Our Subaru was rear-ended earlier this year, so we brought it here to get the bumper replaced. William, who has attended us at another body shop, was very attentive, informative, cordial, and professional. He made sure the car was fully inspected and that we got original parts, but didnt waste our time with unnecessary repairs. When we picked up the car, we were surprised to find that it had been cleaned inside and out. William happened to be there when we picked it up and made sure we didnt have any concerns.We were also impressed by the frequent email updates from the office and their handling of everything with the insurance company. Its hard to trust body shops, but William makes us feel like hes looking out for us.

I took my car for repair to this place, and at the time of dropping off the car, we advised them that we would like to keep one of the pieces they were replacing because it was in good condition and it was a costly part. However, when we went to pick it up they said they had disposed the part and denied receiving any request from us. It was hard to believe that they had thrown away a costly functioning part, it seems fishy. In the past, Ive been in other Body Shops and upon releasing the car they bring the replaced parts to the customer and give the option to keep the old one, that is the right way to do. I would never go back to this place, they do not seem to be honest. I do not recommend them

I recently got into my first major accident in my 2017 Toyota 4Runner really unsure what to do and who to go to my friend recommended me to A.W. Collision. From the tow, storage, and the insurance leg work Jack took care of me from start to finish. He made sure my truck was picked up and stored until the insurance company could look at it, and repaired back to factory specs. I got my truck back looking better than before the accident! Jack is now my go to and I would recommend anyone to A.W. Incredible service, incredible communication, if I could give more stars I would. Amazing experience thank you!!

Was sent here by our dealership in Calabasas. Unfortunately, they are not a Mercedes Benz approved repair shop. I have previously had work done at AW in Tarzana, they were a MBC certified repair facility. They are closed at the present time and no one can tell me why?

This was my second time working with AW Collision. Unfortunate for me in that it meant I had been a part of another car accident, but there’s a reason I went back to AW Collision. I worked with Jack this time, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I received a text every few days providing me with an update (no need to call them), and every time I called, I spoke with someone who knew about the situation and could give me great information. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, where we were in the process, etc. They also fixed something small not related to the accident, which was a nice touch. Thank you!

I have gone to Jack at AW Collision for years and he is the absolute best! They are always so good about getting the work done in a timely manner and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else honestly.

Super awesome experience with these guys, in every way! They took care of literally every detail for my X5, down to coordinating everything with my insurance company on my behalf to regular email updates. Dont go here unless you dont care or you dont need you car.they take forever to repair you car. they always blame the insurance but they are the ones that try everything to get as much money as they can from the insurance . to repair my rear bumper they took 1 month and to repair one side from my car they took 2 month . i wanted to get my car out if. they told me that i have to pay 5,000 .👎so dont recommend,

From my initial contact, richard theobald, to cody miller, the gentleman who actually oversaw the repair of my car...i found AW collision to be a 5 star company. i am so impressed with their work and their follow-through. they do what they say the will do. they call when they say they will call and you car is ready when they say it will be ready. it would be sad to have car damage, but if i do, i will happily go back to AW.

A bunch of idiots, Their paint my driver door and it doesnt match to the color of the car. The only reason I took my car there because BMW of beverly hills service department forced me to do so. Absolutely horrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED
