I love this location and everyone in it does a great job. Their coffee is great and they always have a happy positive spirit. Thank you for your hard work and I give you credit for some of my success bc your coffee puts me on the mood to work.

I just waited 25 minutes for a pike coffee and iced coffee. On top of the wait, the barista making the drinks was rude and had very poor customer service. I’ve been here in the morning and had good experiences but today’s experience was enough to make me choose another location in the future.

Amazing customer service! Always super friendly and go above and beyond for customers! Been going here for years and have thoroughly never been dissatisfied. Always do a great job at getting the drinks done in a timely manner, even when short staffed they can always pull through !

Sad excuse for a Starbucks. They will let you order things online that they don’t actually have, and wait until you get there to tell you. I ordered three items and a drink, they had to refund me for all three items, but couldn’t even give me a drink for free, even though they acknowledge that this is happened to me multiple times.

Always awesome drinks and quick service

Baristas are incredibly rude to guests. Online ordering shouldn’t be allowed here because every time I’ve done it, the drinks take 10 minutes PLUS. If they can’t handle the volume then they need to stop accepting online orders. Maybe when that stops they’ll cheer up a bit and stop being nasty. I work in restaurants and cannot believe the way they speak to their guests.

Why cant they get my order right? It is sent via the app. This has happened to me several times. The manager apologizes and says they will credit the drink back to me, and asks if I would like to drive back to the store to pick up the correct drink. Why would I want to do that? Starbucks corporate customer service states the district manager will call me. Well I still havent received a call. They say the district manager tried to contact me. Ha! Right! I have voicemail. Twice now without a callback.

The worst!!! I goto Starbucks Near my job everyday get the same drink at the same price. I come here and now they want to charge me for sugar free syrup which I never get charge for. So your going to let me cancel my whole $20 order because you want to charge me for 2 pumps of syrup in my drink. I will no longer support this business, and for a manger to go back and forth with a customer over syrup show you have zero customer service skills.

This Starbucks has enough sitting, but it gets very busy especially on Sunday mornings. The barristers are friendly, generally attentive to the customers. The cleanliness could be better: sometimes there are just too many flies to swat.

I always order through the app especially when Im in a hurry. Unfortunately, this store cant meet there estimated time and ends up being double or triple the amount of time. If you are looking for your order to be ready on time, go to a different Starbucks.

Im not a Starbucks person; but there I was anyway, not knowing what I really wanted from the menu. The dude behind the counter nailed the order and his partner equally nailed the execution. It was just what I didnt know I wanted. Nicely done, gentlemen.

I think Starbucks around the country operate same way - all have fresh pastries, cookies, salads, and sandwiches to everyone’s liking. No matter which Starbucks I stop by, l always find my favorite pastry and hot tea. It’s always clean with nice music and accessible internet.

Fast friendly and great service

Filthy location. I come here almost daily since its on my way to work. Always crumbs, food particles, and junk on the floor. They never sweep this place. Flies everywhere too. Ive come here first thing in the morning when they open, mid day to study, and on my way home. Ive sat here for 2-3 hours at a time and the staff never cleans this place. They are friendly enough, the product sells itself. If it wasnt convenient for me, Id never come here.

Being a loyal Starbucks customer that I am and through my constant travels, Ive made my way to a number of Starbucks around the world. As of this current date, January 15, 2014 this particular Starbucks location has been the most welcoming and professional store that I have visited.So far, I have visited this location more than 10 times and every time I witness the most caring and attentive customer service. Of the many traits that amazes me in every visit is the complete attention that each staff member provides every single customer, there is contact communication with you even while theyre making your drink. I walk away with a drink in my hand and with a smile on face every time.I highly recommend this store not only for your usual Starbucks drink but to experience a well structured staff providing impeccable customer service.

Ive never had a problem here recently with any of my orders. I did a looong time ago about a decade ago where I would order a Caramel frappuchino an it would taste like water, but that was from only one person when she would make it Everytime. Everyone else would either give me a discount or make my drink perfectly.

The BEST Starbucks Ive been too! Baristas & managers are so nice. I really like the friendly conversations we share daily! Also love that some days they have my coffee made for me when they see me!

Always get my order wrong. I order on the app and my hubby typically picks up the drinks. I’ve had to toss the last 4 lattes because they used the wrong milk (regular instead of almond)

New here but I love Starbucks

It took them 20 minutes to make my one drink and after waiting all that time it tasted nasty. How do you mess up a caramel frappe? Plus it’s Monday I came in on a slow day... unacceptable.

Practically every visit Ive made to this Starbucks has been been disappointing. I kept going back because I expected better service but each time I was let down. I wont be going back to this Starbucks location.

The people are generally friendly and engaging. This location does tend to be a pretty busy one but you can still count on getting your order in a reasonable amount of time.

Starbucks at Huntsman Plaza is the best they have the best baristas and always make coffee the way I ask and the staff is always happy

I go to this Starbucks primarily because of its convenience to where I work. The people who work there are very nice and attentive. The store recently had some renovations done to accommodate large groups but it also gave the location a modern touch.However, they seem to have some trouble keeping the place clean. This is evident by the flies that you see circling around the tables. Seems strange because the manager appears to be at the store every time Im there. It seems like other customers have had similar complaints. Lets hope that they get this taken care of soon!

The longest wait I have ever had for my drink at a Starbucks. Chatting with a hoard of others waiting for their drinks, a twenty minute wait in the morning rush is common here. If you are going to go here make sure to do the mobile ordering

Staff are usually friendly, lots of seats and power outlets. (The music is sometimes overbearing especially when the selection is loud Christian country that follows the same melody and lyrics every song.)

The cashier was great, we requested a green tea smoothie. Its the same thing as a regular smoothie, except with green tea. The 2 young gentleman that were making all the drinks, were new. They told the cashier its to difficult and the did not have all the ingredients. While we were there he made a wrong drink and asked a few girls did they want it. She advise him she asked for water. I have gone to alot of starbucks in this area. Everyone that I have been to had no problem with a green tea smoothie. Also, we asked could they warm up a slice of cake, again they said no....the cashier was nice,but the baristias were horrible...

If the manager would get on the floor instead of hovering in the back hall, they actually knew they had, more than one person was working the machine, and employees were working instead of chatting with neighbors (he made one iced drink in 10 minutes) then maybe the line wouldnt be 20 people deep and you could get your order in under 20 minutes.The whole place needs retraining.

Workers are a bit rude, I was completely ignored by 2 workers that was busy talking to another worker who was getting off. Random guy from the back saw that I was waiting before I became rude in getting their attention to take my order
