountered anyone, on staff at NTB of Lorton, that hasn’t been courteous and knowledgeable. They take care of their customers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!I just came home from a business trip to find my car had 2 flat tires and I only had one spare tire which was already on. I inflated my tire and drove to NTB for my appointment at 6pm. I received a call at about 5 from an associate, Calvin. He asked me if there was anyway I could reschedule my appointment because of the storm. I informed him that i was already on my way because i planned on dropping my car off early and that i needed my vehicle same day. He said that would be fine but that they were afraid of losing powers, and then they wouldnt be able to finish changing my 2 tires until the next day if that occurred. I arrived at the tire shop at 5:30, to be told my appointment was cancelled because of the storm. By that time it was no longer raining, and they were just attempting to come up with excuses to not work on my car. After speaking with another associate he took my information down and my car keys and told me they might not be able to finish my service tonight and that they would give me a call before they close if that was the case. I left and came back at 6:30, my car was still untouched with the tire just left to sit there deflating. I waited outside for 15- 20min waiting for them to take my car in. Never happened. They were working on cars when I left, and they even had an employee car pull inside after i arrived in the shop. I spoke to Calvin, and he started to blame me when i got frustrated. Told me there was nothing he could do and that he had no mechanics to do the job. What kind of service are they offering if they cant even do the job, and then they start to blame the customer for their mistakes. They werent even closed yet, and he started locking the doors and closing up. My car was just sitting there waiting for almost 2 hours for a service that would have taken 30 minutes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. NEVER GOING BACK AND MAKING SURE NO ONE I KNOW DOES EITHER. THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND TELL YOU THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

Hands down the best customer service here! Last year, I stopped by this location and ended up needing new tires. Josh Delacruz was extremely informative, friendly, patience and helpful. He made the entire process painless. I became a loyal customer because of the outstanding service he provided. I was back again today when I discovered a nail in my tire. Frendly staff, great service. Had a flat so I was running on my spare and the flat was in the bed of my truck. I got 5 new tires, as my spare was the same age as my truck. They had all 5 done and an alignment in a reasonable time, plus they returned my spare to the storage under the bed of my pickup!

August 2020 - I had an outstanding experience at this location. They did well to inform their customers with appointments were priority but they would be able to complete the service by close of business. I will be returning to this location.

I have been coming here for a few years. It was pretty good each time, but today all that changed. The service was EXCELLENT today. I was helped by a young man named Josh. He is honest, upstanding and kind. He was patient with my questions, tried to find me the best deals and really wanted to make sure my truck was safe. He took the time to explain things to me perfectly and gave me multiple choices of how I could proceed..letting me be in control of how and where I spent my money. Came in for about 4 years ago and have been coming back ever since. My first experience was with Josh and he was very helpful. Took his time and answered any questions I had. I got a set of tires and came in for last 4 years getting my tire rotated and daily maintenance. This year I decided to get new tires. Again josh helped me and he was just as helpful as the first time I met him. I don’t just come for tires I come here for all my car maintenance. I recently purchased a used car and brought it to Ntb to do a full check up and to fixed all the minor issue the car had. I’ve been to a lot places but this is it for me. This is the only shop I go too now, I never feel like they try to sell or rip me off. They’re always honest and never force any sell. Definitely recommend this shop.

I received awesome service today. I went in to get my tires changed as they were worn. Todd took the time to show me the difference on the tire options and also took me to the floor sample to show me the different treads on the tires and how certain brands were made to be noise canceling. The technician did a thorough inspection of my car. Todd took me on the bay to actually show me the areas of concern under my car so I could see for myself. The technician was able to point out the areas that needed to be fixed. The service manager constantly gave me updates on my car. I didn’t get everything done but was I proud to say I was bettereducated on the issues with my car. I would definitely bring my car back for service.

These guys are awesome! I only started going there for service this year, but I know that anytime I go there, I will get friendly, fair, and honest service. Im not sure if hes the manager or not, but Christian is always very helpful, fair, and upfront about the services. Julio is very funny, quick, and thorough with his work. A few other guys Im familiar with, but cant remember their names, but I know theyre a great team and Ill continue to trust them with my services. If youre looking for trustworthy folks, look no further. These guys know their stuff!

