Julio provided excellent, friendly customer service. Provided a bid quickly, completed the work in half the time as quoted by other body shops. And he went above and beyond what he promised to do. We just picked up the car, earlier than projected, and it was squeaky clean--looked like new. Very happy with the company.

From the moment I arrived Brent at howard browns assured me he would do his utmost to achieve the quality workmanship that they are known for. He arranged for a rental car and took charge of negotiating with the insurance company so that I would get quality manufacturer parts. Brent called me at each step to inform me of the progress. When I picked up my car I was amazed to see that he had not only returned the damaged areas to original condition but returned my car to brand new sparkling condition!! So grateful for the extra care attention and expertise of this company and especially to Brent for going over and above. The expert workmanship is why bmw refers their customers here but the exceptional customer service from Brent was icing on the cake 🎂

Took my car in for an estimate on repairing some scratches. They gave me a quick quote and then offered to see first if the scratches could be buffed out. The guy spent 90 minutes working on every little detail and I still ending up saving me a ton of money. I wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t suggested we try. Will definitely take my car back for any future work.

Brent is an absolutely perfectionist and a pleasure to do business. Our mini was hit in a parking lot (hit and run) and his body shop fixed it to look just like new in a few days. They were referred to me by Santa Monica MINI as an approved provider which was important to me when returning the lease. I have Mercury and the whole process was a breeze, the inspection literally took less than 3 minutes, great carrier to have!

Brad did an unbelievable job here. He gave me a quick and hassle free estimate for a scratch and some further advice. No pressure and left coming back up to me. Additionally he helped me get some rusty screws out of my trunk so I could put new plates on my car.He regularly checked on me and was able to get guys to help out with things he didnt have. The guy is a wealth of knowledge and knows color and part numbers off the top of his head.I didnt need any major work done but I am looking to come here when I do need something done in the future.

Like the other reviews said; these guys are great! They were thorough, honest and great reasonable prices. I came to them because they had good reviews. I was not disappointed. My bumper was coming off and they fixed it in minutes for a great price. They also are very warm and friendly. A rare find!

It is very hard to find honest and highly professional service for your car. This is the place. They did the best estimate (out of 3) for my BMW 325 and placed the order for even before I brought my car, so it took just 2 says to complete the repair. The also found and fix 2 extra problems for free of charge.Very professional service and honest staff.

Without a doubt, the best car-related experience Ive ever had, and one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. From the moment I pulled up on the lot, I was welcomed by everyone who saw me. Craig, who promptly walked over, was a rock star. In addition to my dented bumper, a little thing was loose on the belly near the front of the car. For 10 minutes, he was lying on the ground to tighten and fix it. When the first bolt was too long, he went to get a shorter one. This was before I had committed to paying them to fix my bumper. He just wanted to help because thats how he and, from what I can tell, the whole place operates. I cant recommend them more highly. You will not be disappointed!

These guys know their business well. They will NOT put inferior replacement parts on your car. They do Excellent work. They look and care about the small details even if its behind a panel where you cant see it. Honest guys that make sure you are happy about their service.

Love it Love it Love it! Well, here is the story, Ive got BMW X6 and recently my wife just wrecked it so badly that car was like an Apples logo, from passengers side. My heart stop biting when I saw it and after some research on the web Ive made my choice and took it here at HB&S and was kind a scare what they say about it and most scare part was estimates, but you never believe what happened - it was much less than I expected, also they took care of some scratches for free and job was done so awesome, that my heart start beating again ! Thank you guys for perfect job ! P.S.One more thing, when I came to pick up my car, I was surprised about my bill, it was 10% less than initially estimated ! The made my day today !Thanks a lot !

Exceptional service. Really. I brought my car in for some scratches. The guy I was arranging the body work with got on his knees and buffed out the scratches on the spot and reattached the part of the bumper that snapped off - WHO ELSE DOES THAT IN LOS ANGELES? AMAZINGLY HONEST. Hope I dont need more body work but if I do... These are my body work peeps!

Ive been to this body shop twice. Brad was very helpful both times. They did a great job repairing my car and charged very reasonable rates.

These guys are amazing. My BMW was hit in the rear right, I asked my local BMW dealer who they recommend, they said Howard Brown. I usually would be skeptical of a dealer recommendation since they dont care about costs but I was wrong. These guys are top notch, really took care of me and the cost was much lower than I thought (her insurance was paying but still) and they took care of a few other minor dings unrelated to the accident. The work was flawless, I mean really flawless, usually you can tell when you go to the insurance repair shops how the paint is uneven (I call it car cellulite). My car looked like it rolled off the factory floor in Munich. Also if you need a car there is a Hertz rental less than a block away. I think Brad was the one who helped me.

Service was able to hand my issue in 5 minutes, no waiting or appointment. Great all around customer service.

Went in for a paint repair, Brent was very detail-oriented.

First class service, excellent work which they stand behind all the time.

The owner and his crew struck me as very respectable, prompt, and motivated. My car was sent to them after a dealership put chips in two body panels during an oil change. The dealership was EXTREMELY reluctant to accept responsibility, but once this body shop got involved, they set about fixing my car (and probably my customer experience too).They were fast, responsive, knowledgable, did quality work (im no expert, but it looks perfect), and made it clear that their goal was to serve their clients (i.e. you) from the get-go. You wont be disappointed, but remember this: your german car is always more expensive to fix than its domestic or Japanese counterpart. These guys arent the type to gouge you, but a front end repair on an $80k car is not going to be cheap, nor would you want it to be cheap when its your life were saving by fixing the bumper correctly. Food for thought.
