Customer Service from Mr. Chew was outstanding! He made sure I was in a courtesy vehicle while I waited for my new car to come in. Since I had no car, he picked me up at Union Train Station which saved me on an Uber ride. From the very beginning, Mr. Chew was all about making sure that any question I had, he answered. I have been to many dealers, but honestly; I have to applaud Mr. Chew and staff for going one step above to make me feel like a valued customer. I recently purchased not one but two Chevrolet Bolts from Felix and worked with Josue Moreno both times. Horrible horrible customer service. In all my years of taking my car to a dealership and/or service professional I have never had this type of experience. I dropped my car off early Thursday morning and have not heard one word from this company’s service department on the status of my car. It is now Saturday and they are closed tomorrow. I tried calling 8 times today and each time nobody answered and their mailboxes are full. It is customary when you take your car in for service, it gets inspected and then someone contacts you about how to proceed forward if need be as they must get your permission before beginning work. Again I dropped my car off at 7am on Thursday morning. Haven’t heard one word from this company. Do not come here if you expect to receive quality customer service. I own a whole fleet of rental cars with 50% being Chevys. Because of your horrible customer service y’all have just lost out on a potential return customer. Absolutely horrible.

I love my new 2018 Chevy Equinox that I recently purchased from Felix Chevrolet. It has low mileage and is very clean. The staff Chew and Janet worked together to make it happen for me. They were friendly and went the extra mile to make it happen. I will most definitely refer anybody looking to purchase something new and fly plus you cant go wrong with a Chevy.
Gave Felix Chevrolet a call, super excited to pursue a lease with this dealership. The sales man Jesus was very eager to get my information and explained to me that, their systems had been down over the weekend so it would take some time to hear back. I get a call Sunday, keep in mind I initially began this process around Wednesday/ Thursday of the previous week. I got the call Sunday, and Jesus began telling me that I’ve never purchased a 40,000 car and that’s why I had been denied, yet he explained to me the car that was paid off on my account due to an accident after 11 days of having it, shows up on my credit. At this point I’m confused and I’m unsure if this is redlining / racially profiling, Etc. Did you see I had a car that was paid off? Or are you sticking to the story that I’ve never had a 40,000 car? Overall, my experience was very poor. I have still been waiting over 2 days for a supervisor to call me, and have not received not one Courteous email or phone call stating where we stand. This is the most unprofessional car leasing experience that I have ever gone through, and don’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Good morning. I did NOT tow my vehicle with onstart . The vehicle was completely dead and that option did not work. Got my vehicle towed to my residence. A kindly neighbor offered to check the vehicle. As he open the hood and check the new battery, that FELIX Chevrolet Installed. We both see loose cables. It wasn’t tightened properly by your service department. After my neighbor tightened it properly the lights of the vehicle turned on and had the vehicle running. This was a unprofessional person doing this.(my neighbor)and he made it work. Which it was unnecessary since the installation should’ve been done correctly in Felix Chevrolet . In other words he prove that your mechanics did NOT make sure that the battery installation was done properly . I paid $500 for this service. Which In total it cost me nearly $1000. A unnecessary amount ( including your fees, rental and tow truck.) not to mention the bad experience my children and I had on Saturday with my vehicle. I’m very disappointed with the service done and the bad experience. That made me realize that Felix Chevrolet service department is only good for oil change. I am still going to be expecting a call from your MANAGER. Which it should be PROFESSIONAL from his side. But Gio thank you for reaching out this morning in regards to my vehicle.
I don’t think I should’ve paid the $175.00 servicié fee on my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. I took my car in because it was making a loud noise in the engine, Cages were all on with a warning on my dash: “engine pressure lost.” Keep in mind my car is only 4 yrs old with 47k miles to date and bought it with 0 miles. So drove to the dealership at 15 mph, they kept my car for 2 day’s, couldn’t loan or rent me car. When I went back to pick my car and asked what the problem was with my car? the service advisor replied, that “my engine had an update.” Since I was rushing I agreed to pay. In all honesty this was clearly a GM problem, GM shouldve taken the cost to make it right. It hasn’t been the only issue with my Tahoe since I’ve bought it. One year after having it my A/C broken down, then my head lights and led lights went out, oh yeah I’ve never used my CD player and last I time tried using it, it didn’t work. GM I know your better then this fix this.
I appreciate that everyone who helped me through the process was cordial, checked in on me intermittently, and made an effort to help me make my final selection. I feel much better knowing that I have a vehicle that is reliable, suits my needs, and can help me move about with ease. Thank you again!