From the moment I arrived the gentlemen working here made me feel like a welcome guest. While one was already getting info from my car another walked in and immediately asked if I was being helped. Great job on fixing my tires. Expect a wait at the front desk when you arrive since techs in the back double as front desk staff. They know their business and take the time to get it right.**Moved up to 4 stars for the fact they took the time to reply to my comment. I dont take the wait as a bad thing. I would prefer to get an expert at the front desk to discuss my issue and I am willing to wait. Would instant service be preferred? Of course, but that costs money and if my trade off is a wait to keep costs down Ill pay in time VS cash.

Josh, the Manager, was very professional and explained all services well. I thought I was going to need a new battery based on previous battery checks at other locations. Despite my telling them I likely needed one Joshs team checked it and said it was still good rather than upselling me with a new, not necessary battery. Truck is running well and I have found a new place to get it worked on.

Best service Ive ever had when getting my car tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. This was the first time Ive used this location but Ill definitely return and recommend to others. Super friendly manager who gave me no grief or BS (which I usually get as a mid 20s female when ever I take my car anywhere) even after the usual inspection. They didnt even try to get me to change out my air filter prematurely, which has literally happened to me every time Ive ever taken my car in at other places. Also, I was a walk in but I found service to be prompt and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Was driving down 286, realized I had a flat tire. So I pulled into the closest repair shop. Calvin and Josh hellped out by removing a nail and repairing the tire, super cheap and I was in an out in 45 minutes (showing up out of the blue).

I went to this place to get my tire installed and the sales person Celvin was really sweet, with excellent customer service! He took care of my tire real quick all I gota say is this place is amazing and you guys have to get your services done here.

I had 4 new tires installed at this location. Brent, the sales rep, was phenomenal! He answered all of my questions and educated me on a few items. One of my tires blew out a few weeks later. Brent personally inspected the tire and found it was a total loss. I ordered a warranty replacement. Joshua, the store manager, was on duty later in the week early in the morning. I was under a time crunch. He was able to get me in to have the replacement tire mounted and balanced within an hour, all without an appointment. He was fantastic. This team is great and their service and attention to detail is bar none. I will be back!!

NTB Lorton installed new tires on my previous car back in 2018. From then on my car would violently shudder at some point within the first 10 minutes of driving over 25 mph. Tire rotation and wheel balancing was done incorrectly. They get backed up with work often so dont bother waiting in the shop for your car, since it may takes hours longer than their estimated completion time.

Josh was great handling my flat tire. I had a nail in my tire that Alpha the technician fixed. Great customer service.

These guys saved the day! While heading to Raleigh for our daughters college graduation with my 85 year old dad when a blow out stops us in the mixing bowl of Virginia. The staff at NTB were able to get us taken care of quickly (faster than expected, actually!) and back on the road so we didnt miss graduation. So grateful there are caring people in this world to help out when youre in a tough situation! Thanks guys!

We had a very frustrating experience with this NTB location yesterday.My wife called to get a quote to have a new battery installed in her car. She provided the year, make and model of her car and was then put on hold for sometime while the NTB staff member calculated the price.She was quoted $109 plus $12 for installation. Based on this information we brought in the car on 1/1. When I dropped the car off they quoted me $109 for the battery but $88 for installation.It was explained to me that the installation of batteries in some cars is really challenging, which was why the installation was approximately $76 more than their standard/quoted installation price. At this we walked out to the car and I showed the NTB staff member how easy the battery is to access. After he was unable to provide a logical explanation for the inflated install price, he offered me $30 off the order. Still $46 more than what was quoted.I have since scheduled service at my dealer, who is able to install a new battery for $129 out the door (battery + installation). Its sad when service at a dealership is significantly less expensive than at a shop like NTB.Whether the staff member on the phone simply didnt look up the price in their system or was intentionally misleading, NTB should have honored the quoted price or at least should have been able to substantiate their outrageous installation fee. Either way, they have lost us as customers.

