Wonderful work. Phenomenal value. Amazing customer service. This place is a Godsend. I went to 8… yes, 8 different auto shops to get estimates and Sandy was the only person who took the time to explain what she would be doing, why it would cost that much, and gave me all my options (even if they didn’t suit her personally). They were the only shop that took me and my situation into consideration when helping me. So of course I took my car there, and they proceeded to go over and beyond what they promised. So incredibly thankful for this shop, and they now have a lifer-customer (let’s just hope I don’t have to use them too much 😂).

I really considered this above and beyond service. The team had great customer service, super relaxed, and offered me a cool beveraged drink while I waited. I came back in 2 days and my car looked brand new (from the area that was damaged)! The prices were fair and I respect that!I was recommended this place and they did not disappoint. Fast and professional are the first two words that come to mind. Being able to track the tow truck, receive texts on the ETA, and have AAA set the whole thing up made everything very easy. The driver was courteous and professional. Im impressed!

I recently went to this shop to fix my car. The office was so helpful and kind. I am so glad I found this shop.😊 My car was involved in a very bad accident this month and I had no idea how to deal with the insurance process. Sandy and her office staff took the time to walk me through the entire thing and answered all the questions that I had without getting annoyed like other shops tend to do. My car was kicked by some crazy dude who ended up in mental court and Lee was so helpful in so many ways with getting my car fixed. My insurance refused (farmers, had the plan for 20+ years ) to pay for original new parts and Lee helped me negotiate to get the new original part to get it done. I highly recommend anyone in this area. Highly. Its really tough to find a good and honest body shops these days and this is a treat.

Came here to see if I could get my car fixed. A lady approached me and began to question me and I asked if she worked there. I guess it went downhill from there. As I explained what I needed done and how I wanted to pay for it she told me it doesnt work like that & this went for everything that I mentioned doing. The lady was very dismissive and repeatedly told me well the accident was your fault. Mind you she wasnt even there to know how the accident happened lol. Ended up going to another place and the man flat out told me the price, didnt question me or make me feel like I had to do what he told me.Update:— No it was definitely your shop, I know exactly what I am talking about & where I was. No reason to try and save face because it happened.

We were visiting from out of town and needed some last-minute help. After being told no over the phone by six other places, Vermont told us to stop on by. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They spent a good deal of time with my wife and me (we brought by a used car were thinking about buying and needed some advice on) and confirmed my concerns about the car. It wouldve been very easy to take advantage of us in our situation, and twice these folks turned down my offer to pay them for their time. Very horrible over priced place! They try to work the insurance companies into over priced labor and over priced parts. They also did a horrible job on my car.

Sandy and Josie are the best! Just think of it as leaving your car to a really good friend who owns a bodyshop. I kid you not...this is the only reason I only come here and recommend this bodyshop to all of my friends, coworkers and family. If you are looking for a trustworthy bodyshop look no more, at least give them a call and youll know what im talking about.But really its too bad its a bodyshop and not a store or a shop where I could go more often rather than going every time I get my car wrecked or fixed which doesnt happen too often.