My last oil change I was informed that they were unable to remove the oil filter and it would cost a huge amount of money to repair if anything went wrong. They didn’t want to risk it without me agreeing to pay if something went wrong. I was not pleased then so I told them to just change the oil and forgot about the filter. This time when I had my oil changed, I made them aware of what happened the last time. Jonathan gave me a call a little later telling me that they had no issue whatsoever removing the oil filter. That pleased me and also made me question the previous attempt. Overall, I am pleased with the service I get from Felix. I’ve had my car for almost 10 years now and all my service needs have been taken care of there except for the very first oil change at O’Donnell before they went out of business. I am a loyal customer because I love the service.

I went to take my vehicle for a oil change and after waiting for almost 3 hours, with appointment, they called me and said my car was ready. When I went to pick up I was told my car needed brakes. Really, they sent me home without brakes. They could of called me and ask if I wanted them changed . But it was obvious he didn’t want to work because when I left my car the guy said it will be ready the following day, and I told him “no, I have an appointment “ and he said ok it should be ready at 6pm.
Its very disappointing that the console software doesnt work properly with all iphones/updates! Whats the point of paying for the touch screen console if I cant plug my phone in and have it play through the speakers? Agustin & crew were great and very helpful. But the fact that there has not been 1 software update since the Spark was manufactured in 2015 is frustrating. They said theyd have to get special corporate approval to install the software from the 2016 Spark in my car. I just want to be able to charge my phone and play through the speakers at the same time without a McGyver hack

I have purchased vehicles from this dealer 3 times, everytime they take care of me, when service time comes they do the same, not as before that they used to provide a rental when your vehicle needed to stay overnight which really was great, so if you need service and have errands, do your errands before getting your car in there, they guy at the window (Johnathan) is a great guy, really helpful, now the service department I cant rate since the vehicles are serviced behind close doors. The parts department is away from the location due to remodeling but if you need a part or accessory they do what they can to get it fast. Always remember when purchasing a new vehicle to ask for the invoice price, never pay MSRP.

This Dealership lied to me about that Chevy Bolt 2021 is qualify for Federal tax credit of $7500. I specifically asked if Chevy Bolt is qualify for federal tax credit and they said yes. I found out the program was finished since 3/20 and they did not tell me that. The most dishonest place. I will put it in Yelp and all the social media about how Filix Chevy had been dishonest.
Had my car in for two weeks! Sub par service, no loaner car, damage to the inside of my car and found two bolts on the drivers side floor. No car wash.

I always come here for my oil change and any other mechanical issues. I used to love coming here everyone was so nice and welcoming and always helpful. But staff have changed and one serviceman in particular is rude and unprofessional his name is Jonathan. Every time I call and ask for an update on my car that I was told would take 48 hours to get back ended up being over a week he would give an attitude and get mad why I was asking questions. Then after a week of having my car says nothing is wrong and drive it around until the check engine light comes on again. Made no sense. Honestly I think they did something so my extended warranty will run out and I would have to pay out of pocket for it all. Never again will I come here.
Stay away from this dealership at all costs. Im actually writing this while on hold after spending weeks trying to get them to respond to me. It is almost impressive how bad this place is to deal with. I have never had any business (car dealership or otherwise) lie, avoid and mishandle things to this degree in my life.I purchased a new truck with a very specific options package at the end of the day. I was told by Josue that my car would be ready for delivery the next morning. That and everything he has said since then, has been a lie. My truck wasnt ready for two more days and it still didnt have all the parts. It is almost a month later and I STILL dont have all the parts. Trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible as their voicemail boxes are never working and they never answer the phone. On the rare occasion I do get through to someone, I get a different story every time.On top of all this, they sent the wrong address to both the DMV and the bank, so I am trying to correct that mistake as well.
Horrible experience. First day I arrived I was greeted by gio which the process went fine but I had to come back in 2 days for my tire repair. When I came back 2 days after they could not find any of my paperwork and waited about 3 hours to tell me this. It seemed as if no one can help me, including the supervisor I believe his name was Ruben(the raider fan). There was another guy he had also told me I should’ve took it to another place to get the tire fixed instead of felix Chevy. I then had to come back a day after to get the actual tire replaced which took another 2 hours. Overall horrible experience would not recommend to anyone else because of the horrible experience and horrible prices. I unfortunately have to return because I do have free tire and wheel services.

