My car was hit in the left wheel resulting in the suspension being damaged. I took my car to this shop as a recommendation from bobs alignment. After speaking with them, they told me that my suspension and cross member needed to be replaced. After agreeing to all this they sent me a bill that I found out after the car was fixed didnt include the cross member. This means that when I drive while making turns their is a clicking sound. I took it back today and they said they cant hear it but everyone who has been in my car can including me. He then told me that I was told that it would need to be replaced but I have text message proof of me saying yes replace the broken parts. And when I spoke to them today, he chuckled and said youre gonna need to get that fixed. Are you serious? You charge me $3500 and now you want ti charge me 1000 more to fix an issue I told you to fix. Then you want to try and blame me because I was saying Im not sure where I am getting the money from in our initial conversation. I am taking the car to another shop and I will know if you did a bad job because I dont have to turn the wheel too hard to hear the clicking sound. And if they said you did a bad job, Im suing you. Because the issue is getting worst and that means my life is in danger every time I drive that car.

This team is top notch, especially Sarah, her professionalism, transparency and thoughtfulness from the beginning to the end makes you feel like a true valued customer!! Their whole team is knowledgeable, exceed in customer service and produce high quality work... if you find yourself reading this review, just know you will not find a better shop! They are very efficient and have great communication with their customers, making sure you get exactly what you want. I cant rave highly enough about this business, they are truly the best!

I was looking to get my older model sedan painted because of oxidation. I was recommended by a friend. I didnt know much about paint aside from stage 1 stage 2 etc and they explained their system and showed some very good results from other cars.They gave me a reasonable estimate and advice on how to get good value and which spots I could avoid or postpone. Anyway the car came out looking brand new (the painted parts anyway) and a lot of dents and other minor things were fixed. I get a lot of compliments and almost shock at the quality. Will go to again for sure!

Everybody there is super kind of professional and will answer all questions. They update you often on the status of your car and it is done pretty quickly. They help you with all your needs from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

I am so pleased with the service I received at Grand Prix Auto. I was recently involved in a car accident and I was so overwhelmed with the process of dealing with insurance companies and getting my car fixed. Sarah was so helpful in mediating with the insurance companies. She made it hassle-free for me. Sarah also provided me with such a comprehensive explanation of all the damages that my car received. I really thought I only needed my bumper fixed but she walked me through the process, showing me details of damages. She knew it was important for me to be aware and informed. Jake was also so very helpful in making sure that my car was taken care of. He made sure everything (regarding damages) was attended to and that it got taken care of on-time. Since I dropped my car off, I knew my car was in good hands. Now that Ive received it, I am so impressed with the results of their work. I have truly nothing but incredibly things to say about this staff. I got a flat tire down the road from the shop and called for help. Sarah not only came and found me, but also helped me get my car back to the shop. The shop doesn’t do tires but they helped me find somewhere that could help me and put my spare on for me. Having car troubles is stressful, and they treated me like family. I’m so grateful and cannot recommend them enough.

I was in a hurry to find someone that could remove small scratches from the side of my wife’s car since I know there are few places near work I decided to stop by and get an estimate. The first shop i stopped by they looked at a small scratch and wanted to charge me $400 for the small job, Hell no! I know a block away there is another shop, Grand Prix Auto Body, but to be honest i was a little hesitant to stop by because I’ve always seen nice cars been fixed there and wasn’t sure if they wanted to take such a small job, I stopped there and i guess is my lucky day, I meet Jake, the owner, after telling why i was there he took a look at the scratches and asked me if I had 5 min, for me 5 min wasn’t too much a big of a deal but my concern was how much he would bill me for it. I won’t tell you guys how much he charged me but I can tell you he is honest, and quick! LolLong story short, if you need to get your car fixed or tune it, whatever it might be, definitely you have check this place, is very hard to find honest people in this industry, i would give him 10 stars if i could!!

I called Grand Prix Auto, sent them a few pics and they provided me a quick estimate. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance company, the paperwork involved with the accident as well as setting me up with a car rental all on the same day. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line.They will take care of all your needs and cater to your schedule. My day is busy and hectic as it is and I didnt want the stress of a car accident to be added onto all of that. Jake and his team at Grand Prix Auto made sure that my Honda was taken care of. If they provided this level of service for an economy car, I can only imagine the level of service they would provide for a higher end luxury car and I have seen quite a few Lamborghinis and Ferraris at the shop. Point is, it doesnt matter if your car is a beater, Grand Prix Auto will respect and treat your car as if it were their own.

Why cant I leave 6 stars! I want to shout from the rooftops how incredible this place is. I am not easily impressed, and in fact usually VERY skeptical, and I almost never leave reviews. Jake is the most kind and honest person with so much integrity and not only goes the extra mile, goes an extra 100 miles with the effort he puts in. I forgot to mention why I ended up here... someone t-boned my car so I needed a new door and paint and some other things done to the car. Turned out great, and he threw in extra things without charge. This is my go-to spot for anything related to my BMW 440i. This place was recommended by my girlfriend for having very reasonable price and being honest. I took my car here for body and mechanical work after my insurance sent me to a big body shop chain, which did a poor job of evaluating the actual damage from running over a random object on a freeway at night. The other body shop looked at my car for about 2 minutes, took photos without putting my car, and submitted a quote that did not identify 95% of the damage to the bottom side of my car.Jake had my car put on a lift and sent me photos of all of the damage. The Grand Prix Team had everything approved and replaced by my insurance company. Jake was very responsive and kept me updated through the process. He also set me up with a rental car since my car was down for a while. When I pointed out some minor issues with work that was done, Jake had it resolved immediately.I will definitely go back to Grand Prix if I am in need of any work.

I had an excellent experience recently when I had to get my bumper replaced and came to this shop. The staff was friendly and efficient in getting a good price on the the part and getting my car fixed and back to me quickly. Their communication was excellent, and the car looked great when I got it back.

This shop is literally the best shop Ive ever been to. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. After wrecking a S Class Mercedes Benz, I was referred to two previous shops in which they quoted me 4 months. However, when I went to Grand Prix Auto - they were able to fix it in less than a month and cheaper than most people!! They were so nice to provide a low cost rental car, which was actually a S-Class Benz! Super nice. These guys are really amazing, and do a great job. He went beyond my expectations by making sure my window is fixed, and when I had a bit of issue after, he was quick to respond and address & fixed the issue. Also, their price is very TRANSPARENT and FAIR! They are not the cheapest, but they will not over charge you. And thats good because you dont want to pay little money and have your car break it again. For the service they provide, it was worth every penny.
