I would strongly recommend that you stay away from these people. I brought my BMW in for a very simple rear door dent removal. After 3 weeks, which is an absurd amount of time for such minor work, I went to pick up my car. I immediately notice that there is a large nail/screw in my rear tire AND my engine sensors are going haywire: 1 for a hood sensor and 1 for an overheating engine. I told the store manager about this and he told me to come back to get it taken care of. So I left work early (again), came back and they paid the nominal fee to patch my tire (note they never offered to replace it, and the car is a lease, so Ill have to pay for that out of my pocket soon). As far as the engine sensors go, they told me to take it to the BMW dealership to get it fixed and then bill them back for the cost. BMW determined that the hood sensor had been cut, and the engine fluids were overheating for reasons they couldnt confirm. I told the owner (or whoever he is), Habib, in the kindest tone, about the damages. I also let him know that there was extra mileage put on my car, which seemed strange, if it was sitting in his shop for 3 weeks and not moving. He immediately called me, began screaming at me, told me that he is insulted, and said (this is a direct quote): I drive Lamborghinis and Ferraris, I wouldnt even take a s*** in your little box car BMW X1. Point taken, but as you can see, he is refusing to repair the damage for which he is responsible for. Disgusting awful human beings. STAY. AWAY. I will be suing them in small claims court next. What a horrible experience.

Technically, They are on top in this business. Also they have a very nice and responsible crew.my suggestion to anyone who needs any kinds of services for his/her car, is just BL Auto Body Shop. They are really friendly and honest. You can trust them and for sure they are doing their best with the fair price. They have a long&excellent experience in their business so they will deal with all insurance companies in the best way. I had a bad accident, but hopefully they knew their job and help me so much. Best body shop ever Thanks to Armani. Great customer service and even added finishing touches on my car. Cleaned it up real nice and detail my car inside and out. Dropped off my car a week ago and its ready. Theyre fast but the quality is spot on.I would definitely recommend anyone who needs work done on their car.

Had to bring my car in for a repair. The original time for the repair estimate was 2 weeks. I got my car back in a week. Car looks great. They even fixed a scratch that wasnt part of the repair. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They made everything easy.

I had some mild left sided body damage on a 2014 911. BL auto body did an excellent job Repainting the left side panel. And they re-polished the entire Rear bumper. They cleaned the car very nicely and waxed it. Im very happy with their service.

I have taken my new 2018 Honda Accord to BL twice already. It seems once you get a new car your luck runs out. Victory has repaired my car back to new and has done it fast and well each time. They keep you informed with emails on the finish date. I will always come back to here for my future repair needs. Hopefully no more in the near future! Thanks much!

This place is awesome, I had an accident and my insurance wouldnt estimate our oem parts but this place works out for my car!!! They initiated with insurance for me so I just sit back and wait for the car to be fixed. When its done, the car came out perfectly nice and clean like it never got in an accident. So happy that I picked this place and this place will be my regular and will definitely recommend to all my close friend.

I took my car in after a hit to the side. After speaking with Habibi, he assured me that I would be fixed up and ready to go in no time. After an short time, I was as good, if not better than new. Someone hit my new car and while the damage wasnt terrible I wanted to get it done right. I looked at a few places online and found Gotham and it turned out to be the silver lining. They have perfect reviews on every site and it shows when you get to the shop. Clean, professional, courteous and efficient. I had to get a rental car through the other persons insurance and BL autobody has an enterprise inside the same shop and is an authorized geico shop. I didnt even have to fill out paperwork twice, everything was handled for me.The work done here is top notch as you can see in the many reviews. They returned my car looking brand new and are extremely thorough. They noticed things that I didnt even see. The attention to detail, diligent work and customer service earn them 5 stars. When the repairs were underway I received texts at every stage of the process. Brian and Juan and the awesome receptionist (sorry I didnt get a name), answered my questions patiently and realistically. In the end my car was even ready ahead of schedule and the car looks new. They clearly take pride in their work, its not just a job.After years of going to many different shops Ive learned that once you find the place everyone goes to theres a reason. I will be going back to Gotham with any problem in the future as this whole process was seamless and the way a business should be run: with honestly, integrity and professionalism.