They are rude and never keep the promises for the time of services. Not only several hours but 1 or 2 more days to fix the lock for the hood for my new car. One more thing, you better not go this place to get service if you didn’t purchase the car from this dealer(that is their first question, did you buy this car from us?) I will never going back this dealer for any reason. Eventually they didn’t fix my car and I’m on the way to get my car back to fix the car in other Chevy service. I purchased a Tahoe from Felix with bad pain, I complained they said they couldnt do nothing about it, I call the warranty department, then I received a new paint job. This time I bought a Camaro 24000 mile latermy front tires develop long cracks, I called the dealership and without looking at the tires, I was told that they dont have warranty on tires, I explained to him on the coverage 24000 miles 2 years or 36000 3 years they said no, so I called the warranty department,Gave them the VIN number they said yes upon inspection, I when to the dealership argued for 30 minutes because they keep telling me tires are not covered, finally they end up calling the warranty department and they were told that the tire were covered upon inspection. After denying me the warranty, I already knew what the results were going to be. They said the tires are not cover due to wear and tear, tires do not cracked within 2.5 years and wear and tear does not happen on the side walls unless you hit the curve constant. Clearly defective tires see attached pictures.Felix needs to be more knowledgeable of warranties and stop denying people what they pay for. And thats my story. Ill keep buying Chevy maybe not from them.

It was efficient it only took a couple of hours and they gave me great customer service they even gave me a ride home so I could be home and not out while this pandemic is going on is I was very satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately I had a service experience that makes me doubt their integrity. I took my car to fix my tail light. I was told it was covered under warranty after they inspected it for any accident related damages. I was told it would be ready by the next morning the latest. It took a week, when I got it back it had a huge dent near the light they fixed and even damage on the light right next to signal light. They said it came in that way and that they did me a favor by putting it under warranty. Before I left it the first time, I took stuff out from the back and had one final look, there was no damage and they insulted me by suggesting that I didnt see the damage because I was too focused on the light. They said they were going to believe their workers and all they can do for me is check cameras and call me back.Update it has been almost 6 months and no one has called me back. Ive left over 6 voice mails for the service department manager Joe and he hasnt returned any calls but they are sending me mail saying it is time to get serviced. I had to file a complaint with GM and they trying to figure out what happened to my car. This place has no transparency, no integrity, takes no accountability and no professionalism. Very sad coming from the oldest most trusted GM dealership in socal.
Made an appointment online, and came in to no one being able to find me in the system (which wasn’t the worst thing in the world). Staff was good with still being able to see me. Went for a simple oil change that took 3 HOURS. Nowhere to wait for it but out in the blazing sun! Also no oil change should be just shy of $100. Maybe consider a different place for simpler servicing like that.
Jonathan helped me and he was wonderful. Not only did they fix my issue, they also installed a shifter harness, took care of the Shift to Park problem, performed various tests and inspections to assure the car was in safe and optimum condition. Ive always been a fan, and now Ill be coming to Felix for all of my service needs. Thanks Jonathan and crew!
No respect to the customer in both sale and service departments.In service, every time, they call the customer that your car is ready. then, when they go there, they should wait for an hour to pick it up.In sale department, the manger was not respectful at all.For lease return, they treated me very bad and said that I have to go to another place as they have construction while they had enough space!disrespectful!