This place is horrid! They do not honor their own policies. They flat out lie to you. They wont take responsibility for poor work.First they said when I came in for rotations and alignment checks during the winter that it wasnt smart to do it while theres still snow and ice. Then when I came in the spring they said that I was not consistent with rotations and so the tires warranty was void and my only option was to get new tires. (PS- they arent always the only people I get work from, so it may show in their records I didnt regularly services the tires).I did get 2 new tires, but could not afford a whole set. I also made sure from then on to be VERY consistent with services, and exclusively go to them. They last did an alignment in March 2016, and no one else has touched those tires since. My two front tires showed wear and tread issues that is ONLY caused by alignment. So they messed up!!! When I brought it in this Fri (July 22), they told me the tires were old (3 years) and therefore it again wasnt their fault. Though it was clearly alignment damage they said the only thing to be done was buy new tires, again my warranty was invalid.On Sat they called and said the car was Finished and ready to be picked up. When we arrived, (they had left it out in the lot unlocked overnight), they inform us the alignment machine is broken. I refused to drive it off their lot and risk any chance of further damaging the entire car when the tires werent fully aligned. My car is STILL there 4 days later. Their machine is still not fixed. So they said a job I paid for was finished while the machine to do that job is broken.

I had a nail in one of my tires on a Saturday and I was able to get it repaired and back on the road in under an hour. Big thanks to Josh for the help!

These guys are great! I was driving south on 95 with my horses when my truck started acting funny. I stopped in and they had my truck fixed in no time so I could get back on the road ASAP. My horses and I really appreciated their efficiency and customer service. Thank you!!!

My back tire kept going low on air and it was taking too much time and energy to keep stopping every day to refill it. So I finally came up to Ntb for a new tire. It was extremely busy and customers were being rude but one worker named Christian kept his cool, engaged in great conversation with me and made me feel secure in my purchase. I highly recommend this place!

I waited 2 1/2 hours for them to change two tires. On a separate occasion I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I came in for my appointment and waited 10 mins before someone came to the front to help. Another person walked out after waiting. They then told me it would be two hours before they would get to my car. I told to cancel my appointment and walked out. Really bad customer service. I will never come here again.

Our van was done faster than expected. Great customer service. They explained the different options with us and helped us make a very informed decision. There are many tire options so it can be overwhelming.

I called in on a Thursday morning and got a same day appointment for that afternoon. Joshua and his team were very friendly and accommodating. They kept me informed during the whole process (wait time, explained results).I would recommend this location to everyone. My one recommendation is to always call before you visit to ensure you get real wait time estimates (if you are looking for a same day appointment, otherwise just make an appointment).

Traveling from NY to Florida we ran over something in the road. Our tire wouldn’t hold air. Stopped at NTB in Lorton after refilling the tire several times Josh the store manager helped us immediately. The service was wonderful. Our tire was fixed and there was no charge! Not being from the area they could have totally told us anything. If I lived here n the area I would definitely use NTB for all of my tire and service needs. Very honest and helpful. I only needed one valve stem fixed on a wheel I brought in. Even though it seemed pretty busy, David took care of it and I got my wheel back by the end of the day.

Friendly service. Got a great deal but ensure to ask lots of questions and closely review details of itemized charge statements for possible errors. Overall, it was a great experience and was happy with the service.

Scheduled an appointment at 1pm for an oil change, showed up 15mins early and my car didnt get on a lift until 2.30. The shop wasnt too busy so Im not sure what the hold up was. I dont see myself coming back here.

I courier for work, my car is my livelihood, so I get my oil changed and my tires rotated frequently at this location. Service is always relatively quick if you have an appointment. Josh and Shaun always very friendly and helpful. I never feel like theyre trying to rip me off like I have felt in the past using Jiffy Lube.

Great service! I really needed an oil change and I was able to walk in and get it all squared away. The desk clerks and technicians were very helpful and were able to warn me of wear and tear that I had no idea of.
