It was also during the pandemic and everyone wore a mask and kept distant.We decided to do hardwood for our stairs and luxury vinyl plank for the upstairs floor, given we have three dogs and a baby on the way. The floors were ordered and actually came in a week early. They installed them in one day! We are so happy with the result (its been about four months since install). Highly recommend this place! I got luxury vinyl in a Sugar Maple color with additional rubber padding from Mattress & Carpet Express. Arian was so lovely to work with and easy to bounce ideas off - he was responsive, flexible and always willing to accommodate my schedule; Robin and his assistant installed the floors in record time and left the place clean. I also had issues with some squeaky spots on the floor and they did what they could to help solve. We had our basement carpet replaced by this company and were very satisfied with our experience. Arian was professional and easy to work with. He spent the right amount of time with us and gave us good carpet options with great quality and prices. The carpet was installed within an acceptable and agreed upon time range. The installers did all of the furniture moving, removing and disposing off old carpet and properly installed the carpet. Its been about 2 months so far and weve had no problems.

The people put tiles in my kitchen scratched my refrigerator. Hardwood fix didn’t get fixed for the whole damaged area. The owner charged me 3.5% of the balance due without telling me since I ran out of cashed and requested to pay with credit card. Since he rushed me to pay, I didn’t have a chance to find my copy of the receipt to know the exact balance. I am also unsure if I got the best deal.

Worked with Arian on installing LVP/LVT in a condo. He was super helpful in explaining the existing issues with the condos flooring and explained the pros and cons of each material we looked at. He was also very patient as the condo purchase/move-in/approvals all kept hitting snags during the pandemic. Installation was done quickly and perfectly.

They were recommended by our realtor, and we couldn’t have been happier that we chose them for the job. They discussed their process with us and helped us select the perfect color and type of refinishing to get the look we wanted. They even came back a year ago after we gutted our kitchen and matched the floors beautifully where we removed a pantry cabinet in favor of our stove placement.Last week we hired them again to remove all the carpet from the lower level and install luxury vinyl floors that look just like the upstairs hardwood. Our neighbors have even commented that they look and feel just like wood.
