My experience with Matrix was just amazing. I had a car accident and the front left side of my car including drivers door was damaged. They were able to see me right away when I called them. I was already very nervous about the repair and all the headache that actually comes with an accident BUT from the the first contact with Matrix Collision until the finish line, it was just super smooth. Crystal and Max (I call them The Dream Team) were very professional, helpful and super kind. They welcomed me and guided me through the whole process. My first visit lasted about 10-15min. I was speechless. Honestly, I felt like I parked my car in a VIP lounge and picked it up like brand just about 1 week later. The timeline for the repair was actually 2 weeks but they made it happen much faster. They cleaned the car inside out. I was stunned how clean it was since I have kids and that is always an issue to clean the car.Overall, the communication & process was clear and without a headache. This is how it supposed to be done. I am very happy with my choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Firstly what an amazing team! Matrix Collision Repair was so informative the whole journey and correspondence was clear and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had my car repairer and he did an amazing job on my tricky situation. He and his team (pro auto) showed their ability to be creative, adaptable, flexible and effective working with windy conditions, clever simple solutions for what would be for others complex and an amazing attention to detail. Im looking forward to using pro auto again in the future and will be recommending them to my friend’s and family as a trusted car repairer.

Best service & car repair/maintenance in Tucson!This business is amazing! All employees are kind, helpful, caring and go the extra mile to satisfy. Matrix Collision runs a great shop & has taken care of me & my car(s) for many years. I trust him & will not go anywhere else.

They did fine repair work on my husbands car, but when we entered their offices, BOTH employees were NOT wearing masks (one of them COUGHED)... despite signs all over the place, asking folks to wear masks and stay 6 ft apart. To add insult to injury, one of the maskless employees (who was sniffling, no less!) stood shoulder to shoulder with my husband while talking (until I yelled for my husband to back away). This was a really frightening experience. We were there first thing in the morning, and even though the employees had just arrived, I expect them to follow the mandate and wear the mask when dealing with customers. This was my first time dealing with a company whose employees were not masked, and it was truly unsettling and nerve-wracking. For that alone, I give this place only two stars. Please think of your customers.

I have been taking my car here for years, even though I live far away West LA, mainly because their quality and service is always amazing. Their paint and body work is always done perfectly. When Ive needed to contact Rodney after getting in an accident he is always helpful and quick to respond. Both him and Max are always professional and friendly when talking to me, and Max does a good job of keeping me updated with frequent phone calls throughout my repair so that Im always updated on the status of my car. Rodney made sure that my car is repaired perfectly before it is finished so that I am satisfied with the condition I get my car back in. Great work

I got into a car accident in West LA and called mercury insurance to report the accident and get a tow truck to send me to a mercury approved shop they recommended. The other drivers tow truck showed up first and took her to a State Farm shop. Within a few minutes the tow truck driver I thought I called had showed up. However this tow truck driver said he was with State Farm and to take the car to same facility the other car was going to since it was her fault. I had never heard of another drivers insurance sending 2 tow trucks, but I regretfully agreed since I was not thinking straight having just been in an accident. I didn’t realize at the time but the auto body shop had sent this tow truck to try and get my car to their shop as well. They prey upon people who are in a emotional state right after an accident to try and get business. While I didn’t have any work done on the car since it was totaled, they ended up getting paid storage fees by the insurance company. It didn’t cost me any money however the whole thing feels very unethical. I reached out to State Farm and they confirmed they sent 1 tow truck. My tow truck from mercury showed up to no one there. I learned a valuable lesson here and thought it was important to share.

This is the worst repair facility! They stole my silver chain that was in my car. They didn’t do a complete job and left indentations and scratches in the car. They are very rude to top it off.
