Omg! They were so super friendly! The manager fire the other young lady cool. Even the guy that was helping with furniture was cool. Even though he dont like LA teams. Heck I was so comfortable I was going to ask we having lunch at yall!! Customer Service is solid! Great crew!!

Ordered a tv plus ps4 and got the wrong item listed on the app. Waiting to see if the items I ordered will actually be delivered. On the app it says tv plus better sound fdr. Not sure what that means, if Iβll receive my items or not.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. i have called countless times to try scheduling a pick up of a couch I have happily used and paid for for months. the pick up times are so incredibly inconvenient. M thru F 3p-6p??? excuse me? who is home at that time?? I am the customer who is paying for a nice couch and now I donβt need it anymore (which is why iβm using RAC in the first place). So come and please pick up YOUR couch. They donβt even have the number of the people who are actually picking up your furniture. So oops I guess they just *might* come pick it up from you. Absolutely infuriating.
This store location and the entire company deserves 0 stars. There is one employee in particular (from my experience) that gives this store a bad rep. I am not surprised that this man still works at this location, and has for many years, because when attempting to file a complaint against him through Rent A Center customer service, neither the district or regional managers bother to call anyone back. Since no one from the Rent a Center company has reached out to me, I have decided to write a public review about this employee and make people aware of this low life, unprofessional coward of a man.First of all, I only had my account with the company for one week. Unfortunately, my phone broke around the time of me needing to make my payment. Rent a Center gives you up to 3 days to pay the bill and pay $5 extra for the late fee. (Which I was still in the time frame of doing that) When contacting this employee, I explained to him what had happened and that I was willing to pay the late fee along with my regular bill. (Keep in mind that a few days prior to me contacting him, this man left me a voice message assuming that I did not care about my account and simply did not want to pay my bill.) This employee made it seem as if he knew my whole life story. My spouse does not tolerate idiots of this employees nature, so we decided to call the company the next day to have them pick up their merchandise. Like many other people in this world, we have busy lives not revolving just around Rent a Center.Later that day we spoke to another employee and discussed a time they could pick up the merchandise as both of our schedules conflicted. We did not wish to communicate with the other employee anymore. With having an understanding with the other employees we were waiting on that following Monday for Rent a Center to pick up the merch. Starting the next morning, my husband and I started receiving multiple calls from an unknown caller. I also had a voice message from that specific employee stating that I am a liar and he does not like that. As the end of the week came, my husband started receiving back to back calls again from an unknown caller that ENTIRE weekend. When he answered the phone no one spoke on the other end each time.When Monday came, we started getting calls from an unknown number again. The first time no one speaking and the second time (who could it be?!?) none other than our favorite employee from Rent a Center! Who is obviously not that intelligent because he blew his cover for all the times prior that he called us from an unknown number. This time he got into a confrontation with my spouse.. with once again implying that I did not want to pay for the merchandise and bad mouthing me to my husband! Then going on to threaten my husband that he is going to send him back to his country!I am not going to stoop as low as mentioning this employees name in the review. My mistake was not reading this stores reviews prior to purchasing merchandise from them. They already have terrible reviews. No one, especially paying customers, deserve to be treated with the disrespect that this employee has given us. Im sure its not the first time hes done this as he seems pretty good at stirring up drama and confrontation. He looks for ways to entertain himself at the work place, as it makes him feel of some importance. Sadly, this is the only career that he will know. Best of luck to that pathetic, lonely man.

I ordered a king bed set and a living room set, the woman Vee, stole my card information and never sent my documents mainly for me to find out when nothing arrives and I get tired of waiting and called to find out the only thing they did was steal my credit card info and never asked for my address just my zip code!
The employΓ©es that work there are ass wholes especially geo like stalking my brothers family and tried to break into my brother home while hes hospitalized. And writting disrespectful things on a papper geo needs to be fired hes unprofessional