So I purchased my car in June of 2019 I traded in a Chevy Spark with no problems for a Nissan Versa 2018. They sold me the car without smoging it. So I had to interrupt my life waisting time to take it back to be smogged. .Then they kept my original trade-in in my name and got toll tickets under my name. Lastly, the vehicle I purchased transmission was slipping immediately. I took it back to Felix. They told me it was nothing wrong and the vehicle had to get use to my driving. Sounds crazy right I know. So here I am now less then 2 yrs after my purchase and I need my transmission replaced. The transmission was bad when they sold me the car. They are liars, snakes and thieves luckily due to the pandemic I havent been driving much so I am still covered under manufacturing warranty. Only 51000 miles on the car now and I need a brand new transmission.
Really need to improve your sales ppl skills... excuses after another. First we only have 3 sales. Then i was told showroom customer is more important. I called yesterday and today Receptionist told me my sales Alma is off yesterday and today? What can I say.. i guess Im not important even i already said i will buy the car? Tried to purchase a MB C300 used car from their lot. I wrapped up the deal in 10 min over the phone. Waiting for a purchase order for days... still havent receive it the email. This dealership needs serious improvement in their sales selection and customer service.

My 18 year old daughter is looking at purchasing her first car so she had been calling and texting this dealership since yesterday Saturday January 20th, schedule a test-drive for today Sunday the 21 st. drove all the way there from our home to find out first the salesperson she had been speaking with isnt at work today and then secondly the vehicle is already been sold or sent to auction they really wasnt a 100% sure but more importantly when my daughter was talking/ texting these people this morning that should have been told to her the vehicle is no longer available, but instead it was come on down and once down there it was lets see what we can get you approved for which I then bring passed off informed the sales person shes already pre-approved then its for how much I have this point explain to him how much is it your concern show us the vehicle that we came for and at this point is what he actually told us all it was sent to auction but let me see if I can find something else you like we kindly left since it was a 45-minute drive to get here will never give this dealership any of our business. Yall deserve 0 stars since this seems like Bait and Switch.

Nice fast oil change service, Jeremy was very nice. My only complaint is that my car was ready and just sitting there for 30 min, but nobody told me that my car was ready. Jeremy claims that he texted me, but I don’t have any texts from him. I had to walk over and ask him what’s going on, until he told me it was ready.
Returned my car absolutely filthy from a service appointment after having just been detailed. Covered in a layer of grime and dirt so thick I can barely see out of the windows. Now I have to get it detailed again. Unacceptable to return a car in that state.

I was amazed that this dealership has been open for 100 years, as well as Hutchens Chevrolet in Newport News, Virginia. Serra Chevrolet in Southfield, Michigan doesnt sell t shirts, or license plate frames as cool as the ones that I bought from your dealership. Ive been trying to figure out how Chevrolet, which was founded in 1911 sold cars for 10 years prior to Hutchens, and Felix Chevrolet opening in 1921? Btw: thank you for the extra bonus that came with my t shirts!
Emailed Monday, appointment Tuesday at 4.30pm, home by 6.30pm with a new car. Could not have been easier, friendlier and stress free. My sales rep Emmett Gaines listened to what I needed, went back quickly to finance and then the finance dept got me out of there quickly. I took in a lease return, saw a great internet special and knew what i wanted so they made it easy. Will 100% use them again for future vehicles.
I dropped off my car at 7am, was the second car in line when Service Dept opened. I did not get a call or text that my car was ready to be picked up until that same-day at 5:23pm, a little more than half an hour before the Service Dept closes with a message saying 6pm very busy sorry. I also never got a call back from anyone to let me know what was wrong with the car, I didnt find out until the next day when I picked it up. I also asked for an Oil Change while the car was there and that was not done! Now I have to make another trip just for the oil change and I live about 10 miles from your Location. I was not happy about that either. I think for my next service Ill drive the extra miles and take my car down to the Chevrolet Dealer in Cerritos where Ive had a more Positive experience than at Felix Chevrolet!
The sales person told me my pick-up truck was ready just to go and sign the contract. When I got there, the bedliner was not installed and up to this day it has not been installed and have no answer or status from the dealer as to when it will be installed, Ive previously discussed and the sales person told me the bedliner was going to be installed at no cost to me. But when I was signing thw contract Ive noticed they were charging for that??? What a shame on them....!!!! Im not happy with this dealer and will most likely not recommend it to any of my friends and others. At the beginning Ive asked for the drop nerf bar steps to be added so I was going to buy the truck if those and the bedliner were going to be added at no extra cost, but only the bedliner was added since another dealer has already offered me the same exact truck and so it was already coming with the bedliner on but the step bars...!!!
